I am working on a calendar in Adobe Sign where there are checkboxes for each date. I have to manually add each check box and would love to copy and paste multiple check boxes. This option never show up and it takes me forever to complete just one month. Thoughts and suggestions? Thank you.

I've seen more of the same posts and I've read a dozen of them, but none of them answered my question...Trying to 'Request E-signatures' I get the message 'Could not send - You are not authorized to send documents for signature'.https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/adobe-sign-error-message-not-authorized-to-send-documents-for-signature.html tells me to "Have your Account Admin reactivate your Adobe Sign Profile.",  "Have your Account Admin reactivate the ability for your Adobe Sign Profile to send." or "Contact the Adobe Sign Accounting team for more information using the contact.html page."As far as I know I am my own Account Admin and I can't find how to 'reactivate my profile', 'reactivate the ability...' nor 'contact using the contact.html page' (since it doesn't seem to exist).Please help? I thought Adobe Sign was included in my Adobe Creative Cloud license (and if not, please tell me where I can find that information; I've been searching for about an hour now.

Hi, I am trying to create a template in the sign tab, but I cannot find where I can change the template type or who can us the template. I have followed this link:https://helpx.adobe.com/au/sign/using/create-document-template.html#Access but the options to change and not shown on my adobe. 

I'm trying to create a connection from Microsoft Flow. I tried with different accounts, but same result. It opens a new windows to auth the connection, asks for user but after successfully login, it doesnt return a valid oAuth to Microsoft Flow, it does a complete login in the Adobe Acrobat Sign webpage as if I want to do login to use it from the web ...I tried different browsers, cleaned cookies, cache, ....  Please help, I cant use the service

I am very new to adobe acrobat sign, but our organization has decided to pursue and see if it works for us.  What they would like to do, is take several documents, merge into an agreement, send out for signature, where a signature is required on each page.   Then when the agreement is received back, they want to break out the agreement into separate signed documents again.   Is this functionality available?   Or is this defeating the purpose of an agreement?    I'm wondering if each document has to be a separate agreement?

Hello,Do I need to be an admin to be able to connect adobe sign to an app I created and tied to a flow?  I'm receiving "create and authorize OAuth connection failed".  I have tried all 3 possible sign-in options and get this far: If I close that window above I receive the error mentioned above.   Thanks in adavance! 

Hi All,I am using the adobe acrobat esignature template in Salesforce, I have created a template with text tags and mapped the data from salesforce object. Hey, everyone.I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019.012.20035 on W10 (64-bit).I was wondering if I can sign digitally at PAdES B-LTA-level. So far I've only been able to get B-T. I've been digging around and apparently, in addition to what I already have for the T-level, I need to addVRI (Verification Related Information) to the DSS (Document Security Store) with stuff like OCSP responses and all certificates of the certificate chain from the user certificate all the way up to the Root CA certificate to get the B-LT-level signature, and thena document timestamp and VRI details for the TimeStamp Authority to the DSS for the B-LTA-level.How would I go about creating a DSS and add all this VRI to it? I've been exploring the options in Preferences > Signatures, but I can't find anything relevant.Thanks.

I am unable to send documents for e-sign because I have insufficient transactions, I have just bought a license to do this but I am still unable to send anything for Adobe Sign. I am unable to use any of the support features on this website as I am being sent in circles and being asked to login continuously. Please help as I am at my wits end.  

Just updated my OS to Windows 11. Signed into creative cloud account and installed Adobe Acrobat Pro.I need to sign a document. On windows 10 I had 2 signatures set up which used PNG images with transparent backgrounds featuring my signature and company stamp. This has worked very well.  When I try to use the sign button, nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled acrobat. I have tried repairing acrobat and restarting my machine. I have added my identity details ensuring that the email address matches my CC account email address. I have manually added signatures via Preferences/Signatures/Creation and Appearance Preferences.Despite the above, I cannot figure out how to add my signature to a document.  System info: Windows 11 Home, Version 21H2, OS Build 22000.1165  

Hello,Currently i face an issue where when i go to request signatures, the proceeding window opens and i select the option to select signature areas, but the document is stuck uploading. I waited north of 10 minutes before giving up.I have repaired, uninstalled, signed out, signed in and every combination of the said. Any help would be greatly appreciated

We don't want to share confidential documents with a third party like Adobe. When trying to upload encrypted docx files for signing we receive the error message "Acrobat Sign konnte Ihr Dokument nicht konvertieren, da es Passwortgeschützt ist."Adobe does not need access to customer confidential information for signing. Document hash and timestamps are sufficient.

When various users in our organization try to access the Acrobat Sign feature, It only pulls up the fill and sign products, not the request signature products that we also have paid for. We get the error message along the bottom of the screen: "Request e-signature services are temporatily unavailable.Some documents and information may be missing. Refresh."Do we know how long this outtage has been going one or how long we can expect to see it?

We have many documents that are getting signed within the department (locally and Internationally). Is it possible that when the signer sign their handwritten or digital sign, their photo is displayed next to the sign? The photo may be the same photo that the person has uploaded on his/her Adobe profile. If this is possible then we will request all the signers to have their profile on Adobe Sign and a professional photo to their profile.

Hello,  I am having issues with the AdobeSign 'send for signature' in salesforce community portal. When I am in the portal, every time I select the 'send for signature' button it brings me to the Salesforce login screen.  I have went through the AdobeSign set up documentation for salesforce and created the two CSP trusted sites like it recommended and the user has the appropriate permission set assigned. The permission set assigned to the profile is 'Adobe Sign Community User'.  Any idea on how to fix this issue??

When I do sign the widget, only the email address and name that was signed with get merged into the SF Contact Record and none of the form field values get merged into their respective SF Fields.
