Adobe Learning Manager

I'm wanting to populate the learning calendar found in the learns dashboard so that each learner can see what is planned for them for the year.  Where is this populated from? thx 

Captivate primeのコースに関して。リマインダー等のメールを電子メールテンプレートで設定できますが、テンプレートが変更されてしまい、元に戻すボタンを押すと「テンプレートを戻しています」という表示と考え中のマークがずっと続いたままになり、テンプレートをもとに戻すことができずにいます。対処法などご経験のある方いましたら教えていただけると助かります。

I am new to Adobe. So far everything is pretty intuitive, but one thing stumps me, so I perhaps just do not know how to do it. I am publishing some legacy courses whose past authors will not be listed. As I build a course, I am automatically listed as author. I cannot find a way to delete the author name unless I Publish first, then go back to Settings, Edit, and then delete the author and Republish. Is this really how it needs to be done? Seems really counterintuitive, so any advice is most welcome. Thanks.

Hi all! We are new to Captivate and actually new to using LMS systems! We're in the set up stage and we need to do some testing. Does anyone have some typical tesing scenarios for learners, managers, authors and admins? I'v started a list but I am sure I'm missing a lot. I googled it and I really didn't find too much. Anything you can provide would be greatly appreciated!!  Barb  

Hi ACP offers an option on the mobile app "Do you want to save the content for offline viewing?" I have a catalog comprising of 60 courses. How can I download all the courses within a catalog without having to download each course one by one? I have 150 learners who operate in the offline mode and I need to find a sensible way for each learner to download the catalog without having to go through one by one. 

When I earn a new badge, my old badge disappears. I am only seeing the newest badge earned.  Is there a way to show all that is earned?

Is anyone else having issues with the quiz part of this module.  There is one question that asks to mark all that apply and none of the answers are correct.  Any feedback would be appreciated. Tamiee LamsonShift Supervisor at Store 0114.

does a learner have to be enrolled in the course and a path for attendance to be captured from Connect by Adobe captivate prime?

Hi, Sorry if this is a dumb question... the halpbot wasnt very helpful.  we are looking at purchasing the Captivate Prime product and were wondering if we needed Registered User Pricing or Monthly Active User Pricing. We expect to have a fair share of long-term users and very little churn... but they will only need to re-certify every second or third year and we don't really want to pay $4 a month for someone on an ongoing basis. If someone creates an account under Monthly Active User Pricing, then completes their Certification, can they log in at any time in the future for the purpose of retrieving their historical certification? Thanks! David

Can we create a user with the same email to reactivate?  Or do we have to do so manually using CSV or the UI?

Is the transcript in excel the correct one to send in?  I can make no sense of it.

I have been playing with the activity module that allows a file submission. This also has an option to enable scoring. In my testing, I had a student use this to submit a document and I was able to find that submission. I was later able to find out how to do the scoring and make a comment. The question is - how does the student see the score and comments that were made by the instructor? We were not able to find them.  

Hi.  We implemented Prime a few months ago and are new to the world of LMSs.  We plan to allow customer access but am looking for the best way to do this and, long term, easiest way this would be managed. We have roughly 1,500 customer accounts (not individual users from those accounts) that would need access.  From these accounts, there are ~18,000 individual users that use our software. Using the External Users feature, we would have to manage 1,500 individual external user accounts and the managers assigned to those accounts.   Using a Peer Account, we would share seats from our main Prime instance with the peer instance.  I am assuming that, in a Peer account, users (those 18,000 users referenced above) could be managed as "internal" and be managed/loaded via CSV. Either way it sounds like there would be alot of management required.   Currently, I am a team of me, myself, and I with the LMS management (all aspects) as a sm

Hello - we have the Microsoft Teams integration enabled on our account, and when we launch a MS Teams meeting for a VILT session, the Breakout Room option that typically shows on the top menu bar of the MS Teams meeting is not there for the Adobe VILT. Is this a limitation of the MS Teams connector? Or is there a step we are missing to make Breakout Rooms available?

When uploading an image/video to be used as a masthead banner in Immersive view, the recommended dimensions are 1024x576 pixels. This looks good for the large banner, but what are the recommended dimensions for the medium and small settings? When I change to those settings the image I've uploaded is significantly cropped. 

Looking for an explanation of these settings at the instance level for a Learning Path. 

We want to report to management how much time learners spent in the LMS for the week. The Time Spent report would be logical to display this information, but anecdotal evidence seems to point to reporting too low. We were advised to use the Transcript report, but that has inconsistencies too. The time spent is not calculated by the week (or time range of the report), but is cumulative for that person from the start date of the course for that person. It also has a row for the learning path, a row for the learning type, and a row for the module/course. So the column of time spent shows the same time 3 times. What advice do you have for me? How do you report the usage of the LMS to management? Where do you get the information from?

Is it possible to add/publish elearning videos developed in Camtasia to Captivate Prime?

Hi, I am having an issue where even though I've completed a module and passed the quiz with 95%,  when I exit the finished module it still says 'in progress'. I am not able to advance to the next module. I have tried the program on my laptop, another laptop, my phone and in an incognito window, it makes no difference. Have others had this problem? The training is on a deadline so I would like to resolve this issue asap.  Thanks!

Hello all,  I am new to Captivate Prime but have used many other LMSs.  The five other LMS's that I have used in the past enable the author to release content based on a certain date.  I am having a hard time finding this same functionality within Adobe Captivate Prime.  For example, I have a course with 6 content modules (made up of SCORM packages).  Each module represents one week of content.  How do I set up the course so that the first module is available to the learners in week 1 (say Feb. 1st) but prevents the learners from starting on Module 02.  Then when week 2 begins (Feb. 8th) the learners have access to Modules 1 and 2 but not 3-6?  I don't see a start date and end date for a content module, but some of the other modules like a virtual and classroom module have date fields. It seems a little odd Captivate Prime cannot release content based on a date field.  There must be a workaround I would hope. Any help would be very

I've used Adobe Captivate to create a course that has quizzes at the end. I'm publishing the course in Captivate Prime, however the multiple choice quizzes are not working. The radio buttons in the quiz are not able to be selected. When I preview in Captivate authoring tool, it's working as expected however inside Prime, it is not. Any idea of how I can get these to work?

I'm new on the platform, I've done the mandatory courses and no problem. Every LindedIn based class I try to attend will simply not connect (it stays on an empty image (included). I thought it could be the Lumos platform but when I logged into an Adobe class, it all went smoothly.
