I am creating access token to login and send the agreement to some one using access_code in my JAVA application.After some time the code are not working and give the following errorcom.adobe.sign.utils.ApiException: invalid authorization code    at com.adobe.sign.utils.ApiClient.throwApiException(ApiClient.java:679)    at com.adobe.sign.utils.ApiClient.invokeAPI(ApiClient.java:645)    at com.adobe.sign.api.OAuthApi.getAccessToken(OAuthApi.java:108)    at com.adobe.sign.utils.ApiUtils.getHeaderParams(ApiUtils.java:103)Is the access code was invalidate after some time or it will stay alive for life long.

I am trying to make a text field appear if user selects the "Yes" radio option value, but it is not working.  This is what I typed:{{(No)Proceed_es_:signer1}}{{(Yes)Proceed_es_:signer1}}{{description_es_:signer1:enableif(Proceed=Yes)}}Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

I recently sent an agreement to several individuals.  Everything is as planned for all but one individual.This person cannot open the agreement to sign and only has the click "here" to delegate signature.Can anyone help?

Sign is not displaying or allowing the recipient to complete two "Full Name" fields which appear before the first "signature" block several pages after. I have the template set up to require "Full Name" on pages 1 and 5, and 6 but it skips over those fields and then auto fills them only after the recipient completes the first signature block on page 7. Is this normal? Can you not first request a "Full Name" before a signature? 

I have a spreadsheet with multiple businesses in it, how do I get EchoSign to read this data and send each one a contract?

Hello everyone,I'm creating an agreement via Sign API like this:1. upload a document2. create an agreement3. get the signing URL to redirect user to signIt often works, but sometimes on step 3 I get a 404 with{"code":"AGREEMENT_NOT_SIGNABLE","message":"The agreement is not currently waiting for anyone to sign it"}And even in the case of error the user is still able to sign the agreement with the link he received via email.I'd like to know if my flow is correct(it seems so, since it works mostly). What does the error mean — is it a race condition and I just have to retry? Or are there edge cases I'm missing?Thank you

Hi All,I am working on an integration from Adobe Sign to Workday to load the offer letters rolled out via Adobe SIgn into Workday. I have been provided developer access and was able to retrieve the agreements information via API signed between my email ID and the other user via APIThe problem that I am facing is that I am unable to retrieve the information of all the agreements held between my company accounts(other users who roll out users) and other users who complete the eSign process.Did anyone faced the same problem if yes can you please let me know the workaround for it . Is there any setup that I need to configure in order to get the other agreements like inclusion in the group etc.Please let me know your thoughts on the same.Appreciate your help in advance!!Thanks,Sumit

I just changed the email address on my adobe account and Everything in creative cloud except adobe sign is working. I need this fixed ASAP

I try sending any document to be signed and I get..."COULD NOT SENDAn error has occurred please try again"Then I get this online too..."We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support."I need this fixed ASAP.

Getting Adobe Sign saying this website is not  valid.

Can you send 1 document to be signed by multiple people and once they all sign have them appear all signed on 1 sheet.

Hello My esign name (First Name, Last Name) is incorrect when I sign documents and I constantly have to edit it to get it to show correctly.  I have reviewed my profile and my name is showing correctly there, but it does not show correctly when I go to sign documents and I constantly have to edit my name.  Can anyone help me, please

Hello,I am new to Adobe Sign and looking to set up some reporting to track how many requests go out each month, how long they take by signing officer.I have set up the parameters and it doesn't seem to pull any report and I get a red bar at the top of my screen that says "There were no Agreements selected by your report criteria."This happens when I select all reports and when I filter by document, nothing works.Any advice is appreciated!Thank you,Tamara

While Dashboard worked fine in the first 3 days of my sign experience, I no get no Dashboard anymore.All documents can be accessed with their actual correct status under "manage" or from dashboard under "recent events", but the dashboard itself is empty.

Hello,With the classic dashboard, I believe I was able easily (quickly and without having to disconnect from my Gmail web account)  to sign before sending to the party that had to sign my contract.With the new interface, I am lost! I would prefer not having to send to me also, as it adds extra steps ...Please help,I have read your below post and answer but it requires me to add myself as recipient also, which is what I am trying to avoid .. How do I sign (Myself) before sending to a recipient?

Hi Experts,We are using digital signature certificate based (Adobe 11 Function: sign with certificate). Security settings prevent e.g. watermarking of signed documents. How to edit secured documents and log changes applied after digital signature? Maybe it is possible to remove security settings and to apply certificate based signature without security settings? Adobe expert could not help via phone. Maybe this request is impossible and not functions are not provided by software.
