Adobe Acrobat Sign

In  OAuth flow there will be an endpoint like 'oauth/userinfo' which fetches the user information who has authorized his/her account. Looking for similar API for Adobe Sign. As Adobe Sign accounts can have multiple users, how can we know which user has authorized his/her Adobe Sign account ?

Hello!I'm working on using conditional display options with a form I'm developing. In the below picture, the middle row of fields (that are showing as greyed out) are each set with the condition:show if KeyName1 =/= [blank]I expected these fields to be completely invisible. Instead, they are still showing but greyed out. Is this an issue? Or is this just how the conditional display is intended to work? I'd like to find a way to make them totally disappear.

I just purchased Adobe Sign for Business.I have created the Digital ID and set to use for signing.But I'm unable find option to insert this Digital ID, I can only see Fill & Sign option to insert my image signature. How can I achieve something like this below/

Hi, I was sent a document signed by the customer via email and was asked to initiate countersign using Adobe Sign. After I loaded the document into Adobe Sign and clicked NEXT, I saw the signature, title and date tags was already there without me doing the drag and drop as per normal action. Then I moved the tags to where i want it to be, the customer's signature, title and date were erased or faded. How do I remove the tags without erasing the customer's completed signature tags? Thanks. Best regards,Cynthia

In below image, I want to use multiple fields from template concatenated with "-". Is it possible? if not any alternate solution suggestion?  

Hello,We are currently transitioning to Adobe Sign from a "Prepare Form" form made in Acrobat. The basics transitioned over ok, but there are numerous small problems that I cannot find an answer to via Google (most results just refer me to Sign or Acrobat's innate functionality). Frankly, I had expected everything to be interoperable (e.g. functionality remained the same between Acrobat & Sign), or at least have the ability to setup a form outside of Sign. I have converted the "Acrobat Form" to an "Adobe Sign Form". 1 - How can I setup Sign "Conditions" (accessible when you upload into Sign) using Prepare Forms?2 - How do I get the dropdown date field from Acrobat to work as a dropdown date field in Sign?3 - How do I assign Signer 1, 2, 3 etc as groups within the Acrobat document, so I dont have to set them up every single time, and (keep them in the same order)?4 - Does anyone have a document explaining the interactions between Acrobat and Sign? 5 - How do I ge

We need to know how we can change the wording (default) in the email that is sent to clients to sign documents OR how to open a support ticket. The wording in the default email is inaccurate. The wording in the email says: "Instead select the 'Other Actions' option and then click on the 'Assign to Someone Else' button once you enter the signing ceremony." The 'Other Actions' option does not exist. The 'Assign to Someone Else' button does not exist as written. There is an Option drop down menu and in that menu, there is a 'Delegate signing to another' option. We would like the wording in the default email changed to reflect reality, or instructions on how to change the default wording. Here are screen shots of what our clients are seeing.

Hello I am using the Adobe Sign service via API. Sometimes a problem occurs when a signer enters his phone authentication code in the Adobe user interface (usually via browser on smartphone). Here is a brief description, step by step:1 - The signer receives the link to the Agreement2 - By clicking on the link, the user (signer) opens the agreement in his browser (usually on his smartphone): the authentication screen appears.3 - If the user (signer) selects the "SMS" mode and taps "OK", the SMS with the authentication code is sent correctly.4 - But once the signer enters the code in the correct textbox (browser, Adobe Sign UI) and taps "OK", sometimes the browser is redirected to the previous screen (selection of the authentication mode, SMS or phone call) and a link appears: "I already have a code".5 - In this situation the signer must tap that link, the textbox for the SMS code (previously written) is displayed again already filled in, and then by tapping "OK" the user can a

Hi Community, Our client has a issue, and I have no idea to solve it. In this Adobe Sign tutorial (https://helpx.adobe.com/hu/sign/using/digital-signatures.html) he see this image. Hi, I developed an integration with the Echosign SOAP API several years ago.I have been told that this API is going to be dropped imminently, so am looking to change to use the REST API with some urgency.I am having an issue with my developer account. If I log in I can see that I am using a trial account, but there is no facility to create an application. I try to re-register for a developer account, go through the validation process, and get a message stating   'Thank you for choosing Adobe Sign trial. Hi I got this error when try to connect, the thing is with the same account, i can connect on my local computer, but when testing in AWS based staging site , it gives this error.  I have read through other posts about this error, some mentioned this is happens because using a trial developer account, but it does work on local.  Any help is appreciatedThanks

I had Acrobat DC with esign. It was combining two documents when sent to a single signer which does not work for me.Service chat 1: you have the wrong plan, you need the small business plan. Bought that and rep wiped out my prior plan. Still did not work- no option to set "keep documents separate"Service chat 2: oh, the small business plan doesn't include esign. You lost that when you cancelled the other plan. You need esign mega.
