How can I get document to accept my DOB entry?

I have installed Adobe Fill and Sign app on both iPhone and iPad. Is there a way to share the signature between the two? Thank you

Hello to everyone. I'm having trouble with creating new api application, for some reason I'm getting error messages like this "Unhandled Error: 160322053400352.ord-prod-app17".I tried to set different option for Name, Display Name and Domain(tried both, CUSTOMER and PARTNER), but nothing, always this error message. Maybe I missed something in documentation, but creating API application should be first step as is says in account details under "API Information":"In order to call the Adobe Document Cloud APIs, you must first create an application."Thanks.

Currently I have a widget created under my login that I have shared with another user, however they are unable to collaborate or edit the widget on my behalf.  Is there anyway to allow access or transfer ownership from the administrator (myself) to the user in my group.Any ideas are appreciated

I understand we need an eSign Premium account to make use of the widget for webforms. We currently have a pro account. We need to install webforms in a website we are building. Is there a developer kit for this? In order to integrate webforms in the site for this client, do we still need to have the Premium Account. Have been trying to get this answer clarified with Adobe support for some time now, spending 30min to 1 hour each time on the phone getting shunted from one person to the next without resolution. I have no hair left to pull out!

I read some people having issue with eSign Developer Account without APIKey.Please let me know hot to get it or is there any Internal staff that can enable the feature on my DevAccount?Thanks.

We are integrating eSign into an Angular/C#.NET app.  Does the current version of the REST API support CORS requests in any way, or do I need to make my requests from the server-side?  I noticed that making a standard GET request from an external domain is rejected.

I filled it for two times but the Adobe spanish partner don't sell the e-sign solution (business or premium) only the DC license.What is the right channel to buy the license?Thanks in advance.Regards.

I just tried to process my first docusign to be sent out and it would only let me add 6 signatures and I needed to sent to 7 people.  how can i get one more added.is it too late?

Due to a computer crash I had to reinstall E-Sign and now every document that returns to me after being signed has a page of "document history." This would be fine if I could extract this page and save it for myself, but I send these signed forms to a third party and don't want to send them the document history. Once a doc is signed, you cannot edit it, so how can I keep this history page from being attached to my signed document?Thanks!Diane

I want to retrieve the document key from transaction id. I have an issue when i posted the document for esign document key is not send back from adobe, but some how the document got signed by all parties. So to link this transaction back to my system i need the document key of the signed document.

Is there a way to void a contract that has already been signed?The reason is that the other party initialed the wrong spot on the contract.I have already created a new contract for him to initial properly at the right spot, that said willlike to void the previous one.Please advise?

Hi,I am using the REST API and trying to create a widget by calling a POST to /widgetsAfter creating the a new token with all the required permissions, I am still getting a 401 Code error with the following message:{"message":"You cannot work on behalf of this user","code":"UNAUTHORIZED"}I also tried using the 'Try it now' functionality in the documentation and still received the same error there as well.Anyone has tried this call and can help me with this?Thanks
