Adobe Acrobat Sign

I'm trying to send files to be signed through Adobe Sign but the recipients don't seem to be receiving it?  I've tested with my own emails but nothing is coming through. The service worked last week and the emails came through from echosign@echosign.com. As far as I can see nothing has changed in the back end  - could the issue be an internal one?I would appreciate any help!Thanks,Darren

Hi, I want to start using e-signature to send contracts to tenants for signing. I am aware that e-signatures are legally binding, however are contracts sent by email considered distance selling under eu regulations and therefore allowing those that sign , a mandatory 14 day cooling off period ( that does not apply if they sign a hardcopy in person ? I recently deleted a contract. It usually asks me for a reason it was deleted and allows me to send a copy to the client. I just deleted this contract: NW Gridworks_Ad_Agreement_0418 to 1118 https://helpx.adobe.com/chat-adobe-id.html?skill=CCTSign-Eng-TS-Ch&sa_src=ce001_1It completely deleted and gave me no option to give a reason. I thought there use to be an option to CANCEL. Help? I need to alert this customer that I deleted them. Did something change?

I am unable to send for signature. The document loads and I am able to enter the email addresses as needed for signature. Then I hit the next button and receive a message "Unable to Send".I have already tried the following: 1. Logged out then back in2. Checked for updates2. Another user logged in and the same thing occurs. What error is occurring?

Hello... I'm trying to send a document for signature and realized I had the wrong file.  Now, I'm trying to delete the document that is in process of being sent for signature and no where do I find a delete button. I can edit it, but still not delete it.  There's nothing in activity. I have to say that every time I go to use Adobe Sign I end up incredibly frustrated and ready to discontinue using it.  I was seconds away from canceling my account when I finally figured out how to do what I needed with the program.  That Adobe doesn't have it set-up to give the name of a button and more info on what it does when you hover over it, when Adobe is supposed to be a leader in the industry is absurd.  This is basic UI tech these days.  If it continues that I can't use the program with ease without immense frustration, I will definitely cancel my account next window I get.  I just can't take the frustration over what should be simple things.And that I can't ea

We bought a Microsoft Surface because an android tablet could not handle our PDF form. I notice now that with the full featured Adobe Acrobat DC Pro windows version that there is no option for in person signing.Is there anyway to get around this? We need the customer to sign on the Microsoft Surface Tablet.Thank you

I am importing a form that has several pull down selections built into the form. when I add it to the library or drop it in directly they are replaced with simple text boxes. This requires me to have the form open on another page to get the wording close to what is requested. Since this is an online service it does not play well with ASCI II character codes or insertion for Greek characters or other symbols so I can only get close.Any ideas on using these forms without them being simplified?Thanks

I've been signing my documents without any problem, then yesterday I started getting "Forbidden. The operation could not be completed. Please try again." error when I try to sign on my desktop. I tried closing Adobe and restarting computer, no luck.

I went into Send and added a file I wanted to send to someone to be signed. I couldn't get MY signature to come up though. After looking into it further, it looks like I have to go into Fill & Sign FIRST, drag my signature to the document. Download it and THEN go into Send and send it to the person I need to sign as well. That seems like wasted steps. Is there any way for me to just add my signature when I'm setting up the fields in the Send screen?

For whatever reason after I hit "send" on my contract to be sent off to my client, the info that I typed in shows up overlapped. Anyone have this problem?? I've redone it like 7 times and it keeps happening, grr.

Hello,I have tried to get support but keep getting routed here, which is very frustrating.Creative cloud member here. A few months ago a changed my primary email address and downgraded my cc membership. Now, I have upgraded again but I am having trouble with the Sign and Send service. In both cloud and desktop I am getting error message. The cloud error message is most revealing:"We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support."Can someone from support please look into this for me: screen caps below.

I downgraded my account from paid to free however, I can't send any documents for signature. Why? Originally, I had the free account and was able to send a certain # of documents monthly. But now that I've upgraded and went back to a free account I don't have the option to send documents.

I'm a first time user of Adobe Sign - using a trial for two documents that need about 15 signatures each, in any order. I send out several documents as one to document via adobe sign. When I received the signed document I am not able to separate the pages because it is a signed certified document that can not be edited.How can I change the settings to be able to separate the pages on the document?
