Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hey guys, I'm trying to do something that seems like it should be simple and obvious but I'm coming up with nothing.Basically, I'd like my users to fill out a form, then generate a preview of what the agreement would look like based on those values... if they're happy with it then move it out of draft into IN_PROCESS... if they're not happy with it, let them edit the merge fields, preview again, and keep iterating until they're happy, then send.The problem I'm having is it seems like:I can only update merge fields if the status is DRAFT.but...I can only download a copy of the PDF if the status is *NOT* DRAFT.any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm going crazy of here trying to figure out what I'm missing.  Thanks!

We have an integration between Dynamics 365 in the cloud and Adobe Sign.  We are trying to use the Service Activity entity as the starting point for the transmission of contract files, and the process seems to work correctly.However, we cannot yet use data fields from the Regarding lookup field for anything other than Account.  In the Data Mapping page, the select attribute drop down list includes Regarding Account, but does not include any of the other Regarding object types, including Contact.How do we get data mapping access to the data fields on Regarding Contact?Thanks for any assistance.Steve

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader.  I'd like to digitally sign documents.  I used to be able to but cannot now.  I have created a new digital signature and have used to option to be used as a signature.  It does not show up when I select "Fill and Sign".

Hello, I have several sign requests that were created, and had either subsequently found errors within the document or inadvertently added an incorrect email address. As it stands now, there is no way to delete the sign request without first sending it and then cancelling it. There is also no way to add, remove, or change recipient emails once the document has been sent for sign request.Is there a way to incorporate these options?ThanksJon

Hello,I have a template for (a) client(s) to sign, with the attorney here as the last signer.  I have added the signature box above "Client 1 Signature" using the "Participant 1" setting.  I have done the same for Client 2 using Participant 2 -- and the attorney signature box using Participant 3.Sometimes, there is no Client 2.  Is there any other way to make Participant 2 optional besides for leaving that signature box out entirely and adding it just before sending/during the Prefill stage?It would save us a lot of time.--Shiloh

I'd like to give some feedback... 1) It would be helpful to have an option to remove a signer WITHOUT replacing him/her...2) It would also be good to be able to remove any signer at any point during the 'out for signing' process...I find it inconvenient that signers cannot be removed from documents that are already 'out for signing'.Furthermore, that the option is to replace the unwanted signer with another signer. Sometimes there is no other signer required. Finally, even if the 'replace signer' option is a feasible one, the fact that this cannot happen until it's that signer's turn to sign the document is also inconvenient.Thank you!

Hi there,Under our company we have a couple of different administrators that send and manage their own different documents, only they appear to have differing permissions/features under each account. For example, I am able to create workflows, Mega Sign documents and tweak a myriad of other features and settings in my account. However, a colleague who is setup under her email address yet under the same corporate plan (and is also setup as a administrator in the backend) does not have access to the workflow/mega sign/widget features I do. How do we go about ensuring that my colleague has all the features as myself, seeing as in the company wide view we are setup the same (as administrators). Thanks and happy new year!

I'm attempting to integrate AdobeSign and Salesforce, and when agreements are generated from the Lead section with a custom button, the document stops in the draft stage and will not load in. There is an endless spinning circle and the error message below pops up at the bottom of the browser. I've followed multiple tutorials and double checked and re-did everything, but this error message pops up again and again (regardless of browser).If I change the recipient to just an email address referenced from the Lead, the agreement pre-fills the email address but will not complete merge mapping and data mapping. We need the mapping to work as it saves time in processing and having clients fill out financial applications with data already in our system.At the bottom of the leads, I see that there is a document created with the proper name and fields filled out "Financing App for [Lead Name]", but the documents refuse to load in.This page has an error. Hi,I'm using the Adobe Sign REST API to create agreements and I'd like to add an external reference to each document in an agreement. I'm using thePOST /agreementscall and I can see one of the arguments I can provide in the fileInfo object is 'label' which would seem to do the job. However when I create an agreement using the label argument looking something like this:...."fileInfos": [   {"label":"X1234","transientDocumentId":"3AAABLblqZhBI1QTigTUIuqwncze-B9eCP2nPMed5PccdIU1T-w6.............."}  ],....The agreement gets created with the document but I can't where the label is stored or how to retrieve it.Any help would be appreciated.Nick

Hello all,I am looking for some assistance in regards to clarifying if it is possible to input multiple recipient messages within the one document.I am to send multiple documents to a number of recipients, with each required to complete differing signature fields. However, I am struggling to detail individual messages to each recipient, and can only seem to input a single generic message to all of the recipients detailed within the document pathway.Hope someone can give me a hand! I'm creating a project request form, and I need to be able to send it to people to fill out without requiring them to download the form or sign it, and I need to be able to revise the form data when it's sent back (people tend to fill it out incorrectly). Is there a way to do that with Adobe Sign? If not, is there another program that you've found works well for this sort of thing?Here's what I'm trying to figure out how to do in a nutshell:Send a form to be filled out without requiring a signature.Edit a filled form.Accomplish the two above points online without requiring folks to download the form.Thank you for your help!

Hi thereSee above error message.  This is has been consistently appearing for the last 12 hours every time I try to use the service.  I have just signed up to the service so am not very happy about this as my first Sign document experience.  I see from the history that other users have had this experience however I can't see any resolution provided other than..."sorry, the service didn't work" or words to that effect.Can you please urgently assist?  I am trying to get an important agreement signed.Regards,

We have an old org set up which is still heavily used, but it is so old nobody knows who the admin is/was? He is probably long gone. But now we need he for some setup. But we cannot open a ticket as only admins are allowed to do that?!? Even if  the admin has left the company we can access his email and will be able to reset his password, we just want to know which mail is associated with admin. Can someone from support contact me so we can clear the this as I am not comfortable to give the org domain in public forum.

I have a paid account.  I had to change my adobe ID to be able to send documents for signature from my new email address.  Now I get the error message Forbidden:  This operation could not be completed.  I am guessing that it has to do with me changing the id but I have spent an hour trying to figure out what the problem is and having no luck.  Surely this is something easy to fix.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
