Adobe Acrobat Sign

Where is the storage location for the Document Library inside iOS Adobe Sign?  I have searched everywhere for the location to delete old files, but I am unable to find the storage location.

How to clear the login information recorded by the browser after obtaining the AuthorizationCode using 'https://secure.sg1.adobesign.com/public/oauth/.....'When we call ''https://secure.sg1.adobesign.com/public/oauth/.....' again to get the AuthorizationCode directly, no need to log in, after getting the AuthorizationCode each time, is there any way we can clear the browser cached login information?  

For those of you with an enterprise account with a number of users, do you have access, as the administrator, to see when your users send a document out for signature, what that document is, and when it comes back with a signature? Basically, do you have the ability to monitor your user's account usage? 

Community - need your help here please. Our company directors want to delegate signing to their assistants. however they dont want the signature on the document to show the Assistants name, but show that they are signing as a delegate on behalf of the original signer (the director).  Can anyone tell me if this can be done please?Thankyou!

Hi  I want recipient to stop typing their signatures, which creates issues when we are using their signed documents for requesting records and such.  Are there anyways to make recipients to sign via E-Signature by having them to "drew" signatures only?  Thank you. 

I created a new API Application (the other one I had was more than a year old).When using the new application, I need to use the oauth/v2 endpoint. (For the old application, the old endpoint still works).When redirecting to return the authorization code, the api_access_point parameter is not returned (the old API returns it).Actual behavior: like https://opensource.adobe.com/acrobat-sign/developer_guide/helloworld.html#success-vs-failureExpected behavior: like https://opensource.adobe.com/acrobat-sign/developer_guide/helloworld.html#the-customer-experienceHow am I supposed to retrieve the api_access_point parameter?- The basicUris endpoint requires authentication, so this is a chicken and egg problem.- Also the design of https://opensource.adobe.com/acrobat-sign/developer_guide/helloworld.html#getting-the-access-token is weird. I need to know the api_access_point to call it. How does it help that it is returned by the function?Thank you

Hola!!! Recibí un link para firmar un Documento, pero al tocarlo no abre, sino una pagina como de Portada de Adobe. ya revisé y tengo Adebe correctamente instalado. pero no puedo ni leer ni firmar el Doc. Ni siquiera si inicio sesión en Adobe .. por favor ayuda!! 

Is this a hard limit? Is it possible to change this setting?

why is the name of the signatory showing in a combination of Letters or numeric after the document has been executed?

Helloi would like to ALWAYS notify an email address when a document is signed.Should i put that email address in CC each time i send out a document to be signed? What is the best way to do so? One more thing: in the CSV export of all the data filled out by the recipients, i would need to have also the sender information. How do i add that?Thanks!

All of a sudden our Adobe Sign in Sharepoint quit working.  How do we get this back?

I am an Acrobat Pro DC customer paying a monthly subscription since January 2016. No complaints good software to edit and create .pdf's.In January 2020 I decided to try Adobe sign for small business. Tried it and didn't need the extra features thought I removed it from annual billing so I would be charged again in 2021. I have been charged in January 2021 and 2022 (436$) in adition to my monthly subscription (15$) and have opened up the chat to help solve the problem but when I mention I want to cancel the tech transfers me to someone else. I get the feeling that if they have too many cancelation calls they get canned...   If the website and account dashboard worked I wouldn't have to call, now I am out almost 900$. Can I just get somone on the phone who can fix this, jeeze.  

I have an issue while I am trying to manage the signing preferences, it’s shows me that the “Integration of Adobe Sign with Document Cloud is not configured for your user” as shown in the below screenshot. Can anyone help me on this issue please? Thanks,  

Hi, I can't figure that out looking at the plans descriptions. Which team plan should I purchase for a company, when we want to have Adobe Sign available as app in SharePoint? Acrobat Pro DC is enough? Or is for some reason needed Acrobat Sign Solutions? Thanks in advance for your help! Regards,Tomasz

Hi Everyone. I'm designing a form (it's pretty much ready) but I'm having a problem setting up the signature requirements. For legal reasons, I'm being asked that the file needs to request an actual signature and not just a typed signature. PDFs used to be able to do this, however now, when I'm inserting the signature field, and click on preview, the option I get is to simply TYPE a signature, which is not what my client wants. I'm not getting a prompt to insert a digital signature. What am I missing here? How do I do this?  I cannot use the "request signatures" option because this document will be uploaded to our website for our members to download from their user profiles. The idea is for them to be able to access it, fill in the form and then sign it to lock in the form. Help is very much appreciated here.  

Why when I sign a document does it also add a signature block at the end of the document?

Hi, We are using Adobe sign to launch flows of documents to be signed. however, we should not be involved in the answer or interaction between signatories. The options to Hide Sender name and email are marked. But when signatory just reply to "signature requested" email they are answering to my email. How can we avoid that?  Can we set up any option where "reply" to "signature requested" email redirects to other email address? Thank you

Hello everyone, I have a question about sending a document out for signing to my organisation.I'm aware of the posibility to send it to a specific mail group, but my question is: How many people can be in that group? I have a security group with 360+ employees, will this arrive at all the employees?I know that sometimes there is a cap of 20 or 30 people, but I'm not aware of this in Adobe sign. Thanks in advance, Paraat

We currently send a document to Adobe Sign for signing using the Adobe Sign API. This user has two accounts with Adobe, personal and company.The user can select which account they want to use after logging in.The personal account has the privelages to sign documents. However, when selecting the personal account they get the error:"The Sign account for name@... is associated with a different profile. Switch to your (company name) profile."The user doesn't have an issue sending documents for signing using Adobe Acrobat and their personal account.What is the issue with their personal account?

Is there anyway to easily replace or edit a document once it has been loaded into Adobe Sign but not actually signed by any of the parties? Occasionally clients will notice a mistake in the paperwork, it would be fantastic if they could mark-up the document and then sign. Or, alternatively, if they could hold off on signing and we could replace the incorrect pages with a revised file. As it is now, I have to completely cancel the document and then set it up again and resend it - which can be extremely time consuming and it frustrates my clients.And while I'm thinking of it, it would be great if there was a way to delete a single page in a document once it was loaded into Adobe Sign, like when I'm adding signature fields to the document and I realize it generated a blank page. If I could just delete that page from inside of Adobe Sign, that would save me the hassle of having to cancel all my work, make the change in Acrobat and start the process from the beginning.DB

Hi there,I'm a newbie here and its been diffcult trying to integrate Adobe sign into our SharePoint Online I have installed the Adobe Sign app in sharepoint online and when click the icon app it redirects me to the below and then when i click on the "Establich Sharepoint Connecton Connect " i use my adobe login with username and password.Thats when i get the error OAuth error failedI do have this plan  and i also created a  trial enterprise plan and both her displaying the same errorCan you please let me know what i'm doing wrongThanks in Advance
