Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,I have some comments and a question regarding Fill and Sign.  Please keep in mind I am no guru here but I will try and be as detailed as possible...We have an interactive PDF that we fill out when we need to request vaca days, get missed time clock punches approved, and log for when we have "occurrences" on our record (such as not coming to work in too many consecutive instances.)Each of these events are divided up into sections.  At the end of each section on the form, the associate must sign off on that section that they needed to fill out.The form is then emailed to their manager and he/she signs off on it as well.  The form is then sent to HR and is filed electronically.Currently, we are using Topaz signature pads for users to fill the forms out on PCs and laptops.  (We use these pads for other things as well.) The latest version of Adobe Reader is installed on all user's PCs and laptops.This method of filling out this form has worked exceptionally well.&nbsp

I have prefilled several documents and I need to either (a) print them out to INCLUDE the prefilled information or (b) change the signer email so that I can send the document to myself and print it out for a regular signature. I cannot for the life of me figure either of these out nor find information on how to do it!  When I click all of the buttons I can find for the documents within the "Waiting for me to prefill area", they are prefilled when I view them, but I cannot print them with the information prefilled!  Help!?Thank you!-Deb

What is causing this?I have > 1100 signed documents ... how can I for example, archive or delete all documents from a certain date or earlier?

Among the many issues I am facing with the new Adobe Sign I am unable to load documents from Google Drive to add signature fields. When I choose the google drive option all I get is a blank white box that pops up with nothing in it. Normally my Google drive documents and folders are there to choose from. Respectfully,Paul

The getting started section of Adobe sign is very robust however, I have issues implementing it for a web application. Anyone has a full implementation in PHP? The default Adobe repo on github is for Java.

Is anyone else having this issue with Adobe Signs Manager... Wehn i click the radio button to view the Adobe Sign Manager view it dosent always load the list of contracts that are out for review.... sometimes it works, othertimes it dosent and its extreemly frustrating.Is this a browser issue or a know bug. I use the latest Firefox version.

Good morning, Does anyone know how to contact customer support to actually speak to a person? I have spent hours trying to find tutorials on their page for AdobeSign, but I'm unable to find the answer to my question. I would like to find out more information on the possibility of signing multiple documents in one transaction. Are we able to send more than one document at once and receive each signed document back individually? So that each document has verifiable signatures. This is so we are within the requirements of the law for the retention of  document types and electronic signatures. Right now we are receiving one long PDF with signatures, but we are unable to extract each individual document for distribution and retention. Let me know if my inquiry requires clarification, or what information you may need in order to assist me. Thank you!

Hello,I wonder if someone could help. All parties agreed on the contract and it was sent out to everyone, last person used drawing option and it does not reflect the first and last name. One of the party believes that the agreement is not valid in this case. I was hoping that someone knows if that is correct ? I think, because the person reviewed it and sign it using there shorter way of signature it should be valid as that person has been assigned to the email address the agreement was sent to but cannot find any evidence . Could someone help? Would you also have any evidence from reliable source? Thank you in advance.Mags

We are currently using another e-signature platform - SignNow, which allows us to set up document templates for e-signing, in which we insert fields that we can repopulate via the signing link we send out.For example, say we have a doc we want all our employees to sign, for them to confirm the data we have on file. What we would do is:1) set up the form as a Google Doc, download to PDF, upload to the e-signing platform2) convert this to a template, insert standard fields for signing & date, which the recipient will complete themselves3) we also add special fields for data like FirstName, LastName, Address fields, contact number, date of birth, etc. 4) generate a signing link (for example: https://www.esigning.com/2387e2837/) which is unique to the template we have just set up5) Then we add parameters to the above link which are customized for each recipient (for example https://www.esigning.com/2387e2837?firstname=John&lastname=Doe&address=My Road&city=Valletta&coun

The goal is to create an agreement and then get its signing urls by using the AdobeSign API.So first, the steps to reproduce:     1. Create an agreement     2. Use the id returned from the create agreement call to fetch the signing urls     3. 404 Not foundWhenever i wait for one or more seconds, I get a valid 200 response containing the urls.Is there another way to avoid the 404? As a fallback right now, I use an exponential backoff as not to do 30 calls before getting a valid response.Kind regards

I recently changed my Adobe ID and now my Adobe Sign (and possibly other features) are not working any more. Specifically for Adobe Sign, the loading bar goes to 60 and then there's a popup that says "Forbidden: The operation could not be completed. Please try again later.".I've read a few other threads that said I need to contact Adobe Sign support, who will fix the duplication of Adobe ID's so that the feature works, I'm not sure how to get in touch with them. I've tried calling Adobe's support number on 3 separate occasions - each time, I waited for over 20 minutes and hung up after losing patience.If anyone can give me guidance on how to get in touch with adobe sign support to fix this issue, that would be greatly appreciated.

After installing the latest patch from Adobe, (HELP-CHECK FOR UPDATE),   signatures no longer work correctly.  Immediately after signing if tells me the signature is invalid.   The specific form I'm filling in is a lot like an invoice.  If I change text it signs perfectly.  However, when I add a number and sign I see this problem.   For some values it even deletes the numbers that I type in.- Fill our form (invoice) and sign fails- Recreated signature- I have duplicated this on multiple computers.- Current fix I have found is to completely uninstall, reinstall and DO NOT do updates?   (I believe, 99% that the update is the issue)How can I resolve this without  uninstalling and reinstalling all Adobe as this breaks the signatures that I already have as well.thanks,Kenneth Houston

I hope I am wording this correctly. Basically my problem is that Customers seem to think that they can send in job order requests through the echo-sign email address, therefore I am not seeing these emails and loosing jobs. I am not sure how to stop this from happening. Hoping to continue using the product... it is beneficial.

The space in my template is currently set up to allow 2 rows of text at an 8 font.  If I select multi-line text box it opens it up for more than 2 rows, therefore cutting off a third row of text if someone were to type that much in.  Is there a setting that would allow me to set the character limit or row limit to only allow the 2 rows?To that end, is there any character limit on a single line text field?

Hi!I am having an issue sending a document to a) multiple recipients, b) in a specific order and then c) tracking these. I can send a document from my email to multiple recipients, but it does not do b) or c)I do not have this Send for Signature tab. The only tabs I have are Fill and Sign.I go to the Digital Cloud area as well and it says attach to email which does the same as above (only a)I thought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC was the best and could do everythingKelly

I can't remember my password to sign a document.  When I tried to delete the entire profile, I was asked for a password.  Is there a way around this? 

I recently changed my Adobe ID for an account that I pay for. Because of this, I cannot send Adobe documents to people to sign. I cannot find the solution to this problem and for some reason Adobe makes it impossible to contact support and has edited helpful comments from users. How can I solve the problem with my ID so I can send documents? Please let me know how to fix this problem. I would also suggest you have a better support system.

I've recently updated my Adobe ID and attached email, and am now unable to send documents to be signed by my customers.  I've tried to start a help chat, but no one actually shows up on the other end, and calling the 1-800 ended up with a CSR insisting that it wasn't the software, and I just haven't signed out and signed back in properly -- wanted to take control of my computer remotely to prove it.  I've signed out of all sessions of Adobe Acrobat, my InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and signed back in repeatedly; restarted my computer;  but am still receiving the error.  I receive the error even in the browser version of the signing feature.  Actually scratch that -- the browser feature will not even load any more as of my typing this message, even though I'm logged in.This is a monthly subscription of Adobe Acrobat, paid up, on Mac.Any suggestions??  As of yesterday when I first changed my ID, I received an error stating that my ID hadn't updated pro

I am trying to create forms templates in Adobe Sign for my business.  In field properties, I do not have the "value type" option when then allowed for calcualted fields.  I have Adobe Acroba Pro DC (latest version).  What license is required to have the additional opions for caluclated fields?  I can create calculated fields locally no problem-just not in Adobe Sign.
