As a student i scan many documents and it's a pain to find every documents by scrolling and sometimes i don't even remember the name ,So i am requesting you to kindly provide us with feature for tagging the document that we had scan

This is to echo other posts in the forum. Adobe Scan won't save anything that I scan either from my iPhone camera or from my Photos library.The scan appears to assemble normally, but when I rename and Save (or just save), the scan simply disappears and isn't visible in the list of Recent or All Scans. The document never appears in Document Cloud either.Configuration:iPhone XR (MRYR2VC/A)iOS 12.4Adobe Scan version 19.07.23

As a field inspector, I am constantly having to scan a bill of lading or certification for an item. When I can, is there a way to save it locally on my device without it uploading to the cloud?

Cannot merge 2 doctors scanned at different times together . Also does not import PDF files to adobe scan  like most other scanners offer 

Hey, Been using Adobe Scan on my Android and it shows as if it syncs all the files to my cloud. Alas when I open my Adobe cloud on my computer there are no files in the "mobile creations", "cloud documents or the "synced files" .Up until now I had to share the file from my phone to Google drive and only then download it to my computer.Please help

Hi, I changed my iphone yesterday and now I have problems with the app Adobe Scan. I can't find my old files in the library and when I scan a new file the app does not save it. Can you give me some advices?   [Title renamed by the moderator]

I had at least hundreds of scanned files even till last night, but now I see everything is gone. I want to why everything got deleted and how can I recover them. Thanks.

I am uploading my personal notes. Since it's over 100 pages. I am doing it in batches , few pages at a time. After my last update, the file does not save to cloud because of which I am unable to modify it. I tried to export a scanned pdf image to MS Excel. The result is a blank page in Excel. Two Adobe Support executives have said that the quality of the scanned image is not up to the mark for a succesful export. How can I improve the quality of the scanned image?

Hello,   Can the photos taken by Adobe Scan be recovered? After taking pictures, there was a message about the small amount of space on the phone. then the application stopped working and the pictures disappeared. The copy was not registered in the gallery. Is there any hope of getting the photos back? I have a Samsung phone, Android system.

According to recent news in mass media, some users from Venezuela have reportedly received a letter from Adobe Inc. Announcing that services shall be discontinued for any corporate or personal account in Venezuela. As a Venezuelan user I strongly disagree with that measure, because I think near 90% of users have no link with the sanctioned government. It is completely unfair including all of the users without give us opportunity to prove our fair status regarding to relationships with OFAC designated entities. You are not helping us and we have been good and loyal clients throgouth the years

Hello,is there a way to save the scans only in the cloud and no longer on the iPhone? When I make scans with the app and upload them to the cloud, the files still occupy space on the iPhone. When I then delete the files on the device, they are also deleted from the cloud. But especially with longer scans the files get very big.Thanks and best regards

I have two questions about your Adobe Scan App.1. If you choose multiple pictures, Adobe scan changes the order of pictures randomly. (like 1-4-2-5-3 page order)Did you create the app on purpose to double-check?2. Even though I turned off the option "Adjust the border after each scan".But App Adjust automatically. Can't you scan without cutting or Adjusting?

I have OCR turned on and it says it is scanning each of my docs for text. When I try to search for words in my images, no results show?

I have imported images into scan on Android. I  adjustwanted to some of the cropping but having adjust the cropping I can see no way to save it
