Under the Additional Functions box, there are only two options to choose which is Only I Sign and Archive a Document.
I need to create a form for a student internship approval that goes to four people in a specific order. The process would be as follows:1) The student accesses a fillable form from a central location (ideally it would be posted on our e-learning site)2) The student fills out the form and returns to their academic advisor and the internship supervisor for their signatures.3) The final signed form is submitted electronically to the program coordinator. The first 3 people are always different--only the 4th person (program coordinator) remains the same. We are currently using a fillable pdf form with a signature field, but it doesn't work for people who don't have the latest version of adobe. We want to move to something web based but can't find anything that allows the flow described above. Is this possible with Adobe Sign and if so how? Any help would be appreciated! Many thanks!
The trust site says Adobe Sign has fully recovered and is up but it clearly is not. I cannot login to my Adobe Sign account - it loads an error page saying that Adobe Sign is down. When will service be restored? Why does the trust say have inaccurate info?
Hi, When entering send to email address, I receive an error message to say that the email address is invalid. It is a dot capital domain address. Has anyone come across this?
Really annoying problem with Adobe Sign. It takes 3 attempts every time for the document to go. After positioning the relevant fields in the document, I click send and it just hangs there with the square thingy going around. I have to click back in IE, repeat my steps 2 more times until it finally goes. REALLY ANNOYING!Using IE latest version, Win 10.Thanks
Hello, I wondered if any other Adobe Sign user's were having this "non payment issue" as I am.Since Sign converted over to simply "Adobe Sign" - I have had a paid subscription. It shows such in my online Adobe account, full profile. Now today all day when I go to use it, I get an error message that I am not allowed to sign in. Then immediately following I get an auto-email from Adobe Sign stating that my 14 day trial has ended per my user email address.I cannot find the credit card authorization for this amount so I'm probably out of luck - but I am upset because yearly I spend hundreds on Adobe everything. If an account manager, manager, or Adobe Sign expert sees this post, please reply ASAP as I do need to heavily use this application tonight. Thanks, Erik
Hello, I received a document this morning that was created in Adobe Send and Track but I can't figure out how to sign it. Help?!
I'm using Adobe Echosign. The old version would fill in the email address after typing in few letters of the person's email. This usually happens if it recognizes the email address. That's no longer happening. Was this feature removed with the new version of e-sign? I read where you cannot sync your outlook contacts to e-sign so I guess that is not an option.
Hi,I want to know if it is possible to sign multiple documents at a time..If I have 10 documents which need to be signed by only one person, is there a way that would make signing al of them easier?[Moved from the general, non-support Forum Lounge to a product-specific support forum (if this was the wrong place, report the post and we'll move it to the right spot) - Mod]
Hey Everyone!!I am very new to this and a little out of my element, so please bear with me. In a nut shell, and without diving too far into the weeds - we have there documents that are generated by our platform then uploaded to out Client Portal to be downloaded by our clients, signed, and returned. We are hoping to utilize E-Signatures for this, and in reading through what AdobeSign offers, I think specifically what I may be look for is for it to be embedded in our documents? I think? My key element here is that I need this to be as simple as possible for the client. I don't want them to have to sign up for an account with Adobe or have to download an app to sign the document or anything like that. It has to be completely seamless for them. I would envision the process flow working something like this:1. Client clicks the document link in the Clet Portal2. Portal triggers the platform to generate the PDF3. PDF is uploaded from the platform to the portal4. PDF displays on the clients sc
We are part of a large organization with offices in countries that support and do not support esignatures. What happens if signature request is sent out to a user in a country where it is not supported/how is this handled today?
We have a widget with two email fields and want to only let the signer continue if the value of the two fields match. We're hoping this cuts down on the typos in email addresses. So the two fields a "Email" and "Confirm Email" but I do see a way to check that the value of "Confirm Email" is equal to "Email."1. Is there another way to do this?2. Is my formula just wrong? Tried: fieldValue=[Email] ... and =[Email] ... and if(fieldValue=[Email],true, false)Thanks.
We have been using echosign for years integrated with salesforce. Now we are trying to implement for a client. What we are trying to do: Send an agreement from a custom object using a custom email field. (The docs only show how to send to a contact from a custom object) we need to populate the recipient field with the value of a custom email field (the email recipient field appears to be able to accept a string). We have done this before using conga composer and a url parameter (AdditionalTo), however we need to accomplish this without using conga composer)Please let me know if this does not make sense. Thanks,Jason Burns
I'm seeing an issue on our production instance where my callbackInfo-> signedDocumentUrl does not seem to be firing - it's working on our dev instance, but the same signedDocumentUrl request with our production url doesn't even look like it's hitting our server.Any help appreciated - thx[Moved from the general, non-support Forum Lounge to a product-specific support forum - Mod]
Is it possible to approve Salesforce.com (SFDC) records using Adobe Sign to auto approve once a signed Agreement has been returned?
It would be nice to have a feature that would easily allow existing documents in the "Signed Section" to be moved to the "Archived" section.
Hey Gang,Does anyone know of resources online that I can read/view to learn how to become proficient with this software? All I want to do in import an existing PDF with form fields, set it up as a template, and send it again and again for signatures. Lastly, I need to sign it too and I'd like to protect the document so there is no hanky-panky. I really don't have hours to figure this all out by trial and error.Thank you major, Oz
I have a signed document that I want to put into the file with the request so I have one neat file. But when I go to add it I get the message that it is requesting the Permission Password before I can proceed. What is this and where can I find it because I don't see it anywhere in my account.
I was able to create a signature and send it with one document successfully. Now, when I go to sign and send another it will not save the document so when it is received by the recipient it is not signed. My signature was saved and can be dragged to the signature line, the cloud says it has been saved, but when I tested and sent it to myself the document arrives in my email without a signature.
Looking for some help, please.I've followed a step by step guide.Steps to send an agreement to one signer in Adobe SignTried adding some form fields with no luck. They are visible when I preview the document but once emailed the document comes with no form fields?I tried PDF and word files as a template.Any ideas?
Call me an idiot but I CANNOT figure this out. I need to send a bunch of agreements for signing but need them signed by me as well. Help please!!
