Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,I'm trying to use the fill and sign feature, but every time I click on it, the pdf I'm working with disappears and all I can see on the mostly blank screen is the fill and sign "ribbon" at the top. I've successfully used this feature many times, but for some reason I'm now having this issue with it on every pdf I try to use it on. Please advise, thanks!

I have an Adobe Sign widget that needs to be filled out and signed online by a web visitor, then counter-signed by our company representative. Can I change the counter-signer's email address, or do I have to re-create the whole widget -- which has many fill-in form fields?By the same token, I would like to clone the widget so that we could post an alternative version if we the original counter-signer is not available. Is that possible?Thanks.

Cloud Storage Size/Retention LimitsWhat are the storage limitations for Adobe Sign Enterprise? (I understand the file size limit is 10 MB.)  a) Is there a maximum number of gigabytes of storage before transactions are automatically purged from the Cloud?   b) Is there a maximum retention limit regardless of size?  c) Does the API allow you to access documents in the Cloud for download to local storage?  d) Is the default Adobe Sign cloud storage using Document Cloud?Please do not refer me to the comparison of license types as that page doesn't address these questions, thanks.

Hi,We are investigating using AdobeSign for integration to our platform. Some of our most common documents allow for any 2 of 4 recipients to sign and complete the document.For example, Jane, Mary, Mike and John are members, and any two of those can sign and execute the document.Is there a model of setting this up with AdobeSign? I've tried in the web app (we will eventually be using the API), but all existing models seem to be an all-or-nothing setup.I thought Recipient Groups would solve this (define groups with all recipients in each), but there is no validation that Mike doesn't sign both portions (he would need to be in both groups).Any ideas?Cheers,Daniel B.

We are moving from DocuSign to AdobeSign and are currently testing the system.  In DocuSign, signers did not have to type their name or upload a picture of their signature.  They simply clicked the line.  We have about 10 signers who will be signing hundreds (maybe thousands) of documents and will not like having to type their name each time.  Is there a way to make this easier for frequent signers?

when i sign on a form it locks up, will not allow me to save or close document, can only close it by ctrl/alt/del

I sent a doc for signature and the signatory said his wife's name autopopulated when he went to sign it.  So now I have the incorrect (wife's) name on the doc.  How can he correct it?  I have too many signatures on the doc to send out again to everyone for signature....

I have an image at the top of a JotForm. I'm using the Adobe Sign Widget to pass the completed form from JotForm to AdobeSign for signature.When it is passed into Adobe Sign it is squishing the image to only ~200pixels wide but the height remains the same so it is out of proportion. I can't find a setting anywhere to fix this.The only thing I've been able to do is to shrink the image on the form to only 200pixels wide. Then the proportion remains the same when it goes into Adobe. But now the image looks way too small on the form.I'd like to have the image 375px wide on the form and in the PDF.Any way to fix this?

The building department is asking for a digitally signed drawing that they can also add comments, fill in forms, and be signed by them. AdobeSign does not allow any of these preferences once digitally signed. We do use another service that does allow this but we don't have the third party authorization certificate with that company. My question is, is there a way to export the third party digital certificate from AdobeSign to store on a local computer since we are paying for this service?

In the older version of Adobe Reader I used to be able to add/customize a reason for signing. For example my supervisor would have me sign for her when she was unavailable.  I could type in a text box "Approving for Dr. ______"  I cannot figure out how to do this in the new version of adobe.   

I tried DocuSign and seems like users don't need DocuSign account to sign docs and return to my app, but with Adobe Sign seems like I have to make all users sign up first for Adobe accounts with is inconvenient to say the least.Can this be avoided?

SENDER_SIGNS_LAST no longer works when sending agreements. Error message states that "Signature Flow cannot be specified in hybrid routing". How can we turn off hybrid routing?

I was able to perform create, delete, read & update operations(all other attributes apart from "userStatus") using the REST API (/api/rest/v5/users) successfully, but I am not able to update the "userStatus" attribute using the update method. Below are the detailsPUT /api/rest/v5/users/<userId>{  "company": "<company>",    "email": "<email>",    "firstName": "<firstName>",    "lastName":"<lastName>",     "groupId": "<groupId>",     "roles": [        "NORMAL_USER"    ],  "userStatus": "INACTIVE"}The above API call is successful with "200 OK" response code, but still the "userStatus" value doesn't seem to change. I am testing out adobe sign--getting familiar with it etc. by sending documents back and forth with another person in my office. When I set up the document, and add the password protect, it arrives at the other persons email without any password. After they have filled it out and sent it back, they receive a copy of the document for themselves--password protected. I also receive both of these documents; one unprotected and then one protected after they sign in my own email???? why is the original document not protected?

I have a currency field - that is displaying as numeric but NOT currency? It is filled from Salesforce -when I have a formula that is just equal to this field it displays correctly as currency...but because I need to use it in a calculation cannot seem to 'fudge' the original field for correct formatting...thoughts? thanks

Several users on our team have agreements out for signature. When they navigate in Salesforce to the opportunity page and click "Send Reminder" on the created Adobe Sign agreement the contract recipient is sent dozens of reminders back to back. This is very frustrating and any help in resolving this would be helpful.

All of a sudden Adobe Sign is not forcing the signer to signed all the "required" initial and signatures on my forms for some reason. Anyone else experiencing this? How do I fix this to insure that all initials and signature and complete before submitted?

We send large (many times 300+ page) reports out to various outside organizations. We create a one page transmittal document for the recipient to sign and return to us stating they have received the report. When I have placed the transmittal into the "Send document for signature" after placing a signature field at the bottom and then "add a document", the report pdf, either I get an error that the pdf is over 100 pages and cannot be processed or the system adds a signature to the last page of the report. I want to have the transmittal only tracked and signed but need the added document attached with no signature required. I cannot find any answer to this in the user guide. I'm within my first 14 days and will need to cancel this subscription if I cannot get this issue solved.

I'd like to be able to enter the person's name so that it will show up when they click sign. It seems to only let you enter their email.Does it grab their name from their email account or something?
