Adobe Scan

The addition of the cleanup function in the latest version of Adobe Scan Android is a real bonus for me - I regularly scan documents which have been marked up by previous readers. However, one area that I am very disappointed by is the quality of the images taken by the app. I scanned the same few pages in a document in Adobe Scan Android and in CamScanner under exactly the same lighting conditions, which is to say good, fairly even lighting. Unfortunately the scans that resulted in Adobe Scan Android were quite poor in comparison to CamScanner. I attach a page from each PDF to illustrate. This is disappointing from Adobe given the extensive experience that they have in image capture and manipulation.  If it cannot be *much* better by default, can we at least have a configuration option to set the quality of the images?

Once I use Adobe Scan, rename the document and save as a pdf, it says it is uploading to Document Cloud. But it is not there. The only way to get it there is to share the file with Adobe Acrobat and then Move to Document Cloud.What at am I doing wrong.

Please help me retrieve my deleted files from Adobe scan in Android devices by any means 

Hello, please, does anyone know the answer to this? I use the Adobe scan app on my Android smartphone, where are the files saved there? Card or internal memory? How can I change that? And if I delete files on the smartphone, are they also deleted from the cloud? Thanks

I used few yeas adobe scan on my iPhone, and now all my data lost. How recover it? 

Hi there I have been using the Abdobe Scan app on my Android phone. I recently scanned a document  3 days ago, however it does not appear to have saved the additional pages-the scan should have 12 and it only has 8. I have logged in to Adobe online and the additional pages are not there either. Is there any way to get these pages back? It definately scanned them at the time. Thanks

Hello,How can I stop Adobe Scan from uploading a scanned picture to Adobe Cloud automatically? I do not want my data uploaded to Adobe's servers without my permission.If this feature does not exist, please consider adding it.

hello. I face a problem with Adobe Scan APP on my phone, IPhone 13pro, iOS: iOS 17.5.1 (21F90), eveytime this error appears. I reinstalled APP but no result. Please check attached photo.Thanks 

Somehow, all of my saved scans are gone. I don't know what happened to them. I need some answers. 

I am running the Adobe Scan App on an Apple Iphone (IOS).  It's version 21.10.26.  It used to work great, but for the last several months (it's taken me that long to figure out what was happening), it is removing scans from the app after I share them.  I like to share by sending a copy.  Can this be turned off? I don't want them removed after I share them.

First, the Adobe scanner for Androis is great, really good.But, it seems I can only store scans to Adobe Document Cloud, and on my PC I can only access them through logging in to Adobe through my browser. That is just way too hard.So, I need to either store scans in Dropbox (my preferred option), orSync Document Cloud to a folder on my PC.If I can't do either of these, then the handling of scans becomes so clumsy that I won't bother using the Adobe scanner - which would be a shame as it's a great scanning tool.

All scanned files are lost and then I log in to Acrobat Online and I can see them there. How can the files are displayed in the  Adobe Scan Apps?

My company has renewed my Acrobat license recently and all my scans for years have disappeared.I have been using the Adobe Scan app for years now, and every year my subscription got renewed but all of a sudden this time I lost all my scanned documents. My subscription comes with cloud storage as well. Can someone help finding and restoring my scans, please?

Lost backuped data from Adobe scan 

I am a new user of Adobe Scan but not a new user of Creative Cloud products. I've scanned the same document three times now using Adobe Scan.  I see the thumbnail in the bottom left corner.  I hit the upper right corner "Save PDF."  I've signed into Adobe Document Cloud on my laptop using the same ID as for my other Creative Cloud products and I am not seeing any document anywhere.  Once I hit Save PDF, I get a message on my phone saying "You Dont Have Any Scans."  This is all bizarre and annoying.  Any ideas? And yes, I have tried clearing the cache on my browser.

When I go to WhatsApp my scanned document it will snet as .bin file which can not be open.Please help

hi is there any way of retrieving back images you have scanned?I have some PDFs that I scanned 28 total, I have 11 but not the other 17 documents I did after

Leider ist AdobeScan oftmals nutzlos für mich: Es erlaubt keine dpi-Einstellung der Scans. Momentan ist die Dateigröße zu groß für Uploads bei deutschen Behörden.Ich muss die Arbeit wiederholen mit meinem alten PC-Scan-Programm.Mein Vorschlag: eine Einstellung, die die Dateigröße der gescannten Datei limitiert.

I am attempting to recreate a pdf document to duplicate what a user has done.Metadata-wise I used autopsy to view the metadata as document properties in adobe gave me nothing.I was able to find the following info below (first pic).  HOW was this file created?  Because when I do what I believe the user did - use Adobe Scan on an iOS phone I do not get this metadata at all. I get something else which I will attach below for comparison (2nd pic).  HOW CAN I RECREATE the first pic pdf?  OR how as it done?

Ich kann beim Iphone nicht mehr den Adobe Scan Ordner öffnen. Die App an sich läuft gut, aber wenn ich gescannte Dateien an ein Email anhängen will, kann ich den Ordner nicht mehr öffnen. Ich sehe kurz die Symbole und dann kommt "unbekannter Fehler". Ist glaube ich seit dem letzten IOS Update so. Hat das noch jemand bemerkt ? 

Utilisation de Adobe scan gratuit. Changement d'iPhone et clés ne fonctionne plus. Une solution??
