I am having difficulty signing a Business Associate Agreement with Google using their Adobe e-sign form. I don't have an e-sign account, do I need one? It seems to give me the opportunity to type or draw my signature in the box but then won't allow me to press "Accept". How can I complete the signature form using Adobe's process.
Documents I have sent out for signature are being signed and I receive an email notifying me of such, but some of them are not coming off my list of "out for signature". Does anyone know why. This has just started happening recently.
We are having problem using the Echosigh and IE10. We keep getting the below message when trying to access echosigh. Looking at the system requirements IE10 is still supported. I already have a drawn (real) signature from "PC One" (Windows 8.1 & Acrobat Reader DC), and have created an Acrobat Cloud account, hoping that all other PC's that I open the Cloud into, will "save" that signature. It doesn't.My specific example, is "PC Two", where I'm using Windows 7 & Acrobat Reader XI. Here, when I open Acrobat XI (and login), the "Sign" option is at the Top along with "Tools, Comment, and Extended".When I click Sign, it only gives me options to create a BRAND NEW signature. There are no options to Save anything, because it doesn't have a signature to save.To recap: I already have a signature that I want to keep using; how do I get the Cloud to "pick it up"?Ideas?

The signer of our documents doesn't need to receive a copy of the document they have just signed. How do I stop this happening, so the document is just returned back to myself (the sending email address). Thanks
I tried sending a document for esigning and, although I click and drag the signature block to it's required location, it was still placed at the end of the document where there is not a signature strip, which renders the signature useless. Please help. This has already cost me 2 documents.
I have a free account which I need to cancel in order that my company administrator can provide me with a license for the full version - the trial and full version would both be linked to my email address. How can I get this done?

When I send a document to be signed, the confirmation email comes up in my Trash rather than my Inbox. Same thing when the document is signed and sent back to me, the email goes directly to my Trash and not Inbox. Why, and how do I fix this?
Hello,I'm working on an internal work project that I'd like to incorporate eSign into. This is a corporate .NET based solution, and looking through the documentation there are several mentions of a workflow designer, which I'd like to use to reduce the amount of custom programming required. Where is it?
Is there currently support for using EchoSign with CRM 2016? If not is there any timeline as to when EchoSign will be supported for CRM 2016?Thanks,Mitch
I am trying to send for two signatures (husband and wife to sign a tax 8879 form) to the same email account. I am ending up with several problems.First, whenever I create the fields for the signatures and date, it drops the second signature and date fields and nothing shows up for the signers on the other end. Second, It automatically fills in the date as the date I send it (I need them to date it when they sign it). Next, I have a co-worker that has the properties for the fields show up as she clicks to place it on the form. I, on the other hand, have to right click to select rename. I would like to know if there is any way to have the properties box show up on my computer as well. Also, is there any way to assign a name permanently to a signature (for example, signature 1 always comes up with Taxpayer and signature 2 always comes up with Spouse). Lastly, is there any way to change the letter that goes out with the form. Right now it reads "Please review and sign the form". I need to
Why doesn't the signature from one computer show up in my other computers when I login to the Acrobat Cloud?

HELP!!!With the change in EchoSign, I cannot find any tutorials online to answer my questions. I have a document that I need to sign, then send out for signature. I have created one document as a .form that has completely blank fields. However, I was able to create a pdf that has my signature, but I'm not sure how to add a signature field and send it out.A tutorial using either the .form or the pdf would be fine!
I have a free Esign account. I sent 3 of my 5 free monthly documents. When I try to send the fourth it redirects me to subscriptions options and does not allow me to send the document for signature. There does not appear to be a number to call or additional help to fix the bug. Suggestions?
