Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have created a template with too many fields. I want to fill these form fields dynamically from my API and send the filled document to the recipient mentioned in API. I could not find a document to do it.

My client wants to protect their SIN (SSN) and doesn't trust email security. I tried to Password Protect document, then attempted to send for eSIGN however when I select FILL & SIGN, the REQUEST SIGNATURES is ghosted and will not allow further action (enter email and show fields to sign) to SEND.

Whenever i want to create a PDF of Word or PPT doc, it gives me this message:"Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated."The only time it does create a PDF is if I close Adobe and start it again, which is time consuming and a little irritating.  Your assistance is appreciated. (I'm a paid-up licensed ADOBE User) 

I'm trying to fill out a form in DC. When I initial one box it then fills all the other ones with my initials. How do I stop it so Ican just check the ones I want?

I have created a form in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro with four checkbox which is filled according the javascript code, it is working absolutely fine in all the browsers but when I send this form for signature using adobe sign on the mail javascript does not work there anymore. Hello, We are an accounting firm and we very much like the Adobe Sign functionality but a big concern of ours is how do we access signed documents by employees of the firm? Everyone seems to only have access to their signed documents they send to clients to sign but managers and partners need to be able to see what employees are having clients sign. Is there a way to do this? I can't imagine there wouldn't be but I've spent a lot of timing looking and it doesn't appear you can do this!

Hi Can someone please advise. If the approver rejects and Document is there an option for the sender to make changes to the issue instead of having to re-enter the data on the form and again send it for approval? Thanks

I've been spending countless hours working with adobe support to fix issues that they created. My organization has an Adobe Sign for Teams plan that is costing us a lot of money to utalize. We recently transfered to a new plan for a more reasonable price that would better suit our companies needs (users and licenses). After transfering to this new plan/account, countless errors began popping up. Each time I create a new user, they are unable to seemlessly active their account without any errors/support having to come in and fix a "shard issue" or something related to thatOnce support fixes the user account, they are now unable to view shared templates that other users in the organization are able to view.Now I am being told, by some support person, that those users are "on an old server and their accounts need to be archived by support and then moved over to the new server where the other accounts exists." Not only is this exremtly frusturating, but I can't authroize this process.

After Adobe decided to change the interface for the e-sign application, and migrate our data to this version, we are missing many templates and documents. We opened a ticket for this problem, but no one came back to us with an answer. This is very irresponsible behavior. Do you realize that people and businesses trust your services for legal matters, and you ended up losing their documents when you upgrade your software? As far as I understand from your support, several users have got impacted with this change, and you are looking into solving the problem. But it is taking too long and your business decision is interrupting our businesses. This is unacceptable and should go viral.

Hi,I have installed adobe sign for SharePoint 2019 on premise. I have added the integration key to current site. When I try to send a document for signature, it gives me error. Kindly advise to get over this issue.

I used to be able to change the color of my signature by just selecting the big colored dot just the the left of the "sign yourself" choice.  It no longer lets me do that, either beforehand or after the fact.  It will allow me to change other filled-in text, just not sig nor initials.  What's up?

When my department email is cc'd on an AdobeSign doc, sometimes the completed doc is emailed and sometimes only a report is. Anyone know why? Thank you!

Hello Everyone,One of my users is having a weird issue. He is able to add his signature to PDF's and this would be a photo of his handwritten signature. There is one PDF that when he goes to add his signature it changes to the Adobe-generated signature. This is only happening on one document. Any help on what could be causing this would really help.

Help!! I have created 3 forms each of multiple pages and they are setup as Templates within Abode Sign.Now I need to make a slight change to the background PDF. Is there an easy way to do this that will save me having to recreate all the templates again from scratch? Many thanksM

When using Mega Sign, is there a way to identify the person in the Agreement Name of the document?  Very burdensome to open each file to see who signed.  For example: AgreementName. Signer1:fullname.     Here is what I put on the Agreement Name line hoping to have the signers name next to the agreement name:  AgreementName. {{N_es_:signer1:fullname}}     I used Bulk Name upload the signers.

Hi,When I try and change my primary email address for my Adobe Sign account it claims that the email I want to change is "Email already used". However, when I go to sign-in using that email address Adobe claims that "Your Personal Account has been deactivated" - which I did to enable me to use as my primary email address for my Adobe sign account.Please can you help me in changing my primary email address for Adobe. Thank you

Has anyone successfully done this using program/API? The FAQ has a code provided to use PUT form fields API to place signature block for V6 APIs but it is not wokring when i try . Thanks!

Hello All,   I have encountered error message when I use Adobe Sign and sking for signature in the Date field.    My form has been setting up in "dd/mm/yyyy" format in Date Field of PDF Form. See attached screen for my date field setting.    However, when I use Adobe Sign and it ask for specific the signing position, I encountered error message on my date format. See attached screen captured as well.    It's kind of strange that I setup my form already in mm/dd/yyyy format but it required dd/mm/yyyy in Adobe sign (US format).    Could anyone have idea and let me know how can I fix it?   Thank you for your support in advanced!   With warmest regards, Kalex   PS, I'm using Windows 10. Hello,My PDF file is prepared with acrobat and contains form fields. Some are just readable, some are required and date fields formated with french format (dd/mm/yyyy). When the file is processed by adobe sign,  fields date format are ignored. Adobe Sign allways require mm/dd/yy format ! In attachement, file sampple with date formated fields...I can't believe that it is a bug, but i can't understand that Adobe Sign does not recognize Adode format form fields ? So how to custom format fields in Adobe Sign ?Thanks   

Does anyone have any definitive guidance on what type of service to use for Adobe Sign in Germany?It is our last country still using DocuSign, part of the reason is the use of a product to do Video verification of the end user. We our a company that manages Contractors for other companies so users are signing contracts related to employment/work contracts.  We can use Electronic Signatures but I can't figure if I need to use AES or QES methods in Germany.  I then can't clearly see which Adobe Advanced authentication product would be classes as QES or AES. Although support have provided some guidance it is all very vague.

Hi. I'm a first time user. I'm using Adobe sign to have a document signed. At the end of the signing process a person will receive the document and fill in a field on the form. They are not to sign the form but enter some text in a field.Is there a tag (like the signing tag) that would allow someone to fill in a field?Thanks
