Hi,My context is that i have a document to be signed by a few people. I have it in PDF that requires only signatures from "equal" signers, nothing more. The process starts with generating the PDF (i do this on my own) and then a widget should be shown to the person who triggered the whole signature flow. He should be one of the signers. He either signs on the web UI or declines it and signs later. Others should be able to sign when they receive an e-mail. The preferred method for signature is esign, i.e. not downloading, scanning and uploading. The document should show all signatures at the bottom after everyone signed.How should the process work in terms of REST API calls? I think it should start with uploading a transient document. But then I'm not sure if i should follow with creating a new agreement, which sends the e-mails or creating a widget one per signer. If i create the widget, should i send an e-mail to each signer (instead of Adobe) with the URL pointing to a page with the

In Salesforce integrations, Adobe Sign Automatic Updates seems to be not working in Salesforce linked with trial version of@ Adobe Sign Account. Is there any limitation ?

Hello,It is possible to send several PDFs via Adope sign.Basically everything is not a problem. In the end, only all PDF files have the same name ...Is there a setting that the PDF ends up in the same way, as I have inserted it at the beginning also?Many Thanks!

I am going to send out a document for signature that will have a distribution list of about 20 people.  It is not required that they all sign so I would like to remove a name from the distribution list if they do not want to sign or just not responding to the request.   An acceptable alternative would be for the signee to just "pass" it along the next person on the distribution with out signing.  It would be ok for the name to stay on the documentThanks,Jim Boone

Hello, I had an account a year ago with adobe sign. I used it for a month then I cancelled it because I didn't need it. now I reinstated, upgraded again, but can't send documents. there are no "send" tab on the dashboard. it says contact the administrator. but I AM the administrator of this account. what is happening? I have to send a document to sign asap, I don't have time for this I'm sorry. Please advise.

I have a custom integration between Salesforce and Adobe Sign.  I want to send a document for signature via Apex, but I want the user to be able to place the signature tag first.  The "preview document" field is set to true, but Adobe just sends the document to the recipients and the user never gets to position the signature tags.The native integration has a pop-up iframe that loads the following URL:https://rakutenmarketing.na1.echosign.com/account/documentEdit?aid=CBJCHBCAABAA4xiVg4yygKz09lG2uU_CBPBlVz9dHS6b This loads adobe's preview screen. I want to replicate this functionality within my own application, but the "aid" parameter is not equal to the agreementId that I get from the API.  Any suggestions on how I can load this preview screen?

I tried to send documents to AOL addresses for signature.  There was a delay of more than 6 hours and the documents arrived with echosign in the from field.  To other addresses the From field is my name.I suspect the problem is AOL rules about spoofing the address.  I found a reference about this  AOL Rejecting Mail due to DMARC policy   Is there a way around this?

I am looking for a way to generate the document template itself via PI, meaning provide a view where my users upload a file and use GUI to add form fields.I don't want them to go on adobe page, login and do it from that interface,All I can find is a an API call where I provide the file and x/y/width/type objects for form fields, meaning I need to implement the setup form field myself?Isn't there a way to use the setup screen already availabe?Appreciate your assitance.Y.

Hello,I am trying to creating a widget that will have multiple counter signers or recipients to sign in parallel.  All signers should receive the notification at the same time and per the online help create-widgets.html document that was previously published this feature is available but I am not seeing it.My current screen for creating widgets does not accurately reflect the instructions.  The counter-signers section does not read as “optional” for me and neither do I have the option to make them all a number “1” so that they can all receive the notification at the same time "using hybrid routing".  I also do not have the “add me “link.  It also looks like a new release was published today that will allow more than just a signer.  An approver, acceptor and form filler have been added to the options.  How or when can I get these options?Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you load an encrypted pdf into Adobe Sign?  We have customers asking for Word documents so they can load the Word version instead of the encrypted pdf that we have given them.  We save the encrypted pdf to allow for signatures.  We use Professional Acrobat Abobe XI.   Is there a trick to customers being able to load and sign these encrypted pdfs?  It is against our policy to distribute the Word version and more customers are asking for the Word versions.

Every time I open a document and try to send it for a signature - after the document loads to send, I attempt to put in the email address to send it to, the app just thinks and thinks, never lets me fill in the info for the email address and eventually I get a message saying "Adobe Acrobat DC Not Responding".This happens when I try to do anything in this app.Any ideas??Thanks

Hi,I have a web site that I would like to send agreements from a base account, not on behalf of a user.In server side code I would like to automatically send these agreements.The first Authorization step is to carry out an 'Authorization Request'. For this you have to supply a redirect URL.How would I go about retriving an access token from our base account to send these agreements without exposing any kind of logon UI.I know who I am and have my user name and password so should be able to authenticate myself behind the scenes in order to send an agreement.I have read:Client application OAuthand don;t want to use a 'legacy' integration key. In order to send an agreement using the API, one is required to provide the "libraryDocumentId" under "fileInfos" within "DocumentCreationInfo".For a Library Template Document, is there a way to find out what this document id is from the Dashboard?I can get it by invoking the "api/rest/v5/libraryDocuments" api - but have to reissue the oAuth token to invoke it. Would be easier if the libraryDocumentId were available somewhere in the Dashboard.On a separate note, when invoking the 'api/rest/v5/libraryDocuments' api, I keep getting a PERMISSION_DENIED error when using an access_token generated using the oauth/refresh api.'Client error: `GET https://api.na1.echosign.com/api/rest/v5/libraryDocuments` resulted in a `403 Forbidden` response:{"code":"PERMISSION_DENIED","message":"The API caller do not have the permission to execute this operation"}The only way around this is to redo the OAuth steps to generate a new access_token.Thanks,Unmesh.

Over the company where I work, whenever I send a document to get signed and it's completed and filed. Adobe Sends an email to the signers with this subject:NAME OF THE DOCUMENT between COMPANY, SIGNER NAME and BOSS NAME is Signed and Filed!My boss wants to take his name off and change the full name of the company to the LLC version.How can I change that?

I do Help Desk support for our organization and one of our end users wants to know if they can do a two-phase Mega Sign, whereby phase one they send a document out to several employees for signature, and then phase two, all those employee-signed copies get routed to one individual (a manager) for signature. Does Echo Sign support this, and can you point me to any step-by-step instructions? Thanks!

Following the instructions for the Installation Guide to integrate Adobe Sign and Dynamics CRM were pretty straight forward.  Until it comes to the API Key to validate within your on premise Dynamics CRM Solution.  It would appear that no matter what is done, the API Key provide doesn't work and am at a loss as to why the Key will not validate.  Am I missing something obvious?
