Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello,is it possible to add an email in Adobe Sign, which also receives the notification mails besides the sender himself, when a document is signed?For now, I can only add an email as CC recipient and this email only recieves a notification, when the whole signing process is completed. 

In bulk send, it is possible to upload a customised .csv file to pre-fill in information fields, such as name, title etc as well as any custom-defined field, such as a $amount. Can a similar merge function be used when sending to just one recipient, rather than manually enetering text fields before sending?

 

Hii Team,          Currently we are trying to use webhook for getting back the signed document. But in the creation of webhook itself, we are getting an error that "webhook URL is invalid". We have tried becceptor for testing purpose. So it worked there . But when we tried with our production environment's webapi URL, we weren't able to create webhook.            We were thinking that due to change in the webhook url which contains special characters like "@" , ":" and few like that in text, for autheticating our webapi URL.           Does adobe is making validation over the webapi URL? If someone is facing similar kind of issues, assistance over this will be really helpful.   Thanks in advance.

Hello  When administratin and adding a Adobe Acrobat Pro DC license to a user, the user gets an emailthat says "Welcome to Adobe acrobat sign"Cant find where i can disable this. The swedish admin portal dont have this feature, and we want it to be disabled as default.Any suggestions ?Best regardsMichael

I need a list of all documents that were completed during a date range. I see the report is for overall numbers, but I just need a list of the titles and dates. When I go to the manage tab > completed tab - thats basically what I need to print but if I just highlight and select it wont print or c/p to another doc.  1. Is there a way to print a list of documents completed?2. If so, can it include both documents I sent, as well as documents I was cc'd on?  If not, please consider adding this. Thanks in advance. 

Hello,I've recently changed the primary email address associated with my Adobe ID and now can't send PDFs out for signature via Adobe Sign or sign in to Adobe Sign.The error message I get is this:We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Is there a way to schedule a template to send out on the first of each month? The email address and template never change. 

Hello!!!This might not seem as though it has anything to do with tooltips at first, but I arrived at a problem with tooltips in an attempt to solve an even greater problem. In the two files attached, one is in English and the other is in Spanish. The thing is that the Spanish document is the same thing in Spanish as the English document. I need to send to some clients to sign in Spanish, but I need to then forward the documents on to a hospital where none of the employees speak Spanish. I could have the two versions in one Adobe Sign document using the cloning/locations feature. However, this brings up a problem: Tooltips change in lock-step on all locations of the field. I understand that tooltips are meant to be short, and having multiple languages on the same line makes them quite long. It is impossible to condense the purpose of some of the yes/no questions to less than five words in English alone. We use the option of signing documents by hand (so called wet signature by downloading, printing, signing and then uploading). It has often happened that customers forget to wet sign the downloaded document by hand and instead upload it without a signature. Adobe Sign allows this step.Is there a way to prevent (or at least get a warning for the user) when a non signed document is uploaded?There has to be a security mechanism, otherwise the entire legal validity of such signature processes would be gone. I am grateful for every suggestion. Andreas Hofmeister

Jetzt kam schon öfters vor, dass Kunden vergessen, dass heruntergeladene Dokument handschriftlich zu unterzeichnen und statt dessen ohne Unterschrift hochladen. Adobe Sign lässt diesen Schritt zu.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, zu verhindern (oder wenigstens eine Warnung für den Anwender zu erhalten), wenn ein nicht-handschriftlich signiertes Dokument hochgeladen wird?Es muss ja einen Sicherheitsmechanismus geben, sonst wäre ja die gesamte Rechtsgültigkeit für solche Signaturvorgänge dahin. Für jede Anregung bin ich dankbar. Viele GrüßeAndreas

Hi everyone. I recently noticed when I exported data from an Adobe Acrobat document into an Excel sheet that some of the radio buttons are not coded correctly in the document and no not align with their actual variable number. For example, variable AS50 on this document has a value of AS51 in the radio button, so it is being exported into the Excel sheet as AS51 rather than AS50. Also, because there are two AS52 radio buttons, only one is getting exported and the other cannot be found in the export.Further, there are some discrepancies in the way some data is getting coded, as well as the locations of some variables, which will need to be amended.  To our knowledge, we can edit the properties and locations of these radio buttons in Adobe; however, we are wondering if there is a way to apply the changes that we make to the Adobe document to all of the already completed/filled out versions of the document. That way, we don't have to manually re-enter all of that data.&nbsp

I need to send out around 120 documents that need two signatures.  Is there a way to bulk send these documents out for signture and have two people sign the same document?

Ok!, first I add a checkbox inside the black square that is already in the pdf manually or from the API it doesn't matter and when you open then after editing the pdf you will can see the checkbox, any problem here  Then if I select the property read only to that checkbox manually or from the API   When you open the pdf without editing it just dissapear from the pdf but what is happening is that is under the black square    Thats why if I select that checkbox from default it will be a read only black circle under the black square  is like the white space inside the black border square isn't transparent, and it seems the read only element (it doesn't matter the element, goes under things 

Kia ora. I am unable to change the Adobe Sign document date stamp format and Final Audit Report History to NZT and DD/MM/YYYY. Seems Adobe does not like New Zealand and prefers all date formats to default to GMT or US or MM/DD/YYYY. Had a look at https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/sign/using/sign-config-defaul-time-zone.html but not very helpful. I went to Account Settings but no visibility of or ability to change "Global Settings". See image. It seems a simple standard requirement to allow an end user to change a date format to suit the country you are in was missed by Adobe Developers!  Any ideas?

Hi communityI have been using Adobe without an issue for years. Same contracts created by our system, literally, zero difference. Suddenly Adobe started to include fields when I hit the sending for signature button.Totally incorrect places and without asking anyway, annoying when I need to send out 10 contracts to delete these fields one by one (8 of them per contract)Screenshot is attached to help to understand the error.This might be an update issue, given the fact I have had no issues for years with the same contracts.

Hi, is there a way to conditionally delete certain pages in a single Adobe Sign agreement that has been sent to a Signer? For example, I have two types of Forms: FormA or FormB. A client will need to fill out EITHER FormA or FormB based on their credentials (e.g. Physician or Non-Physician). Here is the scenario:  - On page 1, they are asked to select their credential using Radio Buttons (e.g. Physician or Non-Physician).  - If they select Physician, then they need to complete FormA (pages 2-5).  - If they select Non-Physician, then they need to complete FormB (pages 6-9).  While I can certainly activate/deactivate all fields on either FormA or FormB (which are massively different) based on their radio button selection on Page 1, I do not wish for the final certified agreement (after they sign) to have both versions of FormA and FormB showing (with one of them filled, and the other blank). Ok now.. I don't want to sound dumb but I'm not used to Adobe Sign and rarely use it. I have clients who usually sign documents with Dubsado. Anyway recently I sent out a contract through Adobe sign and set up the relevant fill fields for my client and sent it off. They were able to sign it without a hitch. However, now they need my signature but I never set up a fill box for me! (i didn't think I needed one since I own the document).Apparently, I can't edit a document after it has been signed so what can I do now, rather than hassling a client to sign the contract again?

I recently had 80-90 agreements sent to me through Adobe Sign. While they appeared in my email inbox, none of the agreements appeared in my "Waiting for You" queue. Additionally, they did not appear in my "Completed" queue either. The sender and I cannot figure out why this is occurring.
