Up until the recent change in Aero mobile, I have been able to export models with texture and animation from Maya as .fbx and important them easily into the Aero mobile app. However, that's no longer possible. Any solutions on what model type can be easily exported from Maya and retain texture/color as well as animation in order to use for AR? I'm specifically looking for an easy export from Maya because I use this to teach a class of beginners! If we can avoid installing new plugins that would be ideal!
Hi, i was trying Aero desktop and mobile.I did a test scene (1.7 mb) but when i try to use iphone for scan the plane the camera is black.I have iphone XR and last OS.What could be the problem?

Aero worked for me in the past, but recently I am getting a "Failed to Load Experience" error for everything I build. Even when I build a new Aero project with assets that worked in the past, I'm still getting the error.I've confirmed that others besidedes me can't view the Aero projects either, so it's not my iPad which is the issue.Is there a fix for this? Should I try to uninstall and re-install Aero or ??
I'm having a consistant problem where some of the 3D models in my scene are pixelated. This only seems to be happening when the scene is viewed through a camera; when I preview the draft on my computer there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. I briefly though it could be some glitch with the modeling process, as I have a mix of personal and downloaded models, but at least one of the ones I created doesn't pixelate. All of the downloaded ones are fine. Possibly relevant, I have some actions assigned which work in the preview but not through the camera. This affects both the pixelated and non-pixelated objects.
I wondered if it was possible to connect the reak-time trajectory of a user to a simple 3d arrow to represent a user's heading. If this is not possible, I would love to receive some recommendations on achieving this task through another adobe application or any other software. Thank you.
I have a model from Blender.I baked a texture and applied it to the model.Looks great in Blender.When I bring the model in with Selected Objects, apply modifers, etc...The model comes in with the texture all wonky. First image Aero. 2nd image Aero. Thanks!
Is it possible to add the OnePlus 9 pro to the list of android phones for the aero player? The phone has a snapdragon 888...I've been dabbling a bit with the desktop version but it defeats the purpose if it is impossible to preview it on a device. Thanks.
Does anyone know if there is a scan limit for projects. Some programs that allow you to build AR experiences may only allow 100 scans per month, or a limit of 3 projects with 50 scans per project etc. I could not find this information anywhere, and before sharing a true project I want to ensure there is not a limitation.
Attn: AdobeTo Whom It May Concern: I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (US version with Snapdragon) and it seems that the AR (beta) version for Android does nothing but open up Behance visuals of other's AR projects. I can't seem to view a project that I have made following link/QR code. Seeing as the Android operating system exceeds that of the highest Android phone requirements stated, is there any way that the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (Snapdragon) can be added to usability with Adobe Aero (beta)? Do we have to scan an environment before using the AR or is it possible to have the objects predetermined in the space? I am new to Aero so any help is greatly appreciated. Many thanks!
I know Aero is in Beta form but I (along with many others) have repeatedly asked for more export options. Forcing end users to download Adobe Aero onto their devices is not a good decision. Most people I know can'r even install Aero on their phones because it is not compatible. Not everyone can afford the latest mobile phones. Not everyone uses Apple or Samsung neither. I've spent a lot of time creating an experience but it's a struggle to ask everyone to download Aero in order to view it. I am now in a position where I will have to consider buying a newer phone. I'm not due an upgrade until next year so I don't know how I'm going to pay for this.
I'm hoping 3D assets will scale to match the size of an image anchor.Is this doable, so as to control the size of the assets regardless of location? Or is there a way to influence assets being true to intended scale compared to surrounding objects? For example, placing an object into your environment and it occupies the right amount of space to represent a real version of it?

It would be great to scan a QR code vertically like on a wall, but the Areo App on my phone is always looking for horizontal surfaces. I tried to create something like an animated painting for a wall but I could only see it lying on a table by scanning the QR.

Every time I try, there is an error on google play. I have a Samsung galaxy 52a. I was thinking maybe I don't have access to this app because I am located in South Africa?
After mobile update I'm no longer able to import .fbx on mobile (iphone). Is this a bug? Is this a new "feature"? Really cramping my workflow here.

My problem is that The assets I add to the project keep floating around. Probably because I cannot anchor more than one surface per project?or is there any other way to make the assets stay in the position I placed them?urgent help needed thank you!Maria
I was trying to collaborate my Aero project with my colleagues by exporting into .real file but "failed to load experience" warning came up when importing it back to Aero. I don't know if it's a file size or what. The size is about 18.2MB. Same thing occured to my colleague who's working on a similar project. When I tried with a test file, it worked fine so I don't think it's an app issue. PLEASE HELP😖 Need to finish on this project by this weekend!

hi - not much happening here in the Community Forum yet, but here goes: I'm looking for Aero guidance on how to prepare a character and animation, so it reflects what is in the Starter Assets. In the Assets, there's a variety of characters and available short animation gestures that are mix-and-match, which can be accessed as a collection. I looking for information on how to prepare and package this approach. (I'm using Blender)thanks
