Adobe Acrobat Sign

Is there anyway to easily replace or edit a document once it has been loaded into Adobe Sign but not actually signed by any of the parties? Occasionally clients will notice a mistake in the paperwork, it would be fantastic if they could mark-up the document and then sign. Or, alternatively, if they could hold off on signing and we could replace the incorrect pages with a revised file. As it is now, I have to completely cancel the document and then set it up again and resend it - which can be extremely time consuming and it frustrates my clients.And while I'm thinking of it, it would be great if there was a way to delete a single page in a document once it was loaded into Adobe Sign, like when I'm adding signature fields to the document and I realize it generated a blank page. If I could just delete that page from inside of Adobe Sign, that would save me the hassle of having to cancel all my work, make the change in Acrobat and start the process from the beginning.DB

Hi there,I'm a newbie here and its been diffcult trying to integrate Adobe sign into our SharePoint Online I have installed the Adobe Sign app in sharepoint online and when click the icon app it redirects me to the below and then when i click on the "Establich Sharepoint Connecton Connect " i use my adobe login with username and password.Thats when i get the error OAuth error failedI do have this plan  and i also created a  trial enterprise plan and both her displaying the same errorCan you please let me know what i'm doing wrongThanks in Advance

Question - How can I incorporate custom fields into a Mega Sign workflow? For example, the EXAMPLE CSV file has fields "Phone" and "zipcode_es_signer" when you download the example CSV file. How would one drop those custom fields into the PDF as part of the Mega Sign workflow? The fields never appear when I try to configure the document for signature blocks, names, etc. locations after uploading into the Mega Sign workflow.   Thanks! -Rick

I am the administrator for our enterprise adobesign account but i can only see the documents that are in my queue. How can i see everything that is being routed for signture by all my users of this account?

Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.  No one to speak to directly.  All the links break which are sent to help.  Finally get through to call centre in India but the phone lines are so terrible you cannot communicate/hear.   We are now cancelling our licenses and moving to Docu Sign instead.  

Hi, we wanted to renew our contract with Adobe and just before the end of the contract Adobe told us that we have to migrate our system to the VIP model. Since then I have been hearing (for 2 months now) always different information. Our account could not be found at first. Then they found our account, but now they can't access it to migrate it. No one at Adobe can tell us anything more specific (no timetable, no migration scenario). Has anyone else experienced this? 

Where do I lodge a formal complaint? I purchased Adobe for a small team and created Sign templates to automate our processes. My team can however not see any templates that are shared even though the option of who can use is set to "Any user in my organization". I have been waiting in excess of 50 hours and all support correspondence just get referred to other support members who ask the same questions over and over.

I'm looking for a way (should be a one click solution at this point) to export data from completed documents into a usable format. In the past, I was able to select via cursor the data, then copy and paste that data into Excel, but it looks like that's no longer possible. 

I've had my account for years and have never had any issues. Today, I tried to send a document to be signed and I received this message below. I thought I had a limit of 5 per month for my subscription. This would have been the first one this month. Hi!  I would like to embed an Adobe PDF Fill-In Cloud form on our company website for clients to fill out and submit. Is it possible to accomplish this in a Word Press site?

When using Show CC, the user is notified at the beginning of the signing process that they've been CC'd. We only want them to be notified, and copied, when the signing process is completed. How can this be adjusted?

Our organization has the Enterprise license and we are starting to use Adobe Sign with Acrobat DC.  Unfortunately we are missing the "More Fields" dropdown (shown above) and therefore are not able to include the attachment field when sending documents to sign.  I have researched this issue but haven't been able to find any answers.  

We utilize federated IDs and SSO through Azure with our Adobe services. Over the last year, users in our organization without Adobe Sign accounts were able to simply put their email into the username box and be redirected to SSO portal without any extra steps when requested to sign an internal document. However approximatly around the start of the new year, these same users can no longer follow these steps. Instead they're being directed to click the "Adobe ID" prompt to then enter their email and be redirected. Has any one else noticed this change or happen to know if there is a setting that has caused this?

Is it possible to allow co-workers to receive notifiation of exectued documents or be able to access my library without using "groups"? 

New user - trying to send multiple docs for signature but the recipient sees one large doc vs. several small docs (all files were combined into one).  How do I ensure that each file is sent separately vs. merged into one?

Hi,I would like to send an agreement for signing to multiple people (More than 30 individuals). This happens frequently in my role. 30 individuals are always same. I usually select everyone digital signature, drag and place in specific region of the agreement.Do we have any way to automate it or make this process easy? Thanks 

With the classic view been removed permanently from Adobe, it is becoming difficult to navigate through the new search functionality. So, firstly, is it possible to bring back the classic view, so users can switch views as per their choice.Furthermore, with ticket reference 843526 we understood that the search functionality using email domain has been removed. This is a high critical search option and I am not sure why this was removed, not all time we can search using the full email ID, as the vendor contacts keep changing. We request you to review and bring back the search functionality using email domain example @17413941Please priorities this request feedback and escalate accordingly, as this cause huge business impact.

I need to send a contract that should be signed by a customer contact and an applicant contact, which is coming from an master object record. If any of them sign the document then the document must be considered as signed.this document will have one signature field in the document, and once it is signed by any of the recipients should be completed.
