Adobe Scan

I just bought a new iPhone and updated all of my apps, but now all of my previous documents that's I've scanned in are gone! Help! 

Why do my mark ups, after saving as PDF, gets consistently misaligned/ out of position? this makes the mark up tool useless. Does anyone have the same problem?Thanks heaps.

Hi. I took some pictures of a book from my Iphone x and I imported to adobe scan. So when I check the scanned pictures ,the pictures are in different sizes.It can fit in A4 but some pages are like zoomed. I tried to print it. Nothing got changed. Hallo Leute!Ich bin neu hier und benötige Hilfe.Ich habe mit Adobe Scan schon einige PDFs erstellt. Leider habe ich das Problem, dass meine PDFs unterschiedlich breit sind. Woran liegt das nur und was kann ich tun?Die Seitenlänge ist immer gleich (27,94 cm).Beim Einstellungspunkt "Seitengröße ändern" ist bei mir "Automatisch anpassen" eingestellt.Sollte doch eigentlich passen.Ich verzweifel echt und weiß nicht weiter.Kann mir bitte jemand helfen?Besten Dank im Voraus.GrußMichael

I've been using Adobe Scan for some time and today I wanted to modify a scan to add more pages, but it won't let me, showing that message. I opened up more scans and some are showing the same message. I don't know what's happening, I haven't modified these scans in any way whatsoever, no comments, no attachments, no page arrangement. I only use Adobe Scan so I don't know why it won't let me modify the files. Thanks in advance

Hello, I've followed the directions to cancel my subscription, however Adobe Scan is not in my App Store subscriptions, yet every month I'm charged.  How do I cancel when I can't find my subscription?

Some of the files which I scanned through abode scan using my iPhone 14 is missing now.. I tried to login in to my Adobe acrobat account through my laptop and checked my adobe scan folder they are not available there also.. Give me a proper solution for this problem 

Would like the ability to set, as part of preferences, the save file location in Adobe Scan.

I use adobe scan for important paperwork and receipts, I opened the app 2-3 days ago and was logged out. When I logged back in all my paperwork and receipts I've scanned were gone, is there anything I can do to recover them?

Two days ago, Adobe Scan email function stopped working.  I have signed out and back in, looked for app updates (none), powered my phone off and on.  I don't see any recent topics addressing the issue.  I'm following the same steps I have for a year: 1. Tap "share" button2. Tap "share a copy"3. enter my email address, hit send.It makes the "whooshing" sound like usual when I send a file but none have gone to my email.  My email is working fine.  I have tried the "share a copy," "email," and "share a link" options.  None are working.  I cannot lose the files I current have or I would delete the app and download again.  If anyone can help, please advise! 

Ever since I upgraded to my Google Pixel 7 Pro, my Adobe Scan document scans have been blurry around the edges. According to this Google Support thread, this can be fixed by using 2X zoom when capturing documents, but I don't see a way to adjust that camera setting in Adobe Scan. Is there a way to do this?

I there anyway to recover any file which I mistakenly deleted from adobe scan. Is there any backup feature adobe offers.

Using adobe scan app  on android phone. worked last week. today when i pressed save as pdf after cleanig up the scans, it said something went werong and offered to ssave them as jpegs, to which I agreed.  Then the phone memory was all used up, it was the adobe scan app with 10.72 gb of user data. It was 0 gb of user data before I scanned the 180 pages.  I went to get the files somehow. I am signed in under the same email address I used all last week successfully getting scans done with the app. 1. on the phone. since it shows 10.62 gb user data, I assumed that is the scans. But they must be in some hidden folder, because I cannot find by searching around in the phone after plugging it into the pc. So what is taking up the room? Or where is the file? 2. I thought they would be on the cloud. It say they will be uploaded to document cloud when you say save pdf of your scans. which I did. It is a brilliant product and thanks for it. But recently, I can not log in Adobe Scan with my facebook account anymore.I had always been using Adobe account with my facebook.Since I had a lot of important scanned files in the Adobe Scan app please help me. Best,Yi

I am not able to share documents from adobe scanner to what's app .kindly support on priority 

How do you move scanned documents (scanned with app) to e.g. Google Drive.Can't really see that it can be done without having to open each individual scan.Can it be true that it is not possible to move 50 at once

How can i get to scan more than 25 imagen in my adobe scan app for Android? Do i need yo purchase the app? I couldnt find this opción. 

Why does scan sometimes create what looks like a duplicate file?  Exact same name two entires in scan list but if you delete one, both disappear?  

I am using iOS and adobe scan. I am logged into adobe scan. If I go to the iOS files app and to the main start screen that shows the Adobe Scan drive. and I navigate into it. I am asked to authenticate and sign in and then it briefly seems to sign in and show me the files and then I'm kicked back out and asked authenticate again. This happens over and over in an endless loop. how do I resolve this? The reason I was doing this is I'm trying to get a copy for back up of all of the PDF files. Adobe Scan is made. I can pretty easily one at a time seem to send a copy of elsewhere, but I can't just grab an entire folder and copy it to my iPhone or to some other location. This is because of the endless loop bug mentioned above. Can someone tell me how I can quickly get to all the files that I've scanned?

Hello!I'm thinking about cancelling my Adobe Scan Premium subscription as I don't need the premium version at the moment. But then I will also lose access to my cloud storage. Is it possible to regain access to the cloud storage and the documents stored there if I reactivate my premium account someday?Best wishes
