Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,Once our documentss are sent to our cleint and they recive a n email and then a text messgae. It then ask for their ID and a selfie. Many (but not all) clients crach at the selfie stage and cant go any further. This has been on iphones and android (we think). We have also tested ourselves and find its hit/miss. Some of us it works on an iphone and some it doesn't. We send client application forms out for completion, signing and ID verification and this is urgent  

We have an Employee who works in HR (Judy) who has been trying to get this issue resolved. Our Adobe Admin has had no luck in getting support to resolve this issue. When Judy sends a document to be signed through Adobe Sign, she gets a message that an email is also being sent to jennifer.chicas@emailadd.org. Jennifer is an old employee who no longer works here. Email should be going to Judy's email, and she is using a completely different computer/laptop. I went as far as removing Adobe Acrobat Pro DC completely off her laptop (and reinstalled). Deleted Judy's profile from Windows, I reimaged her laptop, and finally had her log into a completely different laptop. Our Adobe Admin even went as far as Deleting, and recreating her account from Adobe Admin site. And the Jennifer.Chicas email still shows up. Our Adobe Admin believes this is something on Adobe’s backend that’s the issue. But we cannot get a quick response since their support is in India and have to wait till next da

Question, Does anyone use Adobe Sign without the the reautentication of their user ID (email) and password?  This is a CFR setting within Adobe Sign . We use Azure for the authentication and single sign on but I would like to know if anyone out there is only using the corporate single sign on and authentication methd and not the one for Adobe Sign. Look forward to thoughts. Ralph

Hello, Our enterprise account has multiple licesnses for Acrobat Pro DC, which comes with the use of Adobe Sign, but we can't access the admin screen within the app to customize our outgoing emails to people.   We want to add our logo.  Is that possible just thru the Acrobat licensing or do you have to have an Adobe Sign license to at least one user as well? Thank youAndrew B

HOW DO I OPEN A DOCUMENT. IT SAYS IT CANNOT VERIFY MY IDENTITY. BUT I HAVE OPENED IT SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST MONTHS. 

We are trying to automate a process where we can use a singular workflow to work for all our contracts. We have made a space for 8 potential signers, 1 owner, and 1 agent. The agent in this case is the approver. In the image attached, there are 9 spaces to initial: 8 for the tenants and 1 for the owner. The agent does not need to initial, just needs to sign at the last page, and this works as long as all 8 spots for tenants are filled. The problem arises when there are fewer than 8 tenants and the agent is required to initial. I am unable to use the condition function of the fields to make it so that it will automatically hide when the participant assigned to it is an approver. If we could figure this out, we would not need to create a new form for every number of tenants.

Looking for the max number of login attempts for Adobe Sign - basically, besides 2FA, what is the security posture for the platform. Thanks

Kundenname und Anschrift) würde ich es gern so darstellen, dass die Inhalte des Feldes von Seite 1 auf alle weiten Seiten automatisch kopiert werden. Der Kunde also auf Seite 1 seinen Namen und seine Anschrift eingibt und diese automatisch auf alle weiteren Seiten kopiert wird. Ist dass darstellbar? Es ist ziemlich nervig dass der Unterzeichner die Textfelder auf jeder Seite neu ausfüllen muss.

I wanted to know if it is possible to store the signature in a database. and retrieve it everytime a user wants to sign a document using adobe sign. We are integrating sage with sharepoint. so we would like to use adobe sign to do the signing process.Thank you for your assistance in advance   

Using a workflow,  with 3 signatures required, we lose the ability to select where on the pdf each signature goes. It works fine when not using workflow. What configuration is required to select and specify the signatures locations when using an Adobe Sign Workflow?

I'm wanting to create a suite of fillable form templates for my organisation that include the use of electronic signatures. My challenge is that I just want to be able to create the template and upload it to sharepoint for use by anyone in our organisation without needing to be part of the signature workflow. For context, our organisation is made up of multiple offices across the country that do not log into a server. They may or may not have an adobe licence. Is this possible and if so, how? 

Document will not load on Adobe Sign website even though internet speed is fine.  This happens 19 out of 20 times.  What may be causing this issue?

Since Adobe Document Cloud is HIPAA-compliant, how do we go about getting a BAA signed with the company?  All the other services that claim HIPAA-compliance will sign a BAA with you, but I was unable to figure out how to get this done here.  Any help appreciated.  Thank you!

Hi,I'm going crasy about the digital sign tool with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20099.I couldn't sign any pdf with my certificate. In fact, the software go on bug :First I go to Tools > Certificates > Digitally Sign > And create the space for signature. At that moment, when the sign space as been made, Acrobat become grey and don't show anything to complete the sign. It's like it didn't show the tools after creating the sign space on the pdf. To quit, all i can do is do an "escape" on keyboard.I need to sign my pdf with my certificate, and i couldn't do it with adobe pro. Very disapointed.Hope there is something to do to resolve this bug.Thanks,BR,Julien

Once I select everyone under recepients all other options for signature fields gets greyed out? Why and how do I fix it?

I created a template, and used it with power autoamte to get sequencial signatures. The first signature was received but as I review the agreement I need to make some changes. Currently, adobe is not allowing me to do so. Is there any way that I can make changes to the data the user input (the info they entered is wrong, I do not want to go through another form).Also how can I stop the emails I receive from Adobe Sign?

We have been notified that Adobe Sign plan to obsolete the version we are using on premises very soon.   We installed this version in January 2020 = with enormous pain and bugs which required night-time sessions with their core developers.   More or less stable since then, but Adobe promised us fixes to do with CRM Dynamics support!   They have now released a new package - finally - and are telling us to move off the old one which is about to be obsoleted.   Problem is --> their App Deployer is not working, and the manual install does not work either !! Anyone having problems with Adobe Sign for CRM Dynamics ?  We are still using version 8.  They have only recently shipped a new package but it simply does not install and I fear they will once again just cut off our service.  We use them for every single order we send out and it is totally mission critical for us?  They are not even responding to support call but t

How do I make a change or add content to an existing document?

I'm trying to upload a document that is identical in all respects (except who signs it) to ten other similar documents I've successfully uploaded earlier today.  It's a PDF document that requires two signatures.  I typically upload around 12 iterations of these every month, with no problem.  I had to make a slight change to the information in the document, so I cancelled the previous version (which I had uploaded successfully earlier today) then tried to create a new transaction.  I'm able to get to the point where the document is being uploaded to AdobeSign, but at that point, the process becomes glacially slow.  It takes several minutes to even get to the end of the progress bar, and then when it does get to the end, it just sits there with a full progress bar and does absolutely nothing.  I've tried logging out and logging back in.  That didn't help.  I tried reloading the page, and the document *did* appear as if it had been uploaded, but whe

I have an application that uses the v5 REST API. We're in the process of updating to v6 but the v5 integration is currently in use by customers as well. Recently the v2 OAuth endpoint was released and I have a few questions:- Can keys generated with the v2 OAuth endpoint be used with the v5 REST API?- If not,  can the v1 OAuth endpoint still be used to generate keys? Thank you.
