Adobe Acrobat Sign

One of my team members sent a document and realized after sending it that he sent the wrong document. Away from his computer, he contacted me to "cancel" it and send the correct document for signature. When I login and go to the "manage" tab to cancel the document, it doesn't appear to be giving me a "cancel" option. It is only giving me a "delete" option. So now I'm wondering if only the originator can "cancel" and what would happen if I selected "delete?"    thanks.

We use to get our signed documents back with a signature bottom left of every page however effective Mon 18 Jan 2016 only last page is signed. How can I revert back to it signing every page?

They are having issues getting contracts signed with poor cell service with the iPad app. It says that you can get contracts signed offline and then it will upload them when you have a strong signal. I have sales staff that profile contracts and then have one or two customers sign the agreement. When I sign onto the app without wifi service or cell service it won't let me pull up anything. So I swear there used to be a setting in echosign that would allow all your documents to be signed by clicking once, rather than having to click every field, however I can't seem to find this setting, can anyone help?

When I create a document and customize the fields with conditions, how do I save it (with the custom fields) so that I can later send it again to other recipients without having to re-create the custom fields again and start from scratch?

Anyone a Google Apps Admin and experiencing an issue being able to sign the BAA form to complete HIPAA Compliance in Google for Work?  I follow all steps, in order, but cannot sign the form with either method option.  I took the following pics with my phone, screen capturing wouldn't catch the "no" circle in the Type text box, and the second image doesn't show well that the Apply button is still grayed out after drawing a signature.  I have already reached out to Google but they had no other reports of this issue and couldn't provide any further assistance, even after replicating the issue.  Lastly, this is not a computer/browser/firewall/network related issue at all, I've tried on multiple devices in multiple locations, exact same issue each time.  This is extremely important for my client to get resolved ASAP. I am having someone at my company sign a document.  The doc was sent by another company.  I want to input the email address, name, etc. of the person signing.  How can I do that?

I created a Form Field Layer:Added a lot of signature fields on this the form field layer on page 3: But when I go to Send to send a new document, and try to select the Form Field layer that I created, none of these Form Fields show up on the new document. Am I misunderstanding this feature? Thanks

A number of our emails from adobe esign seem to be marked as bounced in our documents history. They are not going into junk or spam. The emails are not being received at all.This all seemed to be on the 07/01/2016. It was Microsoft office 365 and hotmail bouncing the emails. The funny thing is the email account linked to our adobe account was bouncing them too.Is there an issue here with Microsoft and adobe document cloud?

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro, creating a form from my pre- existing document. I would like to add further conditions to some fields such as "read only", do I use the guidelines from Ecosign text tags. if yes, how should i edit the field names? If no, what could i do? Hello???  Is anyone available to fix this problem.  We are losing docs and they aren't coming back.   Patients go through 20 pages to fill out questionnaire and then it goes blank.  I have very frustrated customers.  Please help us.  Thank you.

Is there anyway to remove the automatic signature line that gets inserted at the bottom of the doc for each co-signer?  I have inserted my own sig line and having two looks sloppy and redundant.  Please let me know if there is a way to do this in the settings?
