Adobe Acrobat Sign

Just updated my OS to Windows 11. Signed into creative cloud account and installed Adobe Acrobat Pro.I need to sign a document. On windows 10 I had 2 signatures set up which used PNG images with transparent backgrounds featuring my signature and company stamp. This has worked very well.  When I try to use the sign button, nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled acrobat. I have tried repairing acrobat and restarting my machine. I have added my identity details ensuring that the email address matches my CC account email address. I have manually added signatures via Preferences/Signatures/Creation and Appearance Preferences.Despite the above, I cannot figure out how to add my signature to a document.  System info: Windows 11 Home, Version 21H2, OS Build 22000.1165  

Hello,Currently i face an issue where when i go to request signatures, the proceeding window opens and i select the option to select signature areas, but the document is stuck uploading. I waited north of 10 minutes before giving up.I have repaired, uninstalled, signed out, signed in and every combination of the said. Any help would be greatly appreciated

We don't want to share confidential documents with a third party like Adobe. When trying to upload encrypted docx files for signing we receive the error message "Acrobat Sign konnte Ihr Dokument nicht konvertieren, da es Passwortgeschützt ist."Adobe does not need access to customer confidential information for signing. Document hash and timestamps are sufficient.

When various users in our organization try to access the Acrobat Sign feature, It only pulls up the fill and sign products, not the request signature products that we also have paid for. We get the error message along the bottom of the screen: "Request e-signature services are temporatily unavailable.Some documents and information may be missing. Refresh."Do we know how long this outtage has been going one or how long we can expect to see it?

We have many documents that are getting signed within the department (locally and Internationally). Is it possible that when the signer sign their handwritten or digital sign, their photo is displayed next to the sign? The photo may be the same photo that the person has uploaded on his/her Adobe profile. If this is possible then we will request all the signers to have their profile on Adobe Sign and a professional photo to their profile.

Hello,  I am having issues with the AdobeSign 'send for signature' in salesforce community portal. When I am in the portal, every time I select the 'send for signature' button it brings me to the Salesforce login screen.  I have went through the AdobeSign set up documentation for salesforce and created the two CSP trusted sites like it recommended and the user has the appropriate permission set assigned. The permission set assigned to the profile is 'Adobe Sign Community User'.  Any idea on how to fix this issue??

When I do sign the widget, only the email address and name that was signed with get merged into the SF Contact Record and none of the form field values get merged into their respective SF Fields.

Please help - When I send my document to a client for signature, it comes back very small, even though I resize the signature box larger when I add them. Does anyone know how to enlarge the signature? Also - Am I able to print a selected single page (not the whole document) when i view it in Adobe Sign? THANKS!

We recently completed the validation process for Adobe Sign and rolled it out to users on the team.  Our protocol, and other documents, have been executed successfully, which is great, but when our clinical team attempted to upload our protocol to the WCG IRB submission portal, we received an error message.  The portal accepts documents that are signed using DocuSign's validated platform, but issues are with Adobe Sign.  I have attached three screen shots: 1. Error message received when attempting to upload to WCG portal.2. DocuSign validated document properties, which shows NO SECURITY under security method (even though it's validated).3. Adobe Sign validated document properties, which shows PASSWORD SECURITY. Adobe Sign support said they can add a password of our choice to the backend but then the document can be manipulated, so is therefore no longer secure.  Has anyone experienced a similar issue?  If so, how did you resolve it

Steps followed: 1. Installed adobe sign app(from app exchange) in salesforce. 2. Created adobe trial account and linked that account in salesforce. 3. Created aggrement template with contact as master object and had set the runtime variable as "myRecipient".   https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/salesforce-integration-developer-guide.html As per the above documentation I am trying to load the aggrement inorder to send the same to the dynamic receipent.   Documentation says : static Id load(String templateId, String masterId, Map<String,AgreementTemplateVariable> agreementTemplateVariables)   templateId = Aggrement template record Id; masterId = As per my logic I am passing the contact record ID agreementTemplateVariables = This map am not sure how to frame.   I do know thatAgreementTemplateVariable works as name,value pair. myRecipient = xxx@gmail.com;   Working code snippet: echosign_dev1.AgreementTemplateService.load('templateID','MasterRecordID', ?????)

When Sending a document in EchoSign, how do I remove an invalid address from the list of emails EchoSign has saved?  A malformed email keeps coming up first in the list and then leads to trouble when attempting to send out the document for signature.Thanks,Phil

I have used e-sign for years.  Today when I upload an agreement  (jpg, white background with placed photos and text), it is coming in with a black backgrounds and pictures almost look like negatives. I have not changed anything.....Suggestions?

I wanted to change my email address for Adobe Sign. I went into my main Adobe account and added the address I wanted as my secondary Adobe address, hoping that I would then have a chance to choose which address I sent documents from . No luck.So I went back to my main Adobe profile and tried to change my main email address to my secondary. Received error message. Deleted my secondary. Tried again to change my primary to it. Still no luck -- same error message, even though the email had been deleted as my secondary. This is super frustrating and I've already wasted a ton of time on this. I just want to be able to send documents for signatures from my other email address. How can I do this?
