Adobe Acrobat Sign

Today I opened my PC and saw Adobe login page, weird, closed the app.Later I see SMS from Adobe with the following text: xxxxx (5 digits) is your Adobe code. SMS was sent from Dr Adobe Adottey.I have dual authentication in my account and usually I log in through google account. How can I see access attempts to my acount?

I need to send several hundred contracts using Adobe Sign and want to use a mail merge to import the data. The contracts require 4 signers. I have an Adobe Sign template created with the information. How do I get the data merged with Adobe Sign and send to multiple signers?

I have signed a contract and need to submit it back to the company I am signing up with. How do I submit?? Do I need an online account? I'm at a loss.

I have built a workflow using PowerAutomate that takes response details from a user's input on Microsoft Form, creates an item in Sharepoint,  uses that information to create an agreement from a library template and sends it for signature.  The flow was working perfectly until yesterday.  Now, on the Microsoft side, it appears everything is working; the flow says it ran successfully; however, no agreement is created in Adobe Sign. I hope someone is able to help me with this; I am a novice and have no support from my IT Department on this.

In our Application we use integration with Adobe Sign service for e-signature documents. Our architecture allow us use multiple different Adobe Sign accounts for that. But I can't get a way to retrieve Account Name by certain Integration Key. Could you please clarify if it even possible, and how can I get it if so?

My integration created an agreement.  I have the logs recorded along with the Agreement ID When I call the adobe for a status update on the agreement, I get an error returned that I provided an invalid agreement.If I make a call to list all agreements, this agreement is not included in the result (Name or ID)My user can still see the agreement in Adobe Sign, and the agreement number in the URL matches what I have. What would cause an agreement created by my integration, to no longer be available for me retrieve the status from. My scopes is scope=agreement_read:account+agreement_send:account+agreement_write:account+webhook_write:account+webhook_read:account  

*** The Issue ***When calling GET /agreements/{agreementId}/combinedDocument I receive a file that is secured with a password. The original source document sent via POST /widgets with the below JSON options appears to not work for me and a password is needed by the PDF returned (in Step-5). Is there a way to save a "fillable Form" so that I can save and then send it to others for them to sign electronically and return to me? Thanks

We have Adobe eSign installed in our Salesforce org.When an Agreement record is sent to a User for signature, email of the sender user and the account linked to the Adobe eSign should be same.Is there any way that we can add multiple emails to the Adobe eSign so that any one of the linked accounts can be used for as the sender user's email?  (My issue mentioned below) My Issue:Account linked to the Adobe eSign is one of my colleague's and I'm trying to add the Sender User as myself, but an error (Invalid user ID or email provided in x-api-user header) is thrown stating the Sender User's email and email linked to Adobe Account in Adobe eSign are different.Example:My email: myemail@email.comEmail Id in Adobe eSign: someoneelse@email.comIf I add myself as the Sender Usre in the Agreement, afformentioned error message is thrown.

I want simple flow in our app, where there are 3 persons, A,B,C=> A should be able prefill the agreement  and then send it for signing to B and C (only sned documents permission)=> B will fill some data and then he/she will sign (order is 1st)=> C will outsider and sign the document after B only (order is 2nd)Current flowI am calling /agreements POST, x-api-user : A,  with groupId and specifying order of 2 SIGNERS with both having roles of "SIGNER" (both stands for B & C here), state => DRAFT & libraryDocumentId which I already added with many fields in adobe accountNext....I change state DRAFT to AUTHORING, and then AUTHORING to IN_PROCESS using x-api-user : Aexpected behaviour is to notify B as soon as A changes the state and send it out for signature to B & C, that he/she (referring to B user) has got some doc to fill and sign AND/OR the agreement state should get changed to OUT_FOR_SIGNATUREcurrent behaviour, B is not getting notified and

Hi, I had this access denied error (no permission to execute the operation) when uploading a signed PDF through the salesforce Adobe Sign app in our Salesforce org. and please see attached the screnshot, I managed to find out there was the API callout to adobe Sign when I was uploading the file, can anyone please help me what could be wrong with this signing tokens step,why I am getting 403 error? Many thanks, Jun Liu  

Is it possible to use eSign Services to send a document to the parties to a contract to electronically sign, and then have the electronic signatures electronically notarized in California?

Hello, I have a form with sequential workflow for seven signers, and then myself as the approval. The form has required fields for initials and date for each signer, then Adobe Sign has added required signatures at the bottom of the form. When I release the form to Signer 1, they input their initials, date, and signature, but then it says that the initials and date for Signer 2 are required before they are able to send the form to the next person. A redacted version of the form is attached so you can see the workflow. Thanks for your support!

In Adobe Sign Help Guide, it is recommended to use a functional email or distribution list as Doc Admin user or in creating templates. A functional email or distribution list does not have active directory username and password, therefore we cannot add them as Enterprise ID or Federated ID. Can someone share how they manage these accounts that are using deparment emails? 

Since the update we get this error after selecting recipient and choosing a file...never happened before today.

How can I tell (without manually counting) how many documents have been used for each license? It is necessary to do this if I am considering adding more licenses.

I cant seems to open PDF files (Read). All the time a Adobe window pops up asking me to sign. just want read PDF files, nothing more. Have downloaded Adobe read only version BUT still no change. I am using a MAC with a OS 10.3.6Please help.TIA 

Hi.  I need help.  I need to route a form for electronic signature.  The form has been created by someone else and I need to route it to several people.  They need to fill out a check box, make comments as needed before each sign.  When I do the regular way to route, it only lets the first person go through the document. it doesn't know there are several people that need to fill out the check box, make comment and sign.  Do I need to re-create this form using Adobe sign to do the check box, comment and signature fields? thanks, Joe
