Adobe Acrobat Sign

We're having an issue when signatures land on top of each other. A user says everything is working fine until they selected "Click to send another document." Now signatures come out as shown in the attachment. The user's rebooted, signed out and back in, but still see the issue. What are our next steps in troubleshooting? Many thanks.

If I send One DOcument to multiple emails for signature, will the document come back to me with all signers in a single document?

Hello everyone,My department uses Adobe Sign to submit digital documents for approval everyday. Its straight forward and I really like how it streamlines the process. For even more efficency, my director is asking if there is an option to send documents with a approve/deny option, where she can review and in one click send back to you as approved or denied. Can anyone let me know if what I am trying to do is possible and the best way to do it. I work in education and we have a policy agreement form that needs to be signed by each student in multiple classes, as well as their instructors. This was done with physical copies in the past. My predecessor would email each instructor a PDF of the document and they would sign that digitally then print out a copy for each student in their class to physically sign and return. I'd like to make this process completely digital. The workflow I'm trying to setup is as follows:1. Distribute form via Adobe Sign to all instructors2. Instructors sign the form digitally.3. Instructors than distribute the signed from to all their students.4. Each individual student signature is recorded and tracked in Adobe Sign. If anyone could let me know if/how this is possible, it would be much appreciated. Thanks,Rob

 Hi All, I'm one day into Adobe Sign templates and trying to figure out why the values on this picklist value aren't functioning properly. In the image below you can see that the picklist values are populating but with random spaces (ie "Entr ance" instead of "Entrance"). Besides being pretty ugly it also affects other dependent fields which populate prices and other values. I have Acrobat DC which includes individual version of Adobe Sign which is supposed to have a page limit of 100 pages, yet it bounces back saying page limit is 25 pages... Is there a setting to change somewhere ? 

I'm an Adobe Sign Admin. I have access to all the account settings, but I'm looking for a PDF that I can share with some non admin team members, that will be deciding what features should be enabled, or disabled. So far, I've had to share my screen with them, in time consuming meetings. I would like them to have a PDF that shows all the options found in the Account Settings (Account Setup, Signature Preferences, Digital Signatures, etc). I do not wish in any way to give them Admin rights. Thank you

I have a PDF that was e-signed and I want to print the document. When I print the e-signature does not print on the page. How do I get the signature to show up when printing the document? 

Hi!One of our business benefits for implementing Adobe Sign was to reduce paper consumption. We have been trying to get a basic report on number of pages unprinted due since electronic signature usage. However we cannot generate any data around number of pages in each signed document. i was wondering if anyone has utilised the platform to assist with sustainability reporting in this way, thanks

I have successfully installed the Adobe app to my Dynamic 365 environment. I have question, how do we add and design the template in Dynamic CRM side (place the signature component and any other). I know how to update template while login to Adobe administrative portal and send document to signature. But I’m bit confuse with how we handle with this Dynamic 365?

Looking to pick some brains here.  I'm attempting to post a PDF to the transientDocuments endpoint and running into some (probably very basic) issues - wanted to see if anyone else here ran into the same thing. In the RestRequest, I've tried the .AddFile() function and also the .AddFileBytes() function, but both ways gives me a error stating:  NO_FILE_CONTENT","message":"Must provide file body" Code in question://request.AddFile(displayName, fileName, "multipart/form-data");//request.AddFileBytes(displayName, System.IO.File.ReadAllBytes(fileName), displayName, "multipart/form-data"); I am including the File-Name and Mime-Type parameters on the request.

Hello - We're using Adobe sign appechange app for our Salesforce CRM. Recently I noticed that a new version of the app is introduced however from the release notes it seems its just a minor patch update V23.14, and we already have V23.8 which is one version before the lastest one.  My quetsion is, do I really need to update the app at this point or can I wait for more major update? Additionally, will abode stop supporting this app if I don't have an up to date version of the app? 

I have several different templates that are used to create agreement forms. When they're returned I use an API call to the Widget ID to extract the form data. Unfortunately when there is an agreement returned for a template that already has an agreement returned Adobe Sign groups them together. Even though they'll have separate agreement IDs when I go to extract the information with my Widget ID it gets the very first agreement, whereas I need the last (most current). I'm asking my support team to set it up so that the forms are separated but is there a way I can 1) get multiple Widget IDs and 2) tell which one is the most recent one?

Hi,I'm using POST /agreements method to send documents for signing.I noticed that signature block is added automatically at the end of the document with both sign and email fields. I'm wondering is it possible to add fields like company or role or athever to the signature block?I haven't find the parameters to provide that informationMany ThanksMariano 

When using DocumentCloud with Adobe Sign, our account keeps getting timeout and will be stuck on Loading Adobe Sign if there is no activity after 5 minutes.  We timed it multiple times and 5 minutes seem to be when it gets stuck.  We can refresh it to get it back, but all the work that has been done up to that point is lost.  This happens on all browsers Internet Edge, Firefox and Chrome and tested it on multiple computers in different locations.  It only happens with one account.  Contacted support and haven't heard from them after  they said they were going to look into it.  Does anyone have any ideas what can be done? Thanks.

We are sending multiple documents for signature and if one is canceled it cancels all other documents. Is there a way to just cancel one and sign the others?Also, if they cancel one and decide they want it signed, it would be nice to be able to undo a canceled document so that we dont have to start all over with the multiple documents.Is it best to just send one at a time instead of bulk?

Hello there Just a couple of days ago, I noticed that the headers of  DOCX files that we have used for ages, suddenly do not get their headers (titles) properly converted into bookmarks in PDF. The number of bookmarks seems correct. But only the first couple are labeled and linked corretly, then the last correct one just gets repeated (label and link incorrect). This is even the case with the DOCX'es we justed some years ago. And the problem is consistent for all DOCx'es.  So far only on my machine. (I did an 'repair installation' already) thx for any infoHerwin

Is it possible just to send a link to my template via mass email?

Our insitition is underway on migrating over to Adobe Sign from DocuSign.  We did not opt-in for a sandbox environment and instead went with creating a developer account for our Admins to begin testing integrations and recently discovered the limited number of users that can be within one developer account environment.  I was hoping someone may have figured out how to address the limit of users that can access a developers account.  I would like to invite my template creator/web form creators within my enterprise to have access to a developer's account that I manage.  Possibly create multiple developer accounts with different email accounts.
