Adobe Acrobat Sign

I am trying to send a document for esigning.  When I go to enter the email address to send the document to, I get a message advising that account has been logged out and to try signing in again.  I am signed in, my subscription is up to date and appropriate.  Had no problems using this signing mechanism previously (and as recently as a couple of days ago).  I did do a Windows update last night.   Is there an issue with esigning at the moment?

After creating a PDF I added a digital signature field so the PDF can be signed but when I email the PDF to the person who needs to sign it the signature field disappears so they are not able to sign the PDF.  With this I also noticed the PDF icon looks different in that it show a red belt on it; not sure if this matters.  Also, the person signing is running the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and the program being used to create the signature field is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. How do I fix this so the person can sign the PDF?

Is there a way to have a signed document sent directly to a folder on my OneDrive?

I have a form that needs to be sent to a delegator.  The delegator will forward the form to a variable number of recipients who will each fill out and sign the form.  I understand it is doable if the delegator only forward the form to one recipient.   Can the delegator forward the form to multiple recipients, and each of them will fill out and sign the form separately?

Hello. I have templated PDF that has fillable fields. We fill out the fields and then send it off for signature to people. When I send it via Adobe Sign, the fillable fields (that I filled out) are editable for the receiver. We need those fillable items to be view only when we send it for signature. Is this possible? How can I send a PDF with fillable fields out for signature and only allow the receiver to sign the document?

hi thereis there a way to upload mutilple users to sign the doucumnet, but you only need one signature. my situation is we never know who will be signing, so we need to send to circa 4 people and the first one to sign it is the signatory as we only need one signature. then we would need notification that is is completed. help needed please TIA

Its taken ages to loads up documents, I've had the error below and when I have sent something for signature, the signature won't load up.  It was perfectly Ok a week ago so what is happening now?

I didn't find any topics about this so I decided to create one.With regards to https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html, I have an Adobe Sign application that integrates with the accounts of other users with paid licenses. Are those users' transaction limits tied to my account's limits or are their transaction limits tied to their own accounts? In other words, does every user have a different transaction limit because they are using their own Adobe Sign accounts (assuming every user belongs to a different company)?

I'm creating a form in which the customer has 3 days to cancel after signing, and 30 days after signing for a job completion date - I would love for these dates to be autopopulated once the contract date is set - but how do I get these date fields to do this? *I know nothing about programming - your help is appreciated!

I'm using adobe sign api's to send document for signatures, in current behaviour signature fields are being added to end of document. Can we customize the location and appearance of signature fields? and have found some relevent information from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/place-form-fields-in-a-document-using-rest-api-adobe-sign.html  but is seems like outdated implementation and not working currently. Hi,I have set up the time zone in my account to Eastern Zone (US & Canada) but when client signs the documents the wrong date & time (GMT) get stamped on it. Not sure I to get it fixed.Any help.Thanks

I just started using the Adobe Sign website and 2/3 documents I sent came back signed but the signature is the only thing readable on the pages. It's not displaying ANY of the text I had in it, it's just showing it scratched out (in the color of text I was using). 1 of the 3 came back displaying fine. See attached screenshot.I'm afraid to send anything out until I know how to fix it because I can't ask them to sign the same thing over and over. HELP!

For Adobe Sign, the admin can control the retention rate for specific users or your entire account. You can also turn it off completely and link it to internal storage or cloud storage. Adobe Sign provides you all these controls.Where can I find these 

Hi all,I am sending a legal document to a group  of collegues, and not all collegues have Adobe Sign themselves. Can some one tell me please how can I still can have their siganture on the document.It is neccasary for them to have Adobe Signature for example? What application do they need to have in order to sign the document? Thanks for your thought on this?Kind regards 

Having a problem when getting access token. I'm using a developer account.

When I click my "add on " button on the top ribbon of outlook " Send for Signature" it will let me go thru the standard steps of adding the file and email reciepient but whne I hit " Contiunue" with the box check Preview and send it brings up a white screen verses the document to proof and sen d for signature.  Please help. 

OK, I load a PDF into Acrobat DC, I use Adobe Sign to select people to email it to, and to add signature and date fields (and other fields) for them to complete. I send it. And it is gone. How can I SAVE it with all the fields so I can use it with another group of people without haveing to recreate all the fields every time?

My client emailed me to ask if I received her signed contract, but I did not.   Document Cloud only shows she viewed it a few days ago.    I have received other signed contracts.  What could be wrong?

I am able to compose a PDF in Acrobat Professional 2017 using "Page Templates" and javascript which dynamically adds and removes pages to the document when a user checks or unchecks a box . I am now working on coverting that document into an AdobeSign template to send as an agreement and would like to have the same if not similar functionality. Is it possible in AdobeSign to add and remove pages to an agreement based on the recipient's interactions with the controls contained in the agreement, similar to what I have described above?

In Adobe Sign, I cannot assign a delegate signer for documents, and neither can my group members. Does this need to be enabled somewhere, or is it a license limitation? Thanks in advanced.

Once I am in the assigning signature field and signors contact information, is there way to edit the documentg without losing all the mapped signature fields I just set up? Also, how do I change the order it shoudl be sent out for signature and can that be done after it has already been sent out?   ex  adobe sign doc sent for signature but the first person to receive does not want to sign until the other person has signed and adobe wont sent to them until the first one signs. I am trying to avoid doing everything over again....

I have a question regarding using the Adobe Sign Authentication mode as an identity authentication mode in Adobe Sign for external signers.  Do the external signers have to have a subscription to Adobe Sign in order to be able to sign? Or are they able to create an Adobe Sign account in order to sign the documents sent for approval?

How can I go back to the classic enviroment knowing that even by changing the HTTP link the system always reverts to the new environment ? This is 2021! How do you not have a Google Drive integration at this point?
