Hello, could you help please?I'm not able to upload a .zip file created in Adobe Captivate 2019 and published to computer as HTML/SWF.It says "File type could not be added. Please read about static and interactive file types before uploading."I did read it, but didn't find anything that would help.To avoid any troubles in the project, I created a new empty project and just published.Still doesn't work.Don't you have any idea or recommendation?Thanks,Martina

Bonjour, Je souhaite obtenir une présentation et une offre commerciale de la solution Adobe Captivate Prime et/ou Adobe Learning Manager. (il me semble que c'est la même solution, mais 2 noms différents) J'ai tenté en vain de prendre contact via le formulaire et le chat, mais le formulaire retourne une erreur 404 et Monsieur Denis Sebastian du chat m'a tout simplement volontairement éjecté (pas très commercial). Vos concurrents m'ont tous sans exception présentés leur(s) solution(s) dans les 24h suivant mon 1er contact (moins d'1h pour les plus rapides). Sans présentation commerciale, ni devis, c'est difficile d'acheter votre solution.Dans ce cas, la solution retenue sera une offre concurrente. Merci d'avance. 

Não estou conseguindo desativar as publicidades do Adobe. ele abre abas do nada quando estou fazendo provas online, e é totalmente proibido abrir novas abas durante a prova, quando isso acontece a prova é cancelada e eu preciso pagar$$$ para refazer. Só tenho prejuiso.Me ajude😞

The vendor for the 3D plant induction training (walk around in the plant) created this marerial for us.  I would like to upload this VR package (course) on Adobe Prime and have the learner access the course via tablets to experience the 3D.  Do I upload it the same as any other e-learning package e.g. Storyline, or do I need to set additional settings?  The vendor provided us with 4 diffrent published versions (cmi5,html5,scorm 1_2 and scorm2004) to test and see what will work.  Currently the scorm 1_2 version does NOT open and play.  

How to add a User on Adobe Captivate 2019

Hi, I have just gone through the self-paced "Hiring at Adobe - Hiring Manager Certification" course, which ERC said was required for me to begin a hiring process. There is a question in the final test which I was told was incorrect in the final exam, but I answered it properly AND validated in the course materials that I answered properly. Unfortunately, the course creator is no longer with the company and there's no clear "email this person for issues with the course" anywhere on the site. This is the #1 frustrating thing for me with captivate prime. Courses are orphaned/abandoned, incorrect, or show errors and there's no simple way for me to provide feedback or get help. I know we can do better.

Where can I find virtual learning session with an instructor for Creative Cloud software?

Hi. I have the following scenario. Multiple External Profiles for independent companies that enter a catalog of courses for each one. Each company has more than one Manager, but I can't find how to assign this role to more than one user in the external profile. Apparently, I can only assign the Manager role to a single user from the external profile.Mainly I need the Manager profile for several users from the same external company so that they can consult the reports on the progress status of their work group's training.Is it possible to assign access to reports to more than one user of an External Profile?I would appreciate any ideas you can give me to solve this scenario.Thank you very much.

Hello All, I am publishing various courses on Captivate Prime from the Captivate Authoring tool. Is there a way I can retrieve reporting on Captivate prime on what answers are chosen by users? When I currently generate reports, I am only given if it is a pass or fail. Help! 

L2 Quiz Score shows no data on the By Question tab.

A user's name got misspelled on a bulk import and I can not see a way to change the spelling of their name. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Hi I just wanted to ask how it was possible to add a course onto the captivate prime app?

I created an Adobe Captivate short answer quiz file and when I tried to upload it to the content library I get the error message "Processing Failed" internal error. 

We are new to Prime and are setting up certifications. We're told it's not possible to assign a classroom course to a certification (we can only assign self-paced modules).We have employees that have to take classroom courses to keep their professional registrations up to date e,g gas safety certificates, and electrical registrations to name but a fewDoes anyone know how we can use the certification feature to manage these? Has anyone found a workaround?

Hi Friends,I have a scenario to assign manager essential courses to all people managers (new hire or new to role) automatically as a mandatory training. Learner get system notifications for assignments, reminders to complete it in the given time window with the flexibility to self-register to classroom offerings or virtual sessions based on their availability.Current system functionality does not allow to assign course unless select the available session.This is stopping us from the system assignments and as a workaround we do have to ask,rely on users to self assign the session based on their availability. This is a very time consuming exercise and hoping any of you have recommendations or suggestions to share.-Supriya

I used  " Helvetica Text Now " family in my excel worksheet. while making a pdf using Adode printer, I surprised to note  a font change .However the same is working fine with " HelveticaCE" family  and HelveticaNeue" family. Could I seek any help?

To add subscriptions in an account, add the number of users for who you'd like to purchase subscriptions. Then on the upper-right corner, click Place Order. Review the estimate and click Proceed. Enter your account details and also your credit card details. Then to purchase the subscriptions, click Complete Order. To remove an active subscription, contact the Captivate Prime support team.

Has anyone else successfully configured Adobe Learning Manager to PowerBI? I have been struggling since February. There is bad code being pushed from the LMS to PowerBI (a data field input), and engineers are still trying to figure it out. And re-configuring the connector does not work.

Hello All, I have built many many SCORM files with Captivate 2019 with a "Retake Chapter" button added to the Quiz Results slide. The Advanced Action attached to this button Assigns all User Variables to zero, Changes States of all necessary Smartshapes back to Normal, Hides Smartshapes that were previously Shown, Executes JavaScript "cp.resetQuizData()" in the Current Window, and Jumps to Slide 1 (pic attached). Effectively, this is a "master reset button" for the SCORM file when the student has failed the Quiz too many times, forcing them to start back from the beginning. This Advanced Action works flawlessly when previewing it from Captivate 2019. I re-engineered 2 dozen Captivate project files for our first course to be put in our AC Prime LMS, and the only portions of the Advanced Action that took was Hiding the Smartshapes that were previously Shown and Jumping to Slide 1. I can't be sure if the Variables were Assigned with 0 or not (it's possible, but not for cert

Hello, Im pretty new to ACP. I have added a bunch of Job Aids, and they all have the generic automatical tile images when you see their tiles on the page. Is there any way to add our own images to Job Aids tiles?

We have tried everything. We have a number of admin accounts associated with Captivate Prime, but when we call, they say they either can't see the product (they can see our Adobe Cloud products), or that none of the emails provided have a Captivate Prime account associated with them. The online literature shows cancellation features in the Admin billing portal that don't exist on the actual platform. And online chat leads to a number of transfers that ultimately leads to an indefinite "connecting to next agent" cycle.
