Adobe Learning Manager

Hi, I'd like to add certification to a manager nominated course but it is not showing up in the catalog to allow me to do so. Please can you advise if I need to do something differently to the certification?

Hi Team The activity module/file submissions have been made by many of our learners but in the instuctor's dashboard it only shows a few. What could be the issue? We have received screenshots from learner however, can not see those submissions in the instructor dashboard but can see a few.

Currently we are doing some testing in Prime and we wanted to know if there is a way for our Admins or Authors to only be able to assign/enroll users to the catalogs tied to their roles. Example: Customer care admin can only view that (customer care) catalog and only enroll users in content that is in that catalog. So if they see another catalog like "Notifications team" they cannot view that catalog  and they cannot find content in there and enroll users into it.

Can you create videos in Captivate Prime, or do you have to use an external source and import to CP.  

Hello all.This question is for fellow Prime admins and/or the Prime development/support team.I would like to know can my learners print a paper certificate upon completing a course in Adobe Captivate Prime?If this is possible, how do I build this functionality as the admin?Thanks,Thomas H.Master Electronics

I'm trying to integrate the Adobe Captivate Prime API to create a new learner and enroll them in a course programatically from a web app. The user can register on our site, then it calls the API to create them as an Adobe Captivate user and enrolls them in a specific course. I'm able to create the user, but I can only seem to enroll them in a course when teh user is authorized. Is there ANY way authorized as an admin that you can enroll a learner in a specific course? The API documentation is very minimal and unclear about what is possible.

Hi,I have built an elearning in Captivate 2019 however when I upload it into the Captivate Prime LMS, it removes my skin completely and adds a play option on the bottom of the screen. And this play button seems to be the only way for the user to go forward even though I have my skin built with back and next buttons within the course.Could someone please let me know what settings I may have to turn off in the Prime or turn on in Captivate 2019 for the skin to appear? I would like to set up a subscription to a Learner Transcript report so I can get a daily output of any new enrollments and course completions across a certain portion (or all) of the user base.How to do this?  It seems I can only subscribe to 'dashboard' reports, and I cannot work out how to make a Learner Transcript report part of a dashboard, even a custom one.All suggestions welcome.Thank you

Hi all - I have a course in Prime that I want to not allow a learner from revisiting/retaking once they complete the training. Is this possible? Right now I have a course that needs a minimum of 10/35 points to be marked complete. There are two pathways a learner can take within the training, and one "finish" button gives the learner 10 points, the other gives 25. This way I can pull a Quiz report to see what pathway the learner took. However, I'm noticing in my testing that if I go back and revisit the training, I can change my pathway and the Quiz report will have changed. Any way to force it to only remember their initial score? Or to lock down revisits? Thanks!

Looking to see if it is possible to have descriptions shown on Self-Paced Modules. By default, it looks like Prime hides the descriptions of self-paced modules to the Learner. We have created a blended course with self-paced videos and activity modules. The description shows for the activity module in the Learner view, but will not show the description for the self-paced videos. This is very jarring to the end user and have request to reveal the descriptions on the self-paced to have them look more uniform in appearance. Any thoughts on how to enable this? See below. We want the descriptions to show on the modules marked. 

HI, I created the course (in Captivate) with video content and removed the progress bar from the course. Once I load the zip file into Prime, the progress bar appears and you can advance the recording.  I need to remove the progress bar from Prime. staff must view the entire course.  I am new to captivate and prine (LMS).  Any ideas and asistane will help? Also if someone views the course in internet explorer vs Chrome, Will that change if the progress bars appears or not?

When working with the email templates in Captivate Prime, is there an option to cc other email addresses?  We see the option to copy managers of direct reports, but what if an admin wants to be copied on all registration emails?

I uploaded a SCORM course which includes a test with multiple choice and written answers to a series of questions.  I can see that a user completed the course, but how do I generate a report where I can see the person's anser (a,b,c or d) to each multiple choice question, and also view the written answers they submitted? 

Using a Learning Plan, I'm looking to assign a Learning Program to a sub-set of users in a specific group. Is it possible to apply two layers or filters to the auto assignments (I see the option to add multiple groups, but it's not clear how this is applied)?  All new users are assigned manually to a custom group, and I'd like to use their Profile/job title to assign them to this learning plan.  Is that possible?  Or can you only assign to the full group?

We have points turned out for a number of completion methods, yet recently our leaderboard seems to no longer be adding up points for users - we have tested with a couple users completing content that should assign points to them and it is not?

I've been experimenting with Prime to better understand what data is collected from our online quizzes. I've demonstrated to myself that Prime will only report the most recent quiz data for any one user.Is there any way to report data from a quiz, for EVERY attempt made by a single user (not just the most recent)?Is there a way to include the date of the quiz data? So we can see exactly when each attempt was made.

Hi,I have published many courses with the same content.  Randomly I will get a blank screen.  Normally I just go do something else and the problem fixes itself but this is becoming a problem if I am in a time crunch.  I go to publish > publish to adobe captivate prime > Select my account in the pop up > hit publish > the program shows the publish progress bar > creating the ZIP bar > then.....I cant name the file, all I get is a blank screen.  I have been trying over the past two hours with course I have published before (only minor edits on this round) and even tried courses I didnt change at all.  Its been two hours of trying every 10 minutes or so and nothing so far.  I tried tweaking settings and can publish locally as HTML5.  But cant get captivate to push to prime. Blank Screen:Any help would be appreciated!  This is getting very frustrating

I have created a training module in Adobe Captivate. When I pull it into Captivate Prime the only the play button appears, so I am able to play and pause but if I want to advance forward or backward slide by slide I have to use the blue bar. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how did you resolve it? I am uncertain if it is an issue with the presentation I created in Captivate or if it is an issue I have in Prime. I have included a screenshot for reference.

Hello, We are trying to implement the file submission for External Certifications via Filesubmission  API .According to the documentation : "**The steps for uploading file to S3 is same for any type of content upload for any workflow.External Certificates -API client has to follow same steps for external certificate for uploading the certificate in S3." However, when we try to upload the file with the request below, we get a response : {status: "BAD_REQUEST", title: "Bad request. Hi, I am having an issue with the drill-down option in the Learning Summary reports. When I click on the graphics or on the details links, nothing happens. I tried this both in MS Edge and Google Chrome with the same result.I also tried opening the link in a new tab/window. I just get a black screen and no data appears. Has anybody encountered this issue and can you suggest how to fix it? ThanksMarzia

Hi all, We're in the prelaunch phase of our Prime project. We're having a hard time wrapping our head around Reports. Specifically, what triggers and sources of data.We're finding that some reports aren't entirely accurate or are missing data that we expect to see, (ie course completion, compliance etc.)  We're trying to form a narrative to train our managers on the Mgr Dashboard and, like I said, we're having  hard time explaining what exactly the reports are telling the viewer/mgr and where the data is coming from. Are there bugs or? I've looked at the guides an have tried to find other resources to no avail. Does anyone have insight on this? Thanks

Hello everyone. is there a way to customize the leaderboard page? I would like to remove the explanations on the right side and instead implement an progress bar to show the learner how far he is in his task. Also I would love to edit the appearance of the hover message at the points (see attachment).   Thank you in advanceAndrey
