Adobe Acrobat Sign

Getting Adobe Sign saying this website is not  valid.

Can you send 1 document to be signed by multiple people and once they all sign have them appear all signed on 1 sheet.

I can't access any of the features in Adobe Sign.  Is the system down or am I having another problem?  This started on Monday, April 17.

Hello My esign name (First Name, Last Name) is incorrect when I sign documents and I constantly have to edit it to get it to show correctly.  I have reviewed my profile and my name is showing correctly there, but it does not show correctly when I go to sign documents and I constantly have to edit my name.  Can anyone help me, please

Hello,I am new to Adobe Sign and looking to set up some reporting to track how many requests go out each month, how long they take by signing officer.I have set up the parameters and it doesn't seem to pull any report and I get a red bar at the top of my screen that says "There were no Agreements selected by your report criteria."This happens when I select all reports and when I filter by document, nothing works.Any advice is appreciated!Thank you,Tamara

While Dashboard worked fine in the first 3 days of my sign experience, I no get no Dashboard anymore.All documents can be accessed with their actual correct status under "manage" or from dashboard under "recent events", but the dashboard itself is empty.

How do I sign a document 1st then send it to be signed?

Hello,With the classic dashboard, I believe I was able easily (quickly and without having to disconnect from my Gmail web account)  to sign before sending to the party that had to sign my contract.With the new interface, I am lost! I would prefer not having to send to me also, as it adds extra steps ...Please help,I have read your below post and answer but it requires me to add myself as recipient also, which is what I am trying to avoid .. How do I sign (Myself) before sending to a recipient?

Hi Experts,We are using digital signature certificate based (Adobe 11 Function: sign with certificate). Security settings prevent e.g. watermarking of signed documents. How to edit secured documents and log changes applied after digital signature? Maybe it is possible to remove security settings and to apply certificate based signature without security settings? Adobe expert could not help via phone. Maybe this request is impossible and not functions are not provided by software. Can someone please tell me what is happening with ADOBE's Signature feature?   The Esigning for my document was completed by all parties at 9:16AM; however the file wasnot distributed  until 9:04PM.  I have been using this feature for a couple years; and have never had a problem with response times.... Is this a transmission or space issue?   Worse is that I am now having problems referring the issue to a technical support expert - the only support I am able to locate deals with login, installation or tutorial type issues... Where does one refer technical issues (involving use of the products)?  (The product is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC:  Windows 10:  Email transmission between ADOBE & AOL)Please Help!

We have a form that requires that our president provides an electronic signature in-house after his approval. The form then needs to be sent via email to an outside agency for their approval and electronic signature, who will then email this form back to us. About 60 of these forms need to be signed then sent to one email address. Would Adobe Sign be able to assist with multiple signatures on multiple forms?

Hello. I curious if there was a way to send to 2 separate people/emails but only require one of them to approve the proposal. We often send proposals out to 2 separate people but only need one of them to sign it. In other words, either one of the people that received the proposal would be able to approve the proposal without the other one having to sign.Appreciate the help.

Hi,My context is that i have a document to be signed by a few people. I have it in PDF that requires only signatures from "equal" signers, nothing more. The process starts with generating the PDF (i do this on my own) and then a widget should be shown to the person who triggered the whole signature flow. He should be one of the signers. He either signs on the web UI or declines it and signs later. Others should be able to sign when they receive an e-mail. The preferred method for signature is esign, i.e. not downloading, scanning and uploading. The document should show all signatures at the bottom after everyone signed.How should the process work in terms of REST API calls? I think it should start with uploading a transient document. But then I'm not sure if i should follow with creating a new agreement, which sends the e-mails or creating a widget one per signer. If i create the widget, should i send an e-mail to each signer (instead of Adobe) with the URL pointing to a page with the

In Salesforce integrations, Adobe Sign Automatic Updates seems to be not working in Salesforce linked with trial version of@ Adobe Sign Account. Is there any limitation ?

Hello,It is possible to send several PDFs via Adope sign.Basically everything is not a problem. In the end, only all PDF files have the same name ...Is there a setting that the PDF ends up in the same way, as I have inserted it at the beginning also?Many Thanks!

I am going to send out a document for signature that will have a distribution list of about 20 people.  It is not required that they all sign so I would like to remove a name from the distribution list if they do not want to sign or just not responding to the request.   An acceptable alternative would be for the signee to just "pass" it along the next person on the distribution with out signing.  It would be ok for the name to stay on the documentThanks,Jim Boone

I used it for a month then I cancelled it because I didn't need it. now I reinstated, upgraded again, but can't send documents. there are no "send" tab on the dashboard. it says contact the administrator. but I AM the administrator of this account. what is happening? I have a custom integration between Salesforce and Adobe Sign.  I want to send a document for signature via Apex, but I want the user to be able to place the signature tag first.  The "preview document" field is set to true, but Adobe just sends the document to the recipients and the user never gets to position the signature tags.The native integration has a pop-up iframe that loads the following URL:https://rakutenmarketing.na1.echosign.com/account/documentEdit?aid=CBJCHBCAABAA4xiVg4yygKz09lG2uU_CBPBlVz9dHS6b This loads adobe's preview screen. I want to replicate this functionality within my own application, but the "aid" parameter is not equal to the agreementId that I get from the API.  Any suggestions on how I can load this preview screen?

Hello,When I go to the Send tab and start adding my recipients, Adobe Sign auto-fills the ones that I used before. Is there a way to remove only one entry from the email history?Thanks!
