I was looking through my documents, the system crashed, and the documents I was reading had gone when I went back into adobe scan !!!!  It was the most important docs as well

Somebody please help. I lost all of my scanned documents. Adobe scan logged me out and wouldn't let me log back in using Google.  When I went thru the create a new password nothing was there. How the heck do I get my stuff back!!! Freaking out   [Title renamed by the moderator]

Hi Community, I have lost some crucial scanned documents from archives that I was using for research in Argentina (I'm based in the UK). They were definitely saved as PDFs on the app and I did not delete them but they have disappeared completely from the app. They are also not on the Document Cloud. They had not been backed up on the cloud yet, but were saved PDFs on the app. This only happened because I didn't have wifi connections when I was in the archives. Is there a backup server they might have been saved to? Please can someone from Adobe help me with this. It would be detrimental to my research if I lose them and a real shame for what I thought was a great product. All best Khem  

Since the new adobe scan update there's no longer an option to simply scan then email PDFs? App is now useless.

How do I delete my post?

Buen día. Se me han desaparecido las imágenes de un título universitario que scanee de la galería de la aplicación Adobe Scan. Alguien me puede decir donde encontrarlas o ¿es un fallo de seguridad de la aplicación? Saludos

Whenever I share a copy of pdf from adobe scan app, all or few pages are inverted by 180 degree. This is completely random. But each time I share a copy of a pdf, then randomly few of the pages are inverted. 

When scanning a multi-page document, page sizes are different. How to make them the same (for example, A4)?

Despite being a paid subscriber to the suite, and the app confirming that I'm a paid subscriber, it won't allow me to fulfil a scan. Says my Adobe Cloud is full and prompts me to purchase the pdf pack -- which I already have. I have deleted all files in my Adobe Cloud, reinstalled, rebooted, etc. and still can't complete a scan from my iphone. My phone is up-to-date... is the new update an issue?

The latest update of the app seems to be broken.The app is now unusable.I just noticed than scans are not saved anymore (at least we can't see the files).My last saved scan is from October 11th. So all the scans I did after this date appear to be lost.I am on iPad with the latest iPadOS update. I save all my files to my iPad. No cloud saving.Urgent solution needed! 

I would like to know how to preset the App to get a scanned docum in colour.

I’ve become extremely frustrated at this point. I have deadlines and I can’t seem to even keep the app open to scan my documents. It just closes on me, moments after taking a photo.  I restarted the app, restarted my phone, removed and reinstalled the app. What the Hec is going on???  Is anyone else having this issue???  Please help! Wenn ich das OCR nutze erkennt die App den Text. Sobald ich aber den Text heraus kopieren will, verändert es den Text und der Text enthält Sonderzeichen an Stelle von Buchstaben.   [Title renamed by the moderator]

I recently scanned 25 documents via the Adobe Scan app on my iPhone and aggregated the scans into a single file, but there was no cellular coverage at the location where I created the scans, so the aggregated file was said to have been "saved offline." However, when I pulled up the app several days later, that file is nowhere to be found. Moreso, if I login to my Adobe Cloud account, the file isn't there either (despite having internet access now). How do I find these missing scans?

Hi, when I scan a doc, I almost always mail same to myself. Is it possible to set a default email (like other similar apps) rather than going through full process all the time? Thanks. Sean   [Title renamed by the moderator]  

j’ai votre application sur mon iPhone depuis le mois de février dernier ou j’avais en stock tous mes fichiers sauvegardés et je ne sais pour quel raison tous mes fichiers ont disparus hier soir !!! Hice un escaneo de un documento con AdobeScan en el celular, pero es muy pesado y no lo guarda en la nube. Quiero verlo sin conexión pero la opción no está activa y no puedo abrir el archivo ni tampoco enviarlo por correo y no sé cómo abrirlo. Saludos      [Title renamed by the moderator]

As a student i scan many documents and it's a pain to find every documents by scrolling and sometimes i don't even remember the name ,So i am requesting you to kindly provide us with feature for tagging the document that we had scan

This is to echo other posts in the forum. Adobe Scan won't save anything that I scan either from my iPhone camera or from my Photos library.The scan appears to assemble normally, but when I rename and Save (or just save), the scan simply disappears and isn't visible in the list of Recent or All Scans. As a field inspector, I am constantly having to scan a bill of lading or certification for an item. When I can, is there a way to save it locally on my device without it uploading to the cloud?
