Hi! We are moving from On Premise with an existing integration with EchoSign to Dynamics 365. When moving a simple solution we hit dependency issues due to old "cs_" components. Is it possible to get an EchoSign managed solution or what is the recommendation? Thank you!

I recently upgraded our Adobe account to include the cheaper version of Adobe Sign. I have created a form from a Word doc using the Prepare Form Tool. Then I added a few sets of Yes/No Radio buttons for various questions. For each question, if they answer Yes, I'd like the next textbox to become a required field.  I have searched and only found some answers using code.  I am thinking there must be an easy way (like in Docusign...). HiI need to send the same document to multiple employees to get an individual document for each person with their signature.  The Bulk Send option works well except that it is making me countersign the document - is there a way to avoid the countersignature?

I've prepared a fillable pdf for customer to fill in and sign with Adobe Sign in Power Automate. Then after the agreement is signed, I'm using the Get form field data of an agreement to extract the data from the agreement,Output form is in csv format. Anyway to output the file in JSON or excel format? Is is possible to get the form data by the field name? Since I am going to save the form data into sharepoint column one by one.

Hi, we are trying to implement a full API workflow, including webhooks. As of now, we are succesfully handling the webhook. As a next step, we'd like to add authentication to that. I've added a test certificate to the account and I was trying to handle that in our C# code. I am not currently able to access it with "HttpContext.Connection.ClientCertificate".  Could this be an issue with the certificate or with how we are trying to handle things? There doesn't seem to be much support for webhook authentication in the documentation.Thanks

Hello,I have someone asking if changing the recipient for a file that has already been sent out count as a transaction. I know that the original file sent out obviously counts, but if they need to change who a signer is, does that also count as a new transaction? I can find tons of information on HOW to change a recipient but nothing telling me if it counts as a transaction, which is our main concern. Thanks

When i select "fill and sign" in outlokk/word/excel/..., i get only a blanck popup with URL, and i can't do anything except close the popup. No problem with my connection, i have the same issue with or without my VPN. The problem appaears only with the outlook addin, all works correctly directly with adobe.I re-installed the add in, re-installed acorbat DC? still same issue. Any idea ? Thank you

We have a SharePoint list which contains CustomerID and other information in one row/record which gets merged into a Sign template. That template is opened and completed within MS Teams Sign and sent to the customer. We need to capture this AgreementID in that SP list record. This is so we can associate each CustomerID with the AgreementID that was sent to them in that list. I've been unable to associate the CustomerID in the creation of the Agreement. Although the CustomerID is contained in the data merged within the document, we want to avoid accessing any data from the document itself. Thanks for any ideas, Bryan

Ich habe zwei meiner E-Mail-Adressen hinterlegt. Die digitale Signatur hatte ich über den PC mittels Elster-Zertifikat unterschrieben.Die digitale Unterschrift hatte ich über mein iPhone11 geleistet (SMS-Link + Unterschrift). Beim klicken auf den Button "Fertig" kam die Meldung "Erfolgreich gesendet. Arbeiten Sie auf Ihrem Computer weiter". Aber leider wurde die Signatur nicht übermittelt. Die Datei steht immer noch auf unvollständig signiert und bei der E-Mail-Adresse nur "Von Unterzeichner angezeigt" am 14. Jan. 2022",Gibt es hier technische Schwierigkeiten?

I have the adobe acrobat dc subscription. When I try to send a document for signing it says contact customer support. No error code, no phone number. I had just send 3 documents for signing prior to this occuring. The subscription is new, 12/30/2021. How can this be fixed. Holly

When I use the "fill and sign" option and I upload several documents, after I sign and download them the name of each documents changes (the name of one document is used to rename the rest of them and also  "part 1", "part 2" etc gets added), and I have to rename each of them which is really time consuming.I would like to know if there is any way to avoid this, and to have each document retain its original name after I signed them.

I dont need manual intervention so need to generate the authorization code that is needed to generate the access token. Code is getting expired in next subsequent call so everytime i need to do manual steps to get the code from url and update the code which is practically not possible in any of the integration api.

When I send a document for signature, I would like signature , date, & TIME... it only does date & signature... HOW TO ADD TIME STAMP as well

As administrator of the company's user accounts, am I able to view all e-sign documents that have been sent, signed and awaiting signature for the whole company? All I can see at the moment is I must log in as each user to access, view & manage the documents

Hi everyone, I have a client that it having this error with their e-sign. When they go to use it, they only get a blank white box poping up and nothing else. Before this error, they would get fileds to fill out details. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but we're still getting the same issue. Has anyone ever had this happen before and know of any fixes?
