Adobe Acrobat Sign

My organization does not own Adobe Sign. However, we do use Adobe DC pro. I have two problems:1. I receive documents that other people signed via Adobe sign - and then I cannot certify them with my digital signature on Adobe DC. It is locked and no option to add anything. 2. When I ask them to send the document through Adobe Sign, it uses an old signature file and there is no way for me to replace it. Basically I cannot sign electronically files when someone used Adobe Sign. This is not encouraging if we want to consider Adobe Sign as a service. What to do?Thanks

Hello, I have been able to delete old templates from my library on the Documents tab with no issue. They have been replaced by updated documents. However, some of the titles of the deleted files are still available to select from my document library when I use the Request Signature tool. When I select the deleted documents, I receive an error which says "The library document has been removed from the system."Please advise on how to remove these deleted templates from my library completely, thanks.

Hi AllIs there a way to pre-define a signing flow based on Table of Authority (ToA)? I.e. I have a document that needs to be signed by different groups of people based on order amount. Example:Order amount <1k: to be signed by Sales Manager (list of Sales managers consists of X number of people, either of them can sign)1k < Order amount < 5k : sales manager signs first, then account manager (both lists consist of X number of people, either of them can sign)two more similar rulesCurrent table of authority is in Excel but I see no way to integrate it in the tool. Probably using Logic Apps / Ms Flow? If yes, how do we call the values? Thanks in advance!Natalia

We have the updated version (v21) installed in our sandbox. But I can't get the merge data to appear in the sample document. I'm using the one that comes with the package called "Client Services Agreement" but it's not pulling anything in.  I've checked the Merge Mapping and the fields in the document template, and everything looks fine. What am I missing??

i am filling LLP incorporation form and they have already created digital signing box but when i click on it nothing happens no popup shows when i click on box my token pendrive is connected opened and logged in which have digital signature but when I open another different pdf digital sign open shows at top but not on that form please help as it is very important document

Hi there, i'm trying to style my radio button to be like check boxes in a generated PDF.I'm also using short codes.The tag is as follows. {{#0=(Yes)SIT30816_es_:signer1:style(check):dimension(width=5mm,height=5mm)}}{{#1=(No)SIT30816_es_:signer1:style(check):dimension(width=5mm,height=5mm)}} The style(check) does not seem sto be working.Apart from that, the radio buttons work fine. -Thanks.

Hello,Adobe Digital signature is new to my organisation and I am working on a project to roll this technology within my organisation using Adobe reader DC.I want to know if certificate for digital signature can be generated at Microsoft server level and can they be deployed to employees down the stream. So that digital signature will be used with private and public key. Hi, As specified by the headline, after spending 30 minutes on adding forms to our template - when i go to "manage" "templates" and then press open on the template i created - none of the forms are there! The document is there however - it is not fillable within the signing and sending process. Exteremly frustrating. Is there a solution to this?

I have a trial account for adobe sign. I have installed Adobe Sign add-ins to MS Word and Excel (Office 365). However the page cannot load at Authorize and Login step, which keeps loading forever. I have tried to reinstall the add-in, restart MS Word, restart the PC etc. All did not work. Could anyone help? 

Hello All, A contractor just implemented an AdobeSign solution for us and tells me that the AdobeSign user in our Microsoft tenant has to be a Global Administrator. This seems wrong to me on many levels. Can someone please tell me the minimum permissions required for this user that will still allow our Adobesign solution in SharePoint to function properly? Thanks.

Hi folks, First time poster, thanks in advance for your help. I'm creating a patient agreement that will be emailed and sent to patients requiring their completion and signature, then returned to our office for my siganture. What tools and formatting should I use to ensure the patient signs their portion, DOESNT sign my signature line by mistake, and allows me to sign upon receipt of their completed form?Many thanks!

Hey guys, I am a the classic beginning user of Adobe Sign. I've never used it once in any capacity and would like to change that. I am currently faced with an issue that I cannot make sense of. As I go through the steps in Acrobat Reader DC to send a PDF to an email, I get an error message (see below). It happens only once I click the "Specify Where to Sign" button, which appears to be the last step in the Adobe Sign process. The ensuing loading bar reaches 60% before the error message appears. I've tried it probably five or so times. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have a collegue with an Adobe Sign subscription and he would like to set up two-factor verification. He has his Adobe account (which he has an email, password and two-factor verification).I was told by Adobe that this would pull through to the Adobe Sign account and he woud have the two-factor verification on this too, but he doesn't. I've looked all through the user settings and I can't see an option to do this, can anybody help? I should also note: he has the same email for the two accounts but the password is different for both if that helps. ThanksCharley

Hi thereI am using a trial account for adobe sign. I am using the Trial account API credentials and using KevinEM library function for generating the Agreement. But it is always redirecting me on the login page. Is that possible in the trial account that we can send the agreement to the recipient without login into the Adobe Sign account itself? If I am using scope agreement_write:self agreement_send:self and agreement_write:account agreement_send:account. The API call redirects me on the Login page.
