Adobe Acrobat Sign

When sending in bulk are the fields all static in length? For instance, name fields - I have some with 25 characters and some with 10. Lots of empty space in my document. Is there a way around this?

I am not using templates (yet), and I am a bit new at this.  I am using checkboxes and radio buttons.  CheckBoxA is optional.  Radio groupB (two buttons) is is optional.  However, if B2 is selected, CheckBoxA is required; I would like the selection of B2 to trigger the automatic selection of A.  Is this possible?  If not, is there some other way to set up this logic?  The condition options of A (show/hide/enable/disable) don't seem to accomplish this, and there seems no way through the settings on the B2.  THANK YOU for any help. 

I have a pdf plan set of 20 sheets and I uploaded it to adobe sign. I have my digital signature setup and am using the fill and sign feature. I digitally sign the first sheet then when I try to sign the second sheet, I get an error message stating only one signature allowed in the document. I did finish the signing and exported it. I opened in Adobe and it shows certified, 2 dig signatures, one visible and one invisible.  Any help would be great. 

Hi,Is there any way the completed section within the Manage Agreements Menu of Adobe-Sign can have sub-folders within it so we can file e-signed documents against document type?  We will also need an "archive" section, so any agreements that have now expired can be stored.  How can we do this?Thanks.

We have this problem when Adobe Sign sends out a email regarding "Signature requested" it mixes names and emails in the bottom part, even if we all have company email and are users within Adobe Sign.Is there anything we can configure do make it look more professional? Like make all of them to emails, since we sometimes sends documents to email addresses outside the company..

Hi, My organisation are migrating from the Echo Sign platform to the Adobe Sign platform. We are 1 week out from the migration but the migration process still shows user migration as in process. Is there something we have to do in order to mark it as complete? --Stephen

I am no longer able to delete signed agreements from my account. The only option that appears to be available is to 'hide' them. I want them deleted, preferably one-by-one as I am ready to delete them, but a generic 30-day deletion policy would be ok as well. How can I accomplish this now?

Is there a way to remove/delete a recipient/signer once document has been sent? All parties have signed, with the exception of one. Turns out, that this certain recipient is now not required to sign. How can I remove this person?  

Hello all, I'm attempting to validate some PDFs created by the Adobe Sign service (sent from the Adobe Sign web app), specifically I am trying to figure out if I can validate the "Certified by Adobe Sign a Document Cloud solution..." message/security seal without having to open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat. Is anyone aware of a way to access this Metadata via the Adobe Sign API or from XML that's part of the PDF? If this can be accessed via XML Metadata from the PDF, is there a good program to use to access it? Please see red outlines in the attached screenshot for what I'm talking about. 

I am an enterprise user and would like to proceed with the Migration from hello Sign to Adobe Sign to transferring all the of documents for our company from Hello Sign into Adobe Sign. What should I do for this?

We need to create a process in which a customer fills out an identifier (unique id) on a webform. We want that to look to our Salsesforce and identify acocunt based on the id and pull additional detail back in to the form. Once form is completed we would like that to create the agreement in salesforce and connect to that acocunt. Has anyone done anything similar ?  

I am using Adobe Acrobat's Fill & Sign and requesting signatures for approval on an artwork. I have attached a link so the people I have selected to send to for signatures can go and comment if they would like changes or if they are good with the way it is. After the first person signs and goes to the link, it is sent to the next person but they they are unable to click on the link or even highlight the link, but they can sign. I don't know how to fix this and any help would be great.

After signing into my Adobe Sign account, when I click on the Dashboard it never loads and a error message comes up - Sorry, we were not able to process your request.

Hello, I'm using the form templates and I am able to manually download the form field data. However, I need real time download of the form field data for work flow efficiency. Is the a way to automatically extract the field data real time, each time a new form is signed? Appreciate your solutions!

Hi! I hope someone can help me. I created a digital id and am able to insert it into my document. That being said, the digital id cuts off my first name. My name appears as Elizabeth Mills For whatever reason, it cuts off the h and places it on the second line. I have tried everything to place the name Elizabeth on one line but am unable to do so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

A user in our org sent a doc to be signed by 6 people at once. When the last person looked at it all the signatures were replaced with the second to last person who had signed it. The sender looked before it was all signed and saw the different signatures, but now, they're all replaced with the second to last person that signed. WHY?

I'm having issues trying to use custom fields from my prepared CSV file. I've followed the instructions, labeling the fields with the same information as from the CSV, but can't seem to figure out how to get the data to populate from the CSV onto the document. Ideally, I would love not only the name, email and signature to be individual for each reciepient, but I would like to be able to include individual information  for them on the document as well (i.e. supervisor, assignment, area of expertise).Please help!

I'm wondering how much visual control there is over signatures requested (not the FIll & Sign types of signatures). I add my date/text inputs, signature blocks, etc., to a document before I upload it to Adobe Sign online, from where I then 'send' it out for signing to a given client.  When I do this, it appears that there is some visual control and I adjust those settings, but in the end, when a 'request signatures' document comes back to me signed, none of those specs that I have set, come through. I have screen captures embedded below:  Setting the input to a type "Signature"  Setting the signature's colour, font and size(I recognize that here only the font colour is likely to apply)  Setting the signature to align in the center of the signature input block  And here is what comes back... black ink signature without center alignment  Maybe what I'm seeking is not possible, despite appearing to be possible? Thanks in

After the last Adobe update, I now experience issues related to signature fields/siganture block.  1 - Adobe creates a signature block most times directly under assigned fields or some random page if there is no room and 2. It misaligns the fields (signer 1 info appears under signer 2 info).  Please see sample screenshot.  Help please!

I use the adobe document generation plugin for word and convert it to pdf but if have a null value it still shows a code text tag.I would like to hide it if it's the null value

Hello,I am trying to build some templates for AdobeSign for my Dynamics CRM environment.I would like to know if it is possible to set the role in the tag inside the document?For example for the approver:{{Sig1_es_:approver1:signature}}I've read the AdobeSign Text Tag Guide and I came accross the following sentence, but I am not sure about the meaning:The signer and sender fields are used to specify the recipient roles for an agreement. Does it mean that I can only define the role when I create the agreement recipient and not already when creating the template?

Greetings All,I am trying to setup Adobe Sign for SharePoint Online using Adobe's install directions listed here. I get all the way to "Establish a trusted relationship to Adobe Sign" in the guide. When I attempt to sign on to Adobe using an admin account, I get an oauth failed error as seen below. I cant proceed with the setup until I can logon. I am currently licensed with "Adobe Creative cloud for teams". I am unsure if this license has the permissions to configure Adobe Sign for SharePoint Online. Anyone?
