I just trimmed down the number of Signature fields from 20 down to 13, but in the process of deleting signature fields, I also lost Participant numbers, so now I have Participant 1, 2, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. When I try to add new Participants to get #3 back, I get Participant 21. I wouldn't care but it seems Recipient #3 wants to go in the in the Participant 3 slot, which is gone and I get "Missing Signature Fields" when I try to send the document.HELP!
Hello,I work for SpringCM Support and we integrate with Adobe Sign in order leverage electronic signatures on SpringCM hosted documents. We've had several customers request that they be able to resize the signature field, as it has a tendency to obscure lines within a document being sent for signature as it is currently only available in a single size. All other available fields appear to be able to be resized at will. We'd like to request that this be made available on their behalf. Is this possible?
I have a form for multiple recipients to sign.That multiple is twenty recipients. On one page. Ten iterations of that form need to be sent to those same twenty recipients.Instead of typing those twenty recipients email addresses into the Send page ten times (once for each iteration of the form) is there a way to streamline the process of sending? Such as a "send to those twenty recipients again" button?
For my clients, each project agreement document obviously is different, though the bottom of each document where the signature fields go is exactly the same. Rather than having to tediously create and configure new fields each time I want to send a contract for signing, is there a way to simply save all fields that can be placed over a new document? I would think this would be an obvious feature, but of course with Adobe, things have to sometimes be unnecessarily confusing. I am able to save the fields as a "template", but it doesn't 'seem to allow me to change the background document. Am I missing something here? Can anyone chime in? Thanks.
Trying to send out a mega sign file with the list of email addresses. The CSV file has the email addresses, recipient's name and a message. When I try to attached the email file to adobe sign I get an error message mega sign merge file rows must have an email value. Everything I have tried does not fix it.Has anyone else ever run across this problem and if so how did you solve it?Thank you,
Adobe E Sign has now removed its classic view. A really useful feature of classic view was you could password protect an outgoing document for signing without having to embed the password into the document. This meant that the receiver needed a password to sign the document but once signed it would come back without the need for the sender to then have that password to open it.The signed document could be filed (on a local server) without the need for password to open it at a later date. It seems to me that under the new 'improved' Adobe E-sign the password goes into the document and as a result when it comes back you need that password to open it. Because the document is secured you cannot remove the password which means you are stuck with it. All this means that signed agreements can no longer be indexed and searched as well as you now have to have a system to track all the different passwords on all the different documents that build up over time. Such a database is near impossible
I am not sure if the process below is even possible, however I will put it out there for your thoughts.We are a not for profit that is trying to digitise a process that has previously been a 'print document, sign, scan, post or email' process.What we need:- An electronic form that includes contact details, larger narration fields, multiple choice fields (radio button style) etc.- To be 'signed' by 4 individuals - many of which do not have access to touch screen- Submitted to us- The document is considered by 4 users who then provide approval (or otherwise)The key elements/challenges- Digital signatures where touch screens (even smart phones) are not always available- An approval process that is more than emailing back and forth- A print version of the form should be I appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.
Hello, trying to figure out how to set it so that after we send a document for a client to sign, and they sign it, how can I sign that document as well before printing it out? so that both of us have now electronically signed it in adobe sign. i can't sign it first and then send it, i need to sign it after they have signed it. thank you! -Mike
why do you guys dont have phone support? the service is not free. cant talk to anyone to see if it will be a good fit or not. I need the service but i dont know if to get it with you guys, cant talk to anyone. this is not good. if this is what awaits me if i do sign up, its probably not going to work. please provide a phone # where i can call someone. i tried calling 18008336687 but the robo waitress said that they dont provide phone support to free services. Adobe sign is not free.

Hi I am developing a visitor management app and I need to capture the visitors' signature on a tablet and feed it into my app.This is necessary for instance when you are instructed on the safety rules you have to follow while inside a factory let's say.This is an SaaS app and I need to know the following:Which solution and which plan should I use?Let's say I have 100 clients but they will all use my app. Do I need to purchase a plan for each of the clients or it is enough to only buy one.Thank you and bear in mind I have no experience with adobe sign solution so I may need a more detailed answer.
I'm in dire need of help with integration of our Adobe Sign forms with our HRIS system, who opened up their API for employee data about two months ago. Where should I go to use this service? I've tried the integration community, with zero success (no replies in two months). I would like to start pushing data to my HRIS system when employees complete their onboarding forms. Is there somewhere I can see examples of how to do this? How do I consume the API? Is there some third party software I need to trigger the events?I appreciate any help!

I am using Adobe sign to handle contract documents. The contract document needs to be signed by my own company and by my client. Should I then also send a request for signature to myself?Frank
Let me start by saying that Adobe customer service is horrible. I waited on hold for 20 min for a rep in India to take all my information to tell me that unfortunately the only support is through the Forums. Adobe sign has always worked perfect for me. Now I have a problem when I create a form with radio or checked boxes and I want to send the document with one of the options selected. In the edit screen it will not let me pick the group default value. It will not work it opens a drop down looks like it is cut off and I cannot select any value/option. It is a technical problem with Adobe. It does it to ALL documents now. It has to be my cpu setting. PLease help as I use these all the times to select read only selections for business signed documents. Thanks
I want the client to initial what they want to accept and type "no" for what they want to decline. If they initial one, it assumes the same initials for the other. Is there a way for them to "initial" one and type "no" for the other?
I'm currently using a trial of Adobe Sign and because we send the same document each time, I don't want to have to repeatedly type the same message. Unfortunately, in the trial, I don't see any option to save the message so I can reuse it. Can anyone tell me if I can save message templates if I have an Individual account? Thanks in advance.
Hi,I am trying to use OAuth access tokens for eSIGN REST API calls. However, it seems I can only to make it work when I use header field "access-token: <token>" in the request. If I provide the access token via "authorization: bearer <token>" as per OAuth definition, then it does not seem to find the token on the request, resulting in:{ "code": "NO_ACCESS_TOKEN_HEADER", "message": "Access token header not provided"}I verified that using "access-token" works with Postman, to exclude any other issue related to handling the token requests.But unfortunately, other than testing with Postman, I have no way to change the http request header from "authorization" to "access-token" on the client side 😞Apologies if I am making some obvious mistake, but I haven't found anything using the forum search...Kind regards,Wolfgang

Under the new interface in Adobe Sign, I am unable to sign a document THEN send it. I used to be able to click a box that said I need to sign the document and I could choose between signing first or last. Then I could "Sign and Send" the document.Now, I must "Add Me" as a recipient and I'm sent the document as an email, like any other recipient. I need to open up the email, enter my signature. This is very cumbersome, as I send lots of documents.Why the change?? Am I missing something???Thank you!
I would like to have multiple signature images stored so that I can choose which one to use (e.g. English and Korean).Right now I have to have signature images in my local machine and upload one if I want to change one from the other.Is there a way to store both signature images in Adobe Fill & Sign so that I don't have to keep uploading them?Thanks.
I've set up a form so the client can view their contract within 1 page. I've done this by using a text box and ticking the multi-line option. When it comes to me signing this document at my stage I can scroll the text area and see all of the wording, but when it gets to my client signing it i.e the 2nd participant the text cut's off at the edge of the text area and they cannot scroll it to see the rest of the contract. Is there a way for me to set up a scrolling text box so I don't have to make multiple pages within my document to display different parts of the contract. Any help would be great! Thank youTim
