The option Save on Adobe Document Cloud is Grey and not active ; it was not the case before, and I have already some documents saved in the adobe Cloud before this problem

I am a paid subscriber and when I try to convert a pdf to word document, I am taken to a page to purchase the product.

Apparently Adobe is charging me $15 also even though i cancelled my trial subscription weeks ago! This is outrageous. I followed all the steps listed on the website to cancel the trial subscription so they wouldn't automatically start charging my card and to no avail.This is extremely frustrating!

I'm trying to extract 5 pages from 159 page file (don't you love taxes?). Adobe Reader DC won't allow me to "Print" just the 5 pages I want as a pdf. Organize in PDF pack says it's too big to open (more than 100 pages). I've tried this on a PC, but I have access to a Mac if it will work there.

I have an active Export PDF account that is good through next July (2019).  I have been trying to use the product and continue to get the following error message: "Your trial has expired. Subscribe to Acrobat DC for access to all tools."  I am not interested in Acrobat DC.  I have tried logging off and back on and continue to get the same error message.

I have customer supplied drawings that have used yellow for all dimensions.  These cannot be viewed well on screen or in print.  How can I convert a simple colored line drawing to true black and white?

I notice that there's many thread about PDF not fully converted to excel pfffffand yes I've tried with Opera, Chrome and Edge and same not good formatting results.I don't have time for thisPlease cancel my service that I've bout it less than an hour ago!!!

Your export PDF service is broken.I click Export PDF, I add the appropriate files, or I drop them in (I've tried both). For half a second the window says "Loading files" and then closes. There's no sign of my files anywhere. I have an active Export pdf product but when I try and use it I am refered to the adobe pricing page-----why?I have a purchased Export pdf product and often need to convert pdf files to word,excel etc. When I hit 'convert' I am immediately redirected to an Adobe webpage where I am invited to but the product again. My annual subscription was renewed on 11th March this year.This inability to easily contact  some form of support is very frustrating and currently stopping me from progressing a desire to subscribe to Lightroom cc and Photioshop cc . At least with Photoplus there are people to speak to.

Changed my Adobe ID - now get this notice when I try and send for signature.  No IT Support - just me.  My only option for support seems to be this forum.  Can't get to any other help with Adobe.

Hi I paid for the subscription to convert .pdf to .docx, and when I tried to do it err message "file too large or too complex"  so please tell me how to break up the .pdf into smaller files to reattempt conversion or what else to do.  Thanks

Hello.  I would like some help converting a PDF to an Excel spreadsheet.  The end result is a spreadsheet that requires more formatting and guesswork than actually retyping the document.  I understand that the issue is not Adobe's - it's "The quality of the PDF" - soooo, are there any simple steps to "prep" the PDF prior to hitting the 'convert' button that I am paying for.

Hi Adobe team,I'm quite happy using "Export PDF to Excel" since the first day up to present. However today I got an issue when converting a PDF report (i.e. real pdf with real text in it, not a scanned file pdf) to Ms Excel. I try to convert in both my Adobe Reade DC on my PC or Adobe online convert (using web browser - I.E.) The function "Export PDF to Excel" doesn't convert the whole content of PDF: all data in either the header or footer section are "ignored" for some reason. Unfortunately, these data are really important to me in my process. Please help!My OS: Windows 7 Pro.Adobe Reader DC Ver: 19.008.20081Thank youThaiBelow is the screenshot of my PDF.
