Adobe Acrobat Sign

I creted agreements using Adobe Sign API. I received ID. How can I see this agreement using Adobe Sign GUI? I can't see it from my panel. 

Hi All,Does anyone know what the text tag would be to have the date of signing be put automatically with the "dd mmmm yyyy" format for signer 1 - I have tried a few combination of {{Dte_es_:signer1:isdate(format="dd mmmm yyyy")}}, however this doesn't work as it comes through as a text input field with an entered value rather than a date field that is automatically calculated and included in line with the specified format on a mandatory / required basis.Many thanks!

I'm a developer working on an integration with our web application.  I've been creating agreements to test the placement of fields on a document and just received an email stating that I have reached a "Page Limit."  I'm unable to continue development because the agreements are now coming back as cancelled.  How is it possible to develop and test an integration with Adobe Sign if my developer account is limited?  I assumed (like most APIs I've worked with) that I would have unlimited access in a sandbox environment until my application went live.  Is that not the case?

Hi All, I am trying to create a template that can be used by the team to send for signing. Creating the template is easy enough however my challenge is how to create a template that allows for one of my team to insert some data in predefined fields and then send for signature.There are 3 fields that I need to be able to be edited by one of my team, but locked and non-editable once it is sent for signing.I know I can just enter the data into the template, save and then send for signing however it being able to do it all in one workflow would be preferable.I would appreciate any help.Cheers

none of the people i send email signature requests to are getting emails. they have all checked their spam filters and there is nothing anywhere. is anyone having this problem and if so how do you overcome it? 

I no longer have the functionality to add a new electronic signature.  The only option I have is to send and email to someone to have them sign the document which is not appropriate.  How can this bug be fixed? Thanks

Hey,I have received a document signed by one party (as a PDF attachement in an email) and it was locked for any edits. What I have done, is used "request signature" via Adobe Sign so my director can sign the document also (indicated all relevant fields, etc.). The on screen notification said that after the document is signed all parties will receive a copy of it. Can I clarify what parties get a copy of the signed document?Is that me and my director? Or us (my director and me) and the other party that signed initially the document and sent it to me via email?Thank you!

I'm trying to get the access token for my OAuth application. I've followed the documentation and created an application, and navigated to the URL:https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/oauth?redirect_uri=[REDIRECT URL]&response_type=code&client_id=[CLIENT ID]&scope=agreement_read:accountFrom my understanding it's supposed to bring me to a page where I click 'Allow' and then I get redirected to the redirect URL with parameters in the URL. But instead I get "Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request".I'm not sure what I'm missing or doing wrong here, my redirect URL is the exact same, and my Client ID is the exact same and the scope is correct.I've looked at this forum topic:Help with OAuth2 And it mentions code on the user's side, do I need to have my own code on my redirect URL to do something here?

Hi, Using the following API methods gives either the byte array of an agreement document, or an url to the same document: GET /agreements/{agreementId}/combinedDocumentGET /agreements/{agreementId}/combinedDocument/url The first method gets a document that is password protected with a password the user doesn't know.The second method gets a document that is not password protected.Does anyone agree that this is a bit strange (a bug)? What's the point in method one if you can't open the document?Any 'security' added by the password is rendered pointless by the existence of method 2 anyway.Why make the API consumers jump through extra hoops to download a viewable document (via the url route)? The documentation I followed never said anything about a password.https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs.html#!adobedocs/adobe-sign/master/api_usage/download_agreement.md If this is considered a bug, how do we get it to the attention of someone who can get it f

I am developing software, and I will be integrating basic Adobe Sign functionalities into the software.I need access to an API / SDK that helps me accomplish this integration. I have the "Creative Cloud All App Suite" subscription plan, which I believe does not include access to any API that enables me to accomplish this integration. Can this be accomplished with either of the following 3 APIs (accessible via https://console.adobe.io/servicesandapis)?1.  Adobe Sign API2. Creative SDK3. Creative Cloud Libraries How do I gain access to any of the APIs that I need? Must I upgrade/change my subscription plan (or purchase a new, separate product)?  Is my only option to purchase one of the 2 options that are listed under the 'Business' tab at https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html?promoid=XT3PH4HC&mv=other?  I have been transferred around to approximately 15 different people / departments / teams at Adobe today (not an exaggeration). P

I was using a fillable form, that I filled out, and sent to someone as an attachment for them to add information to.  Once the recipient received  the form she was not allowed to edit or sign the form that was sent to her.  This same form was sent to others and the problem I am experiencing did not occur with the others, their form was editable.  Would having different versions of Adobe cause this problem?

Hello.  I am trying to complete an e-registration for my son's school.  Once I fill out the information for one son the same information populates for the next son.  When I try to edit the second son the first son's information is replaced.  Is there any way for me to complete for both sons?

Does anyone encounter the problem of not having a zipped folder in the file you send out the doc for signature?  I always sent document out from my Drop Box document foltders to send out document (like contract or service agreement) to clinet to sign.  It used to have zipped file with extension states in progress appears in the folder where i send out the agreement.  once the client sign back the doc, the zipped folder changed to completed.  But since last Friday, it doesn't seem to have this zipped folder appear anymore.  Will anyone have the same issue and know how to fix it here?  Thank you in advance. PS: I have attached a screen shot with the previous sent and recent sent and hope to make issue clearer.

Dear AllCould you please help me as I've been slowely losing hope for the issue to be resolved. I used to have a trial persiod started on my company address. Aftre some time we have decided as a company to upgrade to an enterprise plan. I have been appointed as one of the admins and I repeatedly have been denied access to the enterprise account due to previously having another account on the same address. I keep getting an email that I have been granted access to an enterprise account but I have to archive my previous account and when I try to do it and I receive a notice: We cannot perfom the requested task. Can anyone advice me what to do about it? I would apppreciate.  

Hi All , I am trying to create dynamic template for agreement which will be refrence to a specific custom object which i created, and this custom object have a child object related to it. I am wondering if it is possible to iterate throught the child object and retrieve it dynamicly using merge mapping and creating a template which will retieve the data from master object and the child object with each others. Thank you in advace. 

I have problem to sign whenever attaching a PDF with dropdown list. It could be either1. Able to sign but all the dropdown list data will be missing and appear as blank.2. Not able to sign as asking me to fill up the dropdown list again while these columns are all already filled with data.Anyone can help solving this? Thanks in advance!

I have Acrobat Pro DC, how can I send one document to all of my employees (about 80) to sign individually? I have been reading through the threads and find directions, but I can't seem to do any of them. Do I have the wrong version? And if so, what should I use? Thank you for any help

Is there any way to create a string field in AS such that there is no box around it?  Signer will not be changing any data.  I can make the field read only but it still has a box around it.  Thanks.  

Im trying to sign my contract sent by my client but when i click on the signature field a pop up window appears where i can put my sign but i cant see any button for apply there and dont know how to apply my signature from that pop up window to my contract paper.

I receive a monthly statement of work from a client via EchoSign. This month, when I click the hyperlink for signature I can't move past the "preparing document" screen.The only thing that I can't think of that has changed between now and the last time I successfully signed a doc, was that I cleared all my cookies. The client has sent me updated links; however, nothing has changed.I'm working on a MacBook Air, OS X, version 10.9.5.Can anyone please advise? Thank you in advance.

My company has a process where documents need to be signed in seperate stages and the sections under the last signature fields still need to remain editable. Is it possible to send out a PDF to for signatures and lock the PDF from the used signature fields up to the beginning of the document and keep the remaining fields underneath the signatures editable? These documents are essentially setup to be signed in two or more stages in this way. For example: First Part of the Document       Signatures for the First Part of the DocumentSecond part of the Document (Edited after the signature above)       Signatures requested after the second part of the document is completed.
