Adobe Acrobat Sign

Due to a computer crash I had to reinstall E-Sign and now every document that returns to me after being signed has a page of "document history." This would be fine if I could extract this page and save it for myself, but I send these signed forms to a third party and don't want to send them the document history. Once a doc is signed, you cannot edit it, so how can I keep this history page from being attached to my signed document?Thanks!Diane

I want to retrieve the document key from transaction id. I have an issue when i posted the document for esign document key is not send back from adobe, but some how the document got signed by all parties. So to link this transaction back to my system i need the document key of the signed document.

Is there a way to void a contract that has already been signed?The reason is that the other party initialed the wrong spot on the contract.I have already created a new contract for him to initial properly at the right spot, that said willlike to void the previous one.Please advise?

H E L P  After placing all the signature boxes throughout 24 pages, clicking start for the prefills, then clicking send, I keep getting this following message "CANNOT MODIFY AGREEMENT"  I am so frustrated right now I could just die!  This website is NOT user friendly!  Can ANYONE help me??  ~Paula

How can we update our account administrator?  Our previous administrator has left the College.

I am a new user who is trying to add two signature blocks to my first document template.  Actually, adding the two blocks is not a problem, but the labeling of the blocks is a problem.  I would like the first block to state"Signer 1" or even better yet, "Seller."  And I would like the second block to state "Signer 2" or "Buyer."  But right now both state "Signer 1" when hovering over the blocks.  How can I change the block descriptions?

I am new to echosing on adobe. I have tried to save documents with multiple initial fields, text and signatures. Once saved I recover it to send to a different client but all fields are gone. Do I have to set all fields on every time I use the same document? Thank you!!

I recently changed the email address associated with my account, and now am unable to send for Signature on documents.  When I select "Ready to Send" I get the error "Could not Send  An error has occurred.  Please try again." Can someone help me get this resolved?

Hi there,I sent out the wrong document via EchoSign for signature.  From the Manage page, I cancelled the document and also deleted it.  However, I notice that the recipient can still access the document using the link from the EchoSign email that was created when I originally sent the document out for signature.Is there a way I can stop this link from working, and completely prevent the recipient from seeing this document?  This document contains information which we do not want the recipient having any access to.Thanks,J

I have code that I have entered into my document to place signature on the form.  Is there a code or a setting that I can put in to automatically enter in the email address of the person who I am sending the form to?  Also, I would like to use my own default message to signers.  Is there a place I can enter that into so I don't have to copy and paste the message every time?  I always need to sign first and so a default settings section with my choices and message to the signer would be great.
