Is there any option in Adobe Sign cloud version to extract the list of documents to Excel pending for approval.

Once I select everyone under recepients all other options for signature fields gets greyed out? Why and how do I fix it?

I created a template, and used it with power autoamte to get sequencial signatures. The first signature was received but as I review the agreement I need to make some changes. Currently, adobe is not allowing me to do so. Is there any way that I can make changes to the data the user input (the info they entered is wrong, I do not want to go through another form).Also how can I stop the emails I receive from Adobe Sign?

We have been notified that Adobe Sign plan to obsolete the version we are using on premises very soon.   We installed this version in January 2020 = with enormous pain and bugs which required night-time sessions with their core developers.   More or less stable since then, but Adobe promised us fixes to do with CRM Dynamics support!   They have now released a new package - finally - and are telling us to move off the old one which is about to be obsoleted.   Problem is --> their App Deployer is not working, and the manual install does not work either !! Anyone having problems with Adobe Sign for CRM Dynamics ?  We are still using version 8.  They have only recently shipped a new package but it simply does not install and I fear they will once again just cut off our service.  We use them for every single order we send out and it is totally mission critical for us?  They are not even responding to support call but t

How do I make a change or add content to an existing document?

I'm trying to upload a document that is identical in all respects (except who signs it) to ten other similar documents I've successfully uploaded earlier today.  It's a PDF document that requires two signatures.  I typically upload around 12 iterations of these every month, with no problem.  I had to make a slight change to the information in the document, so I cancelled the previous version (which I had uploaded successfully earlier today) then tried to create a new transaction.  I'm able to get to the point where the document is being uploaded to AdobeSign, but at that point, the process becomes glacially slow.  It takes several minutes to even get to the end of the progress bar, and then when it does get to the end, it just sits there with a full progress bar and does absolutely nothing.  I've tried logging out and logging back in.  That didn't help.  I tried reloading the page, and the document *did* appear as if it had been uploaded, but whe

Is there a way to send reminders for all my documents waiting for signature so that I don't have to do them all individually?The documents are all different and sent to different people 

I have an application that uses the v5 REST API. We're in the process of updating to v6 but the v5 integration is currently in use by customers as well. Recently the v2 OAuth endpoint was released and I have a few questions:- Can keys generated with the v2 OAuth endpoint be used with the v5 REST API?- If not,  can the v1 OAuth endpoint still be used to generate keys? Thank you.

I've wasted 3 hours this morning trying to navigate Adobe's customer service maze to no effect.I'm an Adobe Acrobat DC subscriber, primarily for Adobe Sign. We're going through a SOC 2 Type 2 audit and I need to provide a copy of Adobe's SOC 2 Type 2 Attestation report. Adobe's customer care group in India doesn't have a clue. One of them emailed me their W-9... Another sent me to their compliance page, which shows what certs they have, but no links to the actual reports. Can you help? Most of our other vendors (e.g Salesforce) provide them online within a click or two.

Hi,I am sending a doc with recipient's email on it.  I have the email field auto pop with recipient's email but it is NOT read only.  The field does auto pop with their correct email, but how can I get it so the recipient can change it or update it if he wants?  There is a salesforce integration.  ty

When trying to do a bulk send the only option for "Identity Verification" is "Email delivery (default)".  There are no other options to select.  When we attempt to send with this setting, we receive "Signer identity verification method not allowed by account settings." We only have access to modify group settings in our account. Our only allowed Identify Verification methods are Adobe Sign for Internal and Adobe Sign\Phone for external.  This works for non-bulk sends.

In the enterprise version of Adobe sign, is it possible to set rules for the recipient of the documents? For instance, if we wish to send 2-3 proposals to a client, but only want them to select 1 out of those to sign as opposed to being able to sign all of them?

Hello, I'm trying to get OAuth token, the API that I'm using is http://api.adobesign.com/oauth/token?code={Authorization_Code}&client_id={Client_ID}&client_secret={Client_Secret}&redirect_uri=https://www.google.co.in&grant_type=authorization_code I'm getting the error - 403 Forbidden You don't have permission to access /oauth/token on this server. Also, I've attached the screenshot for the same Can anybody help? 

Lately when I have sent documents to clients to sign, it only gives them the option to sign through a mobile device. It does not give an option to sign thru the computer browser or even type their signature. Some client's don't have a mobile device available. How do I send documents so that the recipient can sign through any method, not just sending link to their mobile device?

How do I count the number of checkboxes that have been checked in an Adobe Sign template?  My form is currently in Adobe Acrobat and counting works. Everyone time I send a template to be signed from my iphone mobile app in Adobe Sign it gives an error message saying "the page you are trying to access is not valid" and then I have to redo it and then it works. It consistently makes me do it twice to work.

Hi I’m a complete beginner and have designed an Adobe form. Then, I uploaded the form to create a reusable template in Adobe Sign. I need to create a field which will have automatic answer based on the answers given to 4 other sub-fields. i.e. if the suppliers have complied to 4 sub-fields, the final remark of the main filed will be ‘complied’ which will be automatically assigned. Suppliers cannot manually enter data into the final remark section. We curently use Dropbox and Adobe Sign. If I access the document from dropbox, send for signature with Adobe Sign, at the end of the process I can say where the document should be saved once sent and I can choose a dropbox file.  We are lookign to change to Google Drive and can not find the same funactionality. The artical suggest at the end I can 'Change destination folder', but this option is not there. I pulled through the file from the Good Drive in the first place.  Please help!

The Adobe Sign feature list says that all versions support "Send, track, and manage directly from your online Box or Google Drive account". Where are the configuration instructions for Google Drive? I see nothing in the help or forums.

Hello. I've sent some ducuments to two clients for signature via Adobe. Both client's are now experiencing the same challenge where they finish completing and signing the document but the "next" arrow keeps apearing. Please assist.
