Is there a way to prepare a document with multiple fields on each page that can be individually edited by the signee? If you add a text field on one page and right click you have an option to "Repeat field on every page" Once you do that, as the creator you can edit/change the text in each text field on the next pages.  Is there a way to give that same ability to the signee once you send it to them?

I am looking to upload my form into Adobe Sign template library and insert the signature and initial fields, etc. However, when I do this - how do I use this form to fill out the information? It simply saves it like I can just send like it is!

I need to integrate with Adobe Sign by sending documents over and then getting external users to sign the documents. There is no user other then my development account. I also can't have an externally available URL. So... how do I use the API?

How can we create an agreement using a library document using a library document which will be singed by two signers? I know how to do the same using echo sign web application using this tutorial: Send an agreement to multiple signers with Adobe Sign​I have created a template document in my dashboard for reuse purpose and I have added fields for recipients as well. But when I create agreement using that library document and from that agreement I create signing url. But both URLs only allow one of them to sign. If the second signer opens their link, the document shows as already signed. Can anyone tell me how can I create  and have my both signers complete the agreement using Rest API?

Hi, when using Adobe DC Pro (same with reader).  I find that the My Documents window is clickable but is completely blank.  The same is true when opening a .pdf and selecting the Fill+Sign tool.  That is, unless I run the application under a local administrator account.  Why is that?  What does it need access to to use these features? I am using Adobe Acrobat DC 2018.009.20050.

HI there,My place of business has a shared group of 6 users with Adobe Sign. Four of the users are administrators. Two of said administrators can search for any form under "Manage", even if they did not create or send it, and be able to find and print/save/etc. The other two cannot search or see the same certain forms. Is there a setting that could be turned off to where they cannot see this? Any help would be wonderful.Thank you,

We are using SharePoint with Nintex to automate document signing. The problem is that the URL it sends is completely anonymous. I'm wanting to find out how we can lock it down and force the assigned email address to login with their verified email address in order to view and sign the documents (only the documents for them). This will stop confidential documents being accessed by people that shouldn't see them.The documents are internal only, e.g. for everyone to sign off on a new process or expenditure etc. Anyone know if this is a possible setting or are we stuck with security by obscurity?

I am receiving forms I sent out for signature, and which also required the receiver to input information.On the returned forms, for some text boxes, the text entered exceeded the area that is viewable on the returned form.How might I access the portion of the text that ran over?Unfortunately I don't have the level of access that allows me to run reports of raw data.Any help would be much appreciated!A

When I setup my document template in Adobe Sign, I have several fields that need to be completed. When I insert the text fields within the document, there is a capability to change the font to one of 6 choices and to change the point size. I use Auto for the point since in most of the fields, because, the data within the field can be of any length. The issue I have is that the font ends up being very small and offset in the text fields (see attached). I have tried using higher point sizes and then the font is too big.What would be a workaround for having the font in the text fields match the font in my document? My document is Arial 10 pt.

We have done the Adobe EchoSign integration with our Web application using EchoSign Oauth API. From application our users will be sending  the document for signature and final agreement we would like to store in our system. We have done the integration and tested using developer account and everything is working fine.But when we use some other account then we are getting below error:User cannot authorize application because it is UNCERTIFIEDPlease suggest what is needed to resolve this issue. Do I have to purchase some paid account for this?

I have several documents that I send out regularly that require initials in several spots along with the electronic signature.  I don't seem to be able to locate that option when "preparing" a document.  I have the Acrobat DC.Thank you.

I have integrated Adobe e-Sign with an accounting software product, by using a specific email address.I then changed this email address in my settings in the accounting software, just to demonstrate to someone where they can change this.When I try to change it back to the original email address, which I own, I get an error message, saying that the my original email address has already been registered with Adobe and can't be used - even though I own this email address, and the original use of that email address was in the exact same place.As the software provider just integrate with Adobe, there is nothing they can do to resolve this, the issue is on the Adobe side - sounds like somehow Adobe need to remove my email address from their system so it doesn't exist as a record, so that I can re-set it up.Has anyone come across this before or can anyone from Adobe assist with this?PS Trying to figure out how to contact Adobe about this is an absolute nightmare, going through so many circles

It has come to my notice that if I send a document for e-signature, the same can be forwarded to another id and signed from there, even in the audit trail and participation stamp it shows the first email id. This can be used for fraudulent signatures. Can you provide me with a solution to prevent this?
