Adobe Scan

Love Adobe Scan.Have not figured out though how to append to a document. For example, I scan receipts for a business trip, great - but would love to add scan to current document of receipts. Instead best I have figured out is to store separately and post log onto my Creative Cloud and append using different utility.It would be great if you could use Adobe Scan to add to an existing scanned document from a previous session. Or am I missing a step?Michael

Hi can you tell me if there is a way of 'adding' to a scan once it has been saved as a PDF.I'm looking at scanning my expense receipts as I incur them and having one PDF document to print out at the end of the month.Is this possible?

I cannot activate Scan on my Samsung TabA Android 7. Each time I enter a (new) code the response is something has gone wrong, try again later. I have tried 3 different emailed codes with the same result. Can someone advise please?

Hi I would like to create folders and sub folders in adobe scan. Is it possible to use the search function for all folders simultaneously or do I have to load each folder separately?thanks Bernd

Something weird is going on. Scan shows as yellow brown paper. I can't set the white balance. However if I, after the scan use the magic wand and pick whiteboard the documents balance seems to be ok.I'm on a Samsung s9plus and it's camera is super.

I’d like to call or to write to an Italian speaking person to deepen the details of integration with our services. I know that Acrobat DC can recognize and edit text. So here's my question: I'm a new user of Adobe Scan. I can scan document. The program says it is "recognizing text." But after that I see no way, Adobe Scan, to edit the text.Is there a way? or must you send it to Adobe Acrobat DC and have it recognize and edit text there?Thx.Phil

Hope I'm wording this correctly... at what DPI is a text document scanned with Adobe Scan?  does it depend on the device? and if so, i need help doing the math to assure folks that this scan tool on a typical ipad will take a scan that is at least equivalent to 200 (preferably 300) DPI...

Hello         In my adobe acrobat reader in my android phone the opption of "scan is not working when i click to this option it says that to downlode adobe scan app but before some times it works proberly and it works properly in other mobils what is the reasion please tell me.

I scanned a document but i think i forgot to save it as a pdf and now the document is gone.  is there any way to retrieve it?  it's not in the cloud

I currently have the latest version of the app (just updated yesterday) but the app quits on me while in the middle of capturing documents. The screen goes black, the app quits, and when I log back in nothing is saved. It has never done this before. Possible bug in the new version? Or is there another way of fixing this problem?

i need my scans to go directly to my email address.  The app is useless to me unless this feature is there. Will this be coming in an update?  All other features and operations are great but I won't be using it without this feature. Thanks.

I love the app, but the cropping is a pain. - auto crop makes a lot of mistakes, for example when cropping a photo print that has a white border all the way around. Auto crop tends to include the border at some corners and not at others - it should be consistent. - manual crop is really hard to get right on a small touch screen (e.g. 4” display on an iPhone 5s). The detail window should be magnified 4 times what it is. I can put the corner where I want it by steadying my thumb against the other thumb, but I can’t pick up my thumb without moving the corner of the crop, so I have to do each corner over and over, maybe 10 times each until I get lucky and it stays where it should be at each one. - when I scan something that’s not flat (e.g. a card held in one hand with a slight bend where my thumb touches it make it curve slightly and stand up), the lines of text aren’t parallel or straight in the initial image. I wish there were a transformation option to automatically make the lines of

So all step completed and was able to access scans online 2 weeks ago, now just scanned a new item navigated to online and I find all previous scans have gone and the new scan will not upload.Any ideas or a solution

Everything seems to be working fine until a few seconds after Iswitch into scanning mode; camera seems to freeze, though I am able.to go back to the previous screen.Is it a bug?

The title says it: Uploading a scanned document to the Document Cloud with iOS Devices is not working since days.

Just curious if Adobe will sign a BAA. I do see the cloud is HIPAA compliant but need to get a BAA for Adobe scan before we can deploy to our end users. From what I have researched I don't know if Adobe will sign one or if it is possible.

Hello,This is a relatively minor issue, but an annoyance nonetheless. Even though I updated my name in my Adobe ID account online, the app refuses to update it, despite clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc etc.Any chance this could be fixed?Thank you!

How do you delete a scan from the cloud? Instructions say to open the scan and hit the trash button at the bottom of the page but it does not appear  on my scans. Please help. Thanks
