Adobe Acrobat Sign

My recipient is taken to a log in page instead of directly to the document when they click on the email link to review and sign a document I've sent. Do they need to do something to sign with out creating an account?The recipient is within our company but does not have the adobe sign license I have. Does this matter?Thank.

I'm nearing the end of my Free Trial period.  I'm looking at the plan for individuals.  I'm a home inspector.  My question is what features am I going to lose from the Free Trial?  Admittedly, my needs are very basic. There doesn't seem to be a way for me to contact Support so someone could look at my activity and confirm that I have not been using any feature that will go away. Thanks.

O365 adobe sign for teams, where is the pdf file stored once signed? Are the pdf stored in the Adode Cloud? Is this the only way to use this add-in? we do not want users to store flies in another cloud solution although they would like to use the pdf sign feature that is part of the O365 teams add-ins?

This is probably obvious, but I can't find an answer anywhere.What I want to achieve is quite straight forward (I believe) and is laid out below:I want to pre-fill a few fields (this bit is working)Then I want my signature added along with dateFinally, I want the document to go to the customer so they can fill a couple of fields and sign the documentI just can't get this to work. It comes to me for signing but when I click on the link in the email, it takes me to the document in my Document Cloud but there is no way to sign it, it just seems be a preview page.Please assist as it's driving me crazy trying to get it to work!Thanks!

Adobe Sign would be even better if you add the ability to create an address book of recipients, or save recipients to an address book, so you don't have to always retype email addresses of frequent email recipients. Even better would be the ability to integrate an existing email address book, like Outlook, into Adobe Sign, so you can search through your existing email addresses.

Hello,            I have tried changing the postion of default signature added by adobe esign at the end of document. I have tried using"                    'contentType' => 'SIGNATURE_BLOCK'    " in locations array of fields property for the api  : api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId}/formFields . But it does'nt work with "SIGNATURE_BLOCK" contentType and field is not shown in pdf in required location. Here is link FormFields option is not available in V6 of REST API | Adobe Sign  , i have used as reference. Please Help.Thanks

We are using v5 of the API.Currently, we are calling the method to create agreement summaries and then calling the method to get the signing URLs.  I read elsewhere on the forum that the API is async and so the agreement summaries may not be finished processing at the time the API returns.  The forum post I was looking at was related to v6 of the API.  I cannot find the documentation to v5 of the API. A couple questions:1) Is the call to create agreement summaries in v5 of the API async and if so, how would I go about checking the status of that API call to make sure the job is done before I try to get the signing urls?2) Can you point me to where I can see the API documentation for v5?Thanks in advance!

I understand that for an Individual user there is a limit of 150 documents which can be sent for signature per year. Question: Does this limit also affect widgets? is there a limit for clients using a widget to sign a document? - Thanks

We use the Acrobat Pro API in one of our line of business apps. We just started using Adobe Sign. I understand that the Rest API is available to query form data from a pdf document in the Sign repository/cloud.The question is: Does the Acrobat Pro .Net API have a function to read query form data from a pdf document in the Sign repository/cloud?Thanks for any help!

Can you access Google Team Drive files?  I having trouble doing this from Adobe Sign.  I can access non Team Drive files, but when I search for a file name that is in a Team Drive, it doesn't come up.

When a document is opened in Acrobat DC, a pop-up appears asking "Are you still [my email address]? If yes, click continue." Used on the same enterprise computer, email the same, Adobe sign-in the same every day. Is there a way to stop the pop-up?

Hello, I have used the trial version.What I would like to do to save time:I have 20 contrats to be signed, each one by an individual recipient. (Doc A to Mr A, Doc B to Mr B....)Is there a way in adobe signe to upload all the document, and it will send to each one its document to be signed, it could be done by filling a matrix sheet (documents in rows, recipient in column and we only have to check the corresponding cells). It would be a great feature if it does not exist.I hope this is clear enough for understanding.Claude from France

I have sent documents out hundred of times.  Now when I try to send a document, I input the email address of the recipient.  Go down to continue, press it.  All of a sudden the email and document is gone and all I can do is upload another document and reinput an email address.  I have made new copies of said document to send, always the same issue where I cannot get adobe to load the document and send.Any ideas?

I am in my trial period.  I created and sent a document to myself (different email address than account).  It's been over 20 minutes and I have not received it.  I work with Realtors and they pretty much expect instant results.  I've checked my spam folders and nothing.  Is this typical or am I experiencing something unique?  The recipient email is a Comcast email. For accessibility purposes I customize the tool tips on radio buttons so the reader has a clear understanding of what each radio button represents.While I can do this in Adobe Sign, Acrobat does not support this via the UI.I'm trying to find a way to use text tags so that when I import my document with radio buttons, the customized tool tips are already configured.Any ideas?
