Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,Sometimes I send a contract for signature, but I realize there was a mistake in it. When I cancel the agreement to upload the new one, an automatic email notification is sent to the parties informing them that the agreement exchange was canceled. Some customers are not familiar with these types of emails and get surprised by seeing the email that says the agreement exchange has been canceled. Is there a way that this email is not sent?Thanks for your help!

I'm trying to have someone sign a document and everytime they say they signed it, but I keep getting a hyperlink back in a separate email under the subject "Adobe Sign, an Adobe Document Cloud Solution".  I tried replicating the process to myself with a blank document, but no matter what I did I got a signed document back without the email I keep getting from the other person.  Anyone know what might be going on?

Hi, I have an agreement I neew 45 people to sign. Therefore I have planned to send it in two rounds, so i can get everyones signature on the same agreement. I have sent the first round out, but a few people have yet to sign, so I wanted to close this agreement and transfer those people onto the second round. The problem is that I dont know how (if it's possible) to close the first agreement without everyone having signed. I can only cancel the agreement, which I can't do because the agreement isn't technically cancelled. Do anyone have the solution to this? Thanks in advance.

Hello,I would like to send the same form to 15+ people for signature.  This is because I need each person to complete the form and return it to me.  I do not want multiple people to sign the form, and I do not want any one person to be able to see the form that another person signed.  Same form, individual signers.How can I do this without sending 15+ separate signature requests for the same form?Thank you,Vernessa

How to change font of esignature?

We are sending a PDF via POST /transientDocuments and activating it via POST /agreements with participant using participantSetsInfo. This works great. I was unable how to find out the status of participants. I want to know; If and when they opened link. If and when they signed. If and when they rejected including reject message. I found all of this info using GET /agreements/{agreementId}/events! But since we we want to send all e-mails from our systems I made the settings:'emailOption' => [ 'sendOptions' => [ 'completionEmails' => 'NONE', 'inFlightEmails' => 'NONE', 'initEmails' => 'NONE', ] ]And now it looks like all the events I needed is no longer created. Is there an other way to get the status of participants? Thanks!

Can the signer of a webform choose who the authoriser is?  Can there be multiple options and they choose one?

I paid a 1 year license to Adobe Sign today and added one user, completed ok. Now when I try to add products for that user I get message "Adobe Sign for Small Business  - no licenses left" I did not create a Group as I only have myself and this added user regsitered with Adobe. Why won't it let me assign products having paid £206 !!! Jonathan

With this term everybody can fill in the field.I didn't find any hint in the tag documentation, which term is correct.Can anybody help me?

Hi everyone, Once a document is signed, the parties receive an email notification saying: "document between XXX and YYY is Signed and Filed". As the name of our company has changed, I would like to change it in that email notification (i.e. the "XXX" in my exemple). Does anyone know where this settting can be found? Thanks

My company has several widgets and I want to pull a report that I can export to csv/excel but I only need to see certain fields on the widgets, is that possible?  We have over 500 fields which can make it difficult when trying to view in excel, so I only want to pull about 10 to 20 fields. Thanks for you help!

documents are missing from adobe sign (from the date-july 2018) everything else is present untill june 2018

Hello,I have a reoccuring document that is filled out by dozens of different people and needs to be signed by two. When Adobe Sign reads it, it always has trouble with the european number format as it assumes the american format. The same is true with the date format.I have tried to use a template from my bibliography but the same errors show up every time, since he reads in the new document in its original format.Is there the possibility to pre-adjust number and date format?Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,  I'm looking to use Adobe Sign as a way to check the presence of people on virtual events. For instance, checking if those who are supposed to have attend webinars were actually there or, at least, say so.  Thus, I'm having an issue with Adobe Sign because I have to manually click and drop the Signature box for each individual e-mail address. Do you know a way to bypass this? It is especially unconvenient when we have more than 50 people participating ...  The ideal would be that we could have a signature box that would be clickable by Everyone or Anyone ... This way, each participant would write its own signature on his own line.  Any ideas? Thanks a lot. 

Hi, The date format using Adobe Form doesn't get carried forward to Adobe Sign. With the volume I am working with, it is just not possible to manually change dates in the form each time as there are several dates in the form and I have to send a large volume of the forms in one go. I tried using the script "Text1_es_:signr1:isdate(format=dd/mm/yyyy)" in Prepare form under Custom Calculation Field and it doesnt work. I tried locking the format and it doesnt work either. This is causing so much problem and we are considering to stop using this tool altogether. Hi all,I'm working on a workflow composed by 3 signer (Approvatore, Autorizzatore and Firmatario). For some reason I should use a coordinate based approach (FormFields) to insert signature block location inside document.To start the process I'm using api rest v6 but everytime I try to start it the three signatures's blocks are generated at the center of the document's last page.It seems to be a mismatch beetween workflow's signer definition and formfiels location definition.Any suggestions?Best RegardsCristoforo  

Hello! I've seen variations of this question, but no answers, so I am posing it again. One of my contacts, who has to sign a great many contracts through Adobe sign, recently mentioned that their name is coming up as their nickname rather than their full first name. I can find no way to address this within Adobe sign. Is there a way to fix this? (I went into my email contacts on my mail client and made sure the contact's full name was listed there, but that has not fixed the issue). Thank you!
