Hi all,I need to send a document to 2-3 people in my organization who have administrative assistants that handle their signature routing. The signature routing chain might look something like this:Me (document creator)My supervisorMy manager1 Assistant -> Director2 Assistant -> Legal3 Assistant -> Administrator I thought that I could easily do this in adobe sign by requiring signatures in order, and then assigning certain signatures to Assistants 1, 2, 3 who can then delegate the signature to the appropriate party. The tricky part is that Assistant 1 needs to take over routing the document after it has been signed by the Director. She routes to Assistant 2 and then after Legal has signed she routes to Assistant 3 for the Administrator's signature. The issue we have now is that the document becomes locked after signatures. So even when she gets the document back after the Director signs, she has to unlock it using one of those print as PDF workarounds, assign new sign

I work at an airport that provides badges to everyone who works here. We have a badge application that all of the companies have to fill out and they have a specific person per company that signs off on the applications. Both people, (The applicant and the Authorized Signer) need to sign the same form. I can't send them the applications every single time they have a new employee. Is there a way to do this without me having to email them everytime? Thank you

Hi there, we are using adobe sign and sending multiple documents across to our clients to sign. The issue we have is when we're selecting the templates to send over we sometimes miss one, or add in one that doesn't need to be in there. Is there a way of just removing a single template or adding one in, once we've created the multiple template document.

We've had problems with this stamp covering text of agreements and end up signing & routing hard copies instead.  We don't always author the agreements being signed, so I'm not able to increase the lower margin to create space for the auto generated validation stamp.  Any solution for this issue?

Hello, In Adobe sign, when a document is fully signed up, is there a way to send this signed up documents to different email ID?  We know that when a document is fully signed up, the requester and all the signatories will receive a copy of it. But what I am looking for is to send this document to another email address right after the document is signed up. Can anyone help? Thanks.

We purchased 100 business transactions for Adobe Sign.  How can you check to see who used the transactions? We already consumed 953.  Trying to narrow down who used most of the transactions

When you send a docuement and use the Private Message feature, is there a way that the sender can document that they have done so? It does not show up on the audit trail or in your inbox. Also, when you open up the completed, signed document, it only shows the public message that was sent.  Asking for any advice/input! Thanks! 

Hello,    How do I go about getting a BAA with Adobe/ Adobe Sign.  According to "Adobe Sign Technical Overview" (https://acrobat.adobe.com/content/dam/doc-cloud/en/pdfs/adobe-sign-technical-overview-uk.pdf ) "Adobe Sign is ready to support HIPAA compliance for any organization... and signs a business associate agreement (BAA) with Adobe."  The document does not elaborate on how to get a BAA with Adobe.  Thank youKenneth

I try to setup Adobe Sign Add-on on Microsoft Teams. I logged on but a response indicates 'Request Entity Too Large'.   I already try to delete Microsoft edge(Chromium ver) Cookies and caches. But, not resolved.

So as per the title, I have the app on my iPhone which loads like the app, and allows for "get signature in person", however when using my iPad Pro, the app just loads up like the webpage, and hence doesn't have the option for sign in person. Is there a way to set the native view for iPad?

Is it possible to start process with a signature by one employee today, then continue with another one, and finish again by the first employee. I have steps that we process now, and steps that we process tomorow. I need the ability to pause the signature process with saving today, and the ability to continue it at any time with any emploee. Has anyone else faced such a problem?My bank sent me an E sign document however adobe did not send me a sign on code the options are voice or text message, I tried both, and waited for 30 minutes, but neither of them worked. 

I recently started using adobe fill and sign on my iphone and ipad.  I have a bunch of custom fields I have setup in my profile to make filling forms out easier.  Today I went to use it on the ipda first, then the iphone and all of the profile data is blank.  Any reason this would happen?

Presento problemas al Firmar los documentos con firma digital. El proceso funciona normalmente; puedo ver el documento, descargar para firmar con Certificado digital, muestra los certificados cargados, y firma el documento, pero al momento de que vuelva a cargar de forma automática a Adobe Sign el proceso ya no responde y Acrobat Reader queda colgado. Estoy utilizando SafeNet eToken 5110 FIPS. Favor sus comentarios. Desde ya gracias.   Saludos
