Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have a question on generating the agreement. In production for few opportunities we get these below recipients automatically pulled from the opportunity but for few opportunities and also in the sandbox for all agreements to be sent we have to manually input the receipts. Please let us know if there is anything we need to do to have the same setup as production.  

I need several signatures.  I need to change / edit the signors for the document.  Is there a way to make edits to signors without canceling and starting the process over?

Hello,  Since the new version of Adobe Sign isn't functioning correctly, I would like to turn back on the legacy version permanently, instead having to do switch my experience to the legacy version every single time I'm preparing a document. Please advise on how to do this.  Thanks.

Do I need a paid plan from Adobe Sign to see my former signed contracts? I've signed some of them, but none appears at my dashboard.  

Is there any way to set the default for  Recipients section to "Complete in Any Order" versus the automatic default of "Complete in Order"? I rarely use the complete in order option and often forget to switch it until after we hit "Send", which means we have to start all over again and people are annoyed with all the emails canceling and resending a new one. 

I have a user who sends secured PDFs all the time, and about a month ago started to get "to send sign-in to Adobe" errors.They are signed in and still receive the error. We've done an uninstall and clean install, no change.  Has anyone else found this to be a problem?  

My account has been deactivated and I cannot sign documents. How can I find out my  Adobe Sign account admin to request this is reactivated?Thanks

When I'm loading multiple PDFs to be signed by the same signer and applying a template to each unique document, the text fields duplicate on each page. For example, Document 1 and Document 2 are both one page and I apply the same template (that contains a text field) to each document. When the signer starts typing in the text field on Document 1, it duplicates on Document 2. How can this be avoided?

When a document is fully signed, all signers are automatically emailed a copy of the fully signed document.  How do I also configure to automatically email the fully signed document to a designated third party who is not otherwise a part of the signing event? I don't need this person to play a role in the signing (not a delgator, not an approve, not an acceptor, etc.) I just want them to receve the completed document along with the signers.

Not getting a lot from Adobe support and hoping to get some help here. I am using Salesforce to pull Adobe Acrobat Sign/Echosign library templates which include form fields for signatures and participant roles for multi-step signings which are triggered from Salesforce classes.  In the last week, any fields added in the reusable library document shift up and duplicate in the form once it is sent for signature. No amount of compressing, printing to PDF, generating a PDF from scratch and clearing the PDFs prior to the template build help. Adobe support removed predictive form field automation on our account to stop the auto-entry of extra fields with no results. The form fields are not on the library templates, and appear to be clones, but are not always recognized by Adobe Acrobat Sign as filled out. Signers are then unable to complete the signing. See the screenshot on the odd behavior.

I've created a web form for customers to complete which would start the process of an agreement.  How do I add pages to the PDF of this completed WebForm afterward?  There are NO signature fields on this form, yet Adobe will not let me add pages to it, saying it's protected due to being signed.  How else can I get around this?  I don't want to create a template instead, as that will require me to send it to each person who needs it beforehand.  I want this WebForm to be publicly accessible.

I have a form that I have two type of selections for that are layered so that we can require a selection, but also allow for multiple other selections. To do this, I have a radio button set that has the required aspect. I then have conditional checkboxes that should be under the radio buttons so they appear after the intial selection based on conditional logic.  The problem is, no matter how I stack the radio buttons and the checkboxes, the check boxes are ON TOP of the radio button - the exact opposite of what I want to happen. They aren't even supposed to appear until the initial radio button selection has occured according to the conditions I put on the box. Is there something I'm missing? The radio button was recently added. Previously it was check boxes, but they were getting skipped over and blank forms were being submitted. I really don't want to redo all the logic that's attached to the checkboxes if I can just get the radio buttons to be "On

Hello everyone ! I have to request an electronic sign from my co-worker but he doesn't have a professional mobile phone and he doesn't want to give his personal number.I can't make sign him because it's his first connexion and Adobe Sign needs a phone number (as you can see at the end of my message). Is it possible to make him sign the document without phone number please ? I thank you for your response.

Hello, one of my signers is being asked to login to their Adobe account when I send a document for their signature. What should they do? I've never run into this issue, as they typically click the link I send and they are allowed to immediately sign the document. 

We have configured the Adobe Sign for Sharepoint Online and in the site we are 3 users, one of them is Adobe Sign admin and the other 2 aren't. Only when the Adobe Sign admin sends a document for signtature, the process is completed ok. But when any of the other 2 users try to send a document for signature, we get an error saying: "Something went wrong, please try again later." What are we doing wrongly?Thanks!

Hi Community,  I'm sure this has been answered before, because there is no way this issue can still exist.   When I create a "batch of agreements" in Salesforce.  The "email recipients" are still blank and I have to select them which is absolutely unproductive. Again.  I can create an agreement from the "Batch Agreement" creator.The agreement created doesn't have a "recipient" email address in it.  (Not saving me anytime). My usecase includes the need to send these agreements out in bulk for signature and this should reduce the "reconcilation" time spent on this process.

Good afternoon- The 2-3 times I requested an E-Sig, it worked perfectly. Now, every time I try to upload the document, it gets frozen at 72%.  Has anyone else had this experience and achieved a successful resolution?  Thank you for your help 

Some of our clients prefer to sign the document manually and send back to us by email. Before this we can click upload the add the signed document. Now when I click the upload. Nothing happen. Please help.

We bought the Adobe Acrobat Standard for Teams and we have another simillar plan that was working perfectly even across tenants. The errors we are getting when we try to sign into the connector are as follows:Acrobat Sign user: Failure passed to redirect url. error_description=Your product edition does not allow you to use this application. All the salesforce Manufacturing cloud standard objects are not available when using get record action.In the object type i am not able to get standard objects from Manufacturing cloud such as SalesAgreement,AccountForecast.

Bisher hatte ich nie Probleme damit eine E-Signatur anzufordern. Nachdem ich aber letzten Monat ein Test-Abo hatte, geht plötzlich nichts mehr. Mir wird auch weiterhin angezeigt, dass ich bis zu zwei kostenlose Transaktionen durchführen kann. Aber ich bekomme sowohl in der App als auch im Browser jedes Mal eine Fehlermeldung.Der Kundendienst konnte (wollte) mir nicht weiterhelfen.  Angeblich können sie nur eine Fehlerdiagnose machen wenn ich ein Abo habe...Kann mir jemand hier weiterhelfen?

I'm working on validation for an EIN text field. The format is ##-#######.In the webform, I'm using this custom - regular expression ^\d{2}-?\d{7}$This acheives forcing ##-####### or #########, but I want to know if there's a way to make it that the dash will appear after the 2nd character if the user doesn't enter this in.Does anyone know how to do this?I know this is possible since I'm pretty sure other fields that are presets do this, like phone numbers.Thanks in advance!
