I am exporting a video module for my online program that's all screen recorded and consist over several sections that is approximately 19 hours long, and the rendering process has thus far taken me 3 days (days and nights). The thing is that I can't see how far the rendering process has gone percentage-wise. The encoding seems to be done though, just see photos attached. The only thing I know is that my computer seems to be working hard, because it's humming. Is this normal or should I just call it a day? You can see the settings for the video on one of the photos attached. You can see the settings for Macbook on one of the photos attached.I am using Adobe Media Encoder 2022, Version 22.1.1. Thanks for your help, Adobe community! 🙂
I'm getting an error message when trying to send a composition to Media Encoder from After Effects 22.1.1, and when I send a sequence from Premiere Pro. I rolled back to 22.0. But this is shabby work folks! Please let me know what I can expect going forward.
Hello, I keep experiencing this issue.I assigned some projects that I finished yesterday to my desktop computer and left.I checked it this morning, it has been rendering in AME for 16 hours but still 10 hours remaining. and the progression bar didn't even reach 1/3.The projects that I did yesterday were not even complex or long. .. Also, before I started render it yesterday, I rebooted my computer, closed and cleared all other tasks and softwares (even including google chrome), to make sure it does not crash due to high volume of memory or CPU rush. It did not crash, but it does take enormous time to render, which is not normal. And the estimated time keeps increasing. I just told said it is 10 hours remaining but now it says 20 hours. While I was writing this message, it has increased and 10 more hours were added. Oh, wait now it says 77 hours.Jesus christ. Additionally, while it is rendering, an error report message keeps poping up (The message th
Hello, I'm working on a new iMac (M1) and I cannot open AME. I keep receiving the same error message (see below image). I've tried some of the things I've read on other AME posts/discussions:– I have all read/write permissions for my user– I've uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times + restarted computer 2x– I've tried creating a 'Presets' folder in '22.0' folder
Cant open latest Media EncoderGets so far opening and then announces'Encountered serious problem and cannot continue?Have tried deleting and reinstalling application.
I want to export my Premiere Pro sequence via Adobe Media Encoder in 20Mbps, constant bitrate (CBR). In the 'Bitrate Settings' tab, I chose the hardware encoding method. When the video is rendered, and I check the file's properties, the bitrate shown is much lower and so is the file size. However, when I use the Software Encoding, the bitrate perfectly matches to what was written in Adobe Premiere Pro. What could be the problem? My CPU is Intel Core i7 9700 KFMy GPU is Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650
I am running AME on MacOS 12.2.1. I have a 95minute Apple ProRes 4444 quicktime file that I need to expoert but when I drag-drop or navigate to the file within AME, it only shows a black square and plays the audio. Then when I export, it does the same -- exports a black frame with audio. AME does not fo this with ProRes 422 or H264 files, only Apple ProRes 4444. I have downloaded the latest Apple codecs twice, restarted, updated my OS, etc etc. Nothing works. Please help!
i cant connecting preset export to after effect, i use OS Monterey in macbook pro M1 PRO, i first time subcribe adobe and this is what i got?!
I created an audio file in Premiere that begins full volume, then I lower the volume, then fade it out at the end. I imported the exported audio file into After Effects and put it in a composition. When I preview the audio inside of AE, it sounds like it should with the lower volume and fade out.But when I export this composition inside of Media Encoder, the audio is now at full volume for the duration and just cuts off at the end.Not sure why this is happening.
Hey everyone,I'm not sure exactly what changed recently, but I've been having issues exporting an After Effects Composition through Media Encoder. I've used it for 20 projects with no issue until recently and I can't figure out what's happening. The timecode is different every single time and always results in an Error Code: 1609629695. I've tried switching the render to software only and have uninstalled the graphics driver with DDU and reinstalled them, but nothing has worked. It seems to work if I restart the computer and immediately start the render shortly after. So it may be a cache thing. Case AI have 5 videos on my iPhone - I wanna turn off the sound from videos and put watermark (text with low opacity) to all of them quick. Case B I have 4 videos on Laptop with windows 10, I wanna turn off the sound from videos and put watermark (text with low opacity) to all of them quick and have this videos on the phone quickly too. What I was doing now: Case A:I opened premiere rush on mobile and added video to cc and then opened it in premiere on laptop - quick edit and save it - but from the beginning on computer video was much brighter so...I just send it to google photos and download on laptop and then edit only with media encoder - turn off audio and put text watermark. What is not really working when I change opacity for text watermark - the background of the text changing color from neutral to black and I wanted to only apply less opacity to font - dont want any background on the font. I just leave it like this and this is much faster bu
I can't open AME after updated to the v22.2. I tried three different way as below, but still can't open AME V22.2. 1. Click icon in windows program list.2. Click "Open" in Adobe CC program.3. Export from AE V22.2 I can saw it in task manager progress after I open AME, but no AME program show up. I have tired to re-install AME, but doesn't help. Have anybody can't open AME V22.2 just like my situation?
I have a swf file. I want it to be MP4. That's it. I've tried opening it in Animate, and Animate does not recognize swf as an openable file type. I'm having a similar issue in Media Encoder. Here's a screenshot.
What is going on here? Latest update didn't fix it. I also tried downgrading to 3 different versions of ME and had the same problem. I also had this problem when I downgraded to an older version of After Effects. Here are my specs. (Radeon RX Vega 58 is in an external GPU connecting to my macbook) Additional info, I'm not using any third party effects or plugins, all of the embedded media is either generic (png, wav) or Adobe (.AI, .PSD). Some of the compositions will export, others will not. It seems to depend on the complexity or the number of pre-composed elements, I'm not sure as the error log is sparce. I feel like I'm stuck in a time loop. This issue was one I remember struggling with many years ago. Is Media Encoder fundamentally flawed to the point where this happens with every single update?
Hi,as stated above: Media Encoder doesn't care about the memory limit i set. When reaching 100% memory load the ME crashes.I tried several settings of the limit (between 26 and 10 GB), reinstalled the newest nvidia graphics driver and tested using a brandnew admin Windows-Account (that's what Adobe Support said i should try). All with the same result: exceeding and crashing. I've got 32 GB of RAM, Win 10, AME v22.2 (but was the same with an older version. Any hint what i could try? Thanks!Gene
Hello, I've seen some discussion of people having a similiar if not the same issue but haven't come across any troubleshooting that remedies the problem. I'm rendering through encoder on my brand new Macbook Pro, M1Pro, 16gb and at the 8 minutes left mark on encoder it stops rendering and gives me the "Your system has run out of Application Memory" alert with no option but to close and stop rendering. I'm attempting to download older versions of Premiere Pro and Encoder to see if that will help fix? However, I keep finding it might be something to do with Monterey and memory leaking. Has anyone found any work around? Thanks!
Cuando intento exportar a la cola de adobe media encoder, se abre pero me arroja estos mensajes de error, el equipo es Mac, necesito renderizar, ojalá alguien me de unsa solución Gracias. Buen día.
Hello,I recently updated the adobe suite to the 2022 version and ever since I have been experiencing an issues with media encoder. When I export a project from after effects into media encoder, by hitting the 'add to adobe media encoder queue' option, encoder will open but will not load the project. I don't get any error messages, the program just opens and nothing happens afterwards. I have twice had to uninstall and reinstall both programs and after each time encoder will perform correctly a couple of times, and then the issues will occur again. I haven't found any info about this issue online so I'm not sure if others are experiencing it but hopefully there is some kind of fix for this somewhere because this is becoming extremely annoying.Any help given is appreciated, thank you.
Hi Users/Support staff,This is regarding the Adobe Media Encoder (AME) web service setup.I have followed the AME web service setup/installation steps and my service is up and running on a windows VM with latest Adobe After Effects and Media Encoder installed on it.The command I have used for installation is "AMEWinService -install" and "AMEWebService -install", both of which were successful.I have referred the following discussion while setting up the service:AMEWebService - Any Documentation available? When I hit "localhost:8080/server", I can see the ServerStatus is Online. However, when I try to submit a job xml via POST call to "localhost:8080/job", nothing happens. I can observe CPU utilization increases after I make the POST call which means something is definitely happening in the background however I do not get any response back nor do I know where I can find the logs (I have searched the Media encoder folder to see if any log file is generated, also checked service logs wh
I am suddenly not able to render an After Effects composition with an Element 3D layer (Videocopilot) in the composition. I can render everything else, and with still image of video footage backgrounds. But with Element 3D the Media Encoder either freezes, or starts producing crazy colors, or completely drops the layer with Element 3D, and all of them.
Windows, Premiere Pro exported to AME (fully updated as of feb 13 2022), windows 10 Pro (also fully updated)When I'm exporting a project from Premiere to AME, everything works fine and creates the temp files, but when encoding finishes, the files are left separated and unusable. All files AFTER the first encode are working. It's consistent every time we open to work on projects and adds to the long list of workarounds and annoyances. Don't expect this to ever be fixed but thought I'd post if for others pulling their hair out trying to figure things out. I"ve never once in 20 years heard back from Adobe on a bug report.
After 99% has been rendered, the process simply stops. It does not continue the queue. I have reinstalled both AE and ME several times, cleared cache, etc.... Unfortunately without any improvement. Renaming the composition in AE didn't help either. Unfortunately, I then discovered that this problem occurs regardless of the file. Now I can't render anything via ME.It just stops at about 99% progress on every file. CPU and GPU utilization is not existent and memory is at about 20%.No matter how long or big the file is, always the same. Please help. Specs:Win 11AMD Threadripper X396064GB Ram2080TiAE 22.2ME 22.2
Since the update Media Encoder works on none of my machines, neighter does the After Effects render engine, nore can't I safe files there.I really can't work like that any more. My customers are mad and they are right. It is verry frustrating that Adobe does not enaugh user testing before errors like that came to download. I don't even want anyone to fix my bugs any more. My only solution is to recreate the whole project with da vinci resolveThe only reason I post this, is to let Adobe know the specs to prevent other users for having the same problems.macOS Monterey iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017) 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 28 GB 2133 MHz DDR4 Radeon Pro 580 8 GB
Would love to get some help on this. I'm using 3rd-party VST audio plugins (iZotope RX 5) and can't get them to work when attempting to encode via a watch folder. In Premiere, the plugins show up fine in the Audio Plugin Manager, and I can export the sequences from Premiere and render them via AME. However, when saving the Premiere project into a Watch Folder, the sequences don't render and I get the error, "Video and/or audio filters are missing."Are VST plugins compatible with AME watch folders?
Just to get the specific details out of the way my after effects version is 22.0 and my media encoder version is 22.0. and I am on a M1 mac mini, Mac OS Monterey, version 12.0.1 The issue is that when I press export to media encoder, it does not send the file to media encoder but when I restart my computer it suddenly works for two exports and then it stops sending to media encoder. Thanks, Ben.
