some of the e-signatures on the agreements look differently and I wanted to check why?

I use the drag and drop feature to put two text fields in the document.  I need them to prepopulate with the titles i put in the CSV file.When i do a test upload it won't populate, it just sends me to the page where i have to fill it in as prefill.  I need to get this figured out ASAP.

How do I send the document for signature through a personal email with a link that leads to the document rather then the generic eSign email?

I have included JavaScript in the validation and action tab for text fields in order to add custom validations and actions.None of the custom validation or action is working when sent to the signer via mail with EchoSign.The same is working when accessed through Adobe Reader or in Adobe Acrobat preview mode.

When the sign-in box appears and requests a password, after entering the password and actioning the sign button, it says " incorrect password". I have changed the password, received acknowledgement of change abd can sign in to my account. However the sign-in box will not accept the password. How do I correct this?

HelloI am trying to do a megasign and after sending the document users are able to sign documents without having to select the radio options that I have already made as required.   It lets you sign and submit without telling the signer that you are missing your inputs on the required fields.What else do I need to do or is this a bug?

I'm trying to use Adobe Sign (android app) to capture customer signatures on individual Google Doc documents. When I select Google drive, I am able to see the Google Doc but am not able to select it for signing. Is there a way to make this happen? Thanks in advance.

I am an admin for our organization.  We have a number of clients and one of them is using Adobe Sign and is setup as a group.  When those group users uploaded document templates they gave permissions for the entire organization.  Now a couple of the users in that group are inactive and  no longer employees of the client.  How do I give permission to someone else in that group to edit and/or delete the templates?  I am getting ready to setup another client to use Adobe Sign and will set them up as a separate group.  The issue is they will be able to see the documents of their direct competitor.

All,The issue that the program puts that default “start here” arrow at the very top of the document to be signed (or, wherever the first field is at), and so employees believe they have to actually do something there, instead of just scrolling to the bottom of the document (which may be many pages long) to where they sign.  When all they really have to do is scroll immediately to the bottom to sign.The final signer should not see an “start here” arrow at the top.  It would be better if the “start here” arrow was located at the bottom so that the signer know they could skip everything else.  The best solution would be if the program would auto-scroll the document to the correct location of the required signature or where ever that signer first had to take action (normally the last signer just needs to sign the document at the very end of the document).Basically, we want the “start here” arrow to point to the first place that a signer is required to input data (their signa

Hi,Can we use Adobe Sign APIs in Windows applications? When i use it in the browser it asks me to login into the account and then give me the Code to get the Access Token.But how if i am not on browser? I mean how i can use it with Windows Applications?Please help me.ThanksVinay Hatwal

Hello, I have been using Echosign for a couple of years now but with one major problem. SInce the pen with my Surface Pro 3 decided it no longer wanted to work I have had to use an aftermarket pen to get clients to sign documents. At first this was working ok but now it doesnt. When someone needs to sign a document it requires them to doubleclick the pen on the screen before they can sign.To explain in detail. Someone needs to press on the screen once, lift the pen up, then quickly press the pen down again (without lifting it off this time) and sign their name. This is causing me untold problems and I have even had our IT company look at it and try and fix but they cant. Is there a setting that has changed? Please can someone guide me through how I can get rid of this problem.Please note, this also works the same if someone is signing with their finger; you have to doubleclick with your finger too! Help!

Hi,I am new to adobe DC and have bought it mainly to use the electronic signature section of the software. When I click on "ready to send" to upload and add recipients it gets to about 12% and say "could not send, an error has occured please try again later". This is not a very helpful error message!I have tried this with multiple pdf's and get teh same error. I should imagine there is probably somthing that I need to set to allow this to work. I have been through the FAQ's and tutorials and it would appear I am doing everything correct. Please help.Thanks.Kind regards,Andrew

Here are two generic questions. I have a few PDF's that are using the old _es_ naming convention with no colons. I need to convert to the new convention and have two issues to resolve.How can I reference a VAR in the PDF that uses the new syntax?My code uses the old reference below and I can't use colons in my variable names. Any thoughts?Ex: (old reference works) txtOwnerName_es_signer_signature >> (new reference w/ colons breaks) txtOwnerName_es_:signer:signature This one pertains to existing _es_ variables that I don't need EchoSign to handle at this point. Will there be any issues if I leave the _es_ reference alone and can I assume that EchoSign will ignore processing those items? If I can leave them alone then I can avoid making more changes on our end.Ex: txtOtherVar_es_signer_date --- in this example, I'll handle the date from my side and DO NOT need EchoSign to do anything. Hi, I have a requirement from one of my clients. This is the first time I'm exposed to Echo sign API. Need some guidance, if possible-Environment - WordPressHave some unique URL (same endpoint with different parameters and tokens), each corresponds to a single or a bundle of pdfs. A single pdf can be mapped with multiple URL(different parameter). All the pdfs need to add one title page or a dynamic text as title (based on the URL parameters) and then show to the user (who open the url) in Widget for Sign.So in a nutsell I have pdf in WordPress that needs to add a front page or at least a way to dynamically add a predefined "Title text" and then open that pdf in Widget for sign purpose. Once signed I need it to be uploaded and emailed.How can I achieve this?

I am trying to send an agreement and I have added the signature field line and the date field, but every time I send the agreement, they both disappear when the agreement is sent.  I have redone this four times now and it keeps happening, any suggestions what is causing this?

Hello Adobe World - So in short, here is what I am trying to do:When I send you an I-9, yes you will need to sign it (Adobe sign does this) but the feature I am trying to get done, is after you sign the form, you can upload a document (photo, PDF, Doc, etc etc) and send it back to me. So in other words, I just offered you a job then send you the I-9 to fill out. in the I-9, it asks for Drivers Licenses and Social Security card, After you sign and fill out the Adobe Sign form, I would like an option for you to upload the two forms of ID back to me. This was the best way I could describe what we are trying to do haha - thanks for the help and let me know if you have any questions. If Sign can not do this, please let me know if Adobe can do this with any other platform. ThanksMarc S

Hi,I am about to send out a bunch of agreements, and I first did a small test via Mega Sign. I sent out 5 copies and created a form field on the document called Customer Name, which should pull in the customer name from the Excel file i imported back. The users who viewed and signed the document from their computers saw the company name field, but the users who viewed and signed the document from their mobile device did not. Why would a document appear differently on the computer versus on a mobile device?Why is this happening? Is there something I am doing wrong?

Hi,I am new to Acrobat sign. My intention is to have a new client sign a disclaimer in Acrobat Sign, and then after they do so, I want to have them sent a link to a file in my dropbox.  Is there a way to either have them receive an email with this link or send them to a landing page, automatically?Thanks in advance for any help.Andrea
