Trying to figur out some metadata on a pdf file that has limited metadata - HOWEVER it does have several clues.  One of the clues is:xmp:CreatorTool: Adobe Scan for iOS Now I know that adobe scan for ios did not create this as I have tested it a bunch of ways and so have others and we cannot obtain this piece of informationWhat ADOBE or other software, created a piece of metadata like this?   xmp:CreatorTool:  Adobe Scan for iOS? 

Just downloaded Adobe scan and cannot get it to send scanned file via email

I scanned two files on same day in adobe scan. Smaller file is available in app, but larger file is missing from the list of scan. I have saved my file also and haven't deleted. The only thing was it could not be uploaded in cloud due to big file size. Please help me out to find out this file as this file is very essential to me.

I'm using premium subscription of Adobe Scan to scan books (less than 100 pages each) on iPad. Adobe Scan is the latest version (24.07.16). iPad Air (5th generation) is running the latest iPadOS 17.5.1. The pad has more than 200 GB of free memory and is plugged to power. I have enabled OCR on Adobe Scan's preferences and selected the right language. Book pages are properly aligned and lit (I'm trained AV professional). I'm facing two problems:1) Taking pictures of the pages (using the book mode) works otherwise ok, but the screen blurs and freezes from time to time (approximately every 30 pages or every 5 minutes). When I put the app to background and reopen it, it works again. This is mildly frustrating. Next is worse:2) When I've taken the pictures and I select Save PDF, Adobe Scan starts to upload the PDF to Adobe Cloud. After uploading succesfully Adobe Scan will display message "OCR..." or "waiting for OCR...". Message stays on for couple of minutes. Then it disappears. OCR f

I went to use adobe scan on my iphone 13 today and it says I have no saved scans to view when in fact have have probably 5 years of scans saved. Looking on my adobe acccount storage there were a few old files from a couple of years ago but nothing recent. I have been using adobe scan since the iphone 11. I chatted on-line with some reps and they were useless., I have deleted and resinstalled the app and nothing. 

Adobe scan ver 24.07.16 keeps crashing. After uploading about 25 image from my iphone, adobe scan crashes when i hit save. I have the analytics and send crash reports enabled. I have been using this app forever and i love it the older versions but after a few months ago this app keeps disappointing me. this crashing has to stop.. please fix it. 

I have not enabled "save original images to gallery" from the beginning.Now I want to change my mobile.  In the new mobile I may need to edit pdf's.

Guys - In Adobe Scan settings for file name, is there something custom I can do so the file name appears as 20240724 with no spaces. Thanks

Running the latest versions of iOS and Adobe Scan on both phones and I am having issues scanning business cards/ids. Scans come out blurry and unreadable. I've tried reinstalling the app with no luck. When I take a photo of the id through the Camera app it works perfectly so it's not a hardware issue.

This is about the application named 'adobe scan.'I have canceled my premium subscription within half an hour after purchase. Please let me know when i get my refund.If there are other problems, contact me.

I'd like to make two feature requests: It seems that Adobe Scan (I'm using it on iOS) is aligning the pages by identifying the corners. In my experience if often misidentifies outer edges of book pages if the book which has been opened has hundreds of pages (ends of other pages are visible on sides). I would much prefer if Adobe Scan identified the text lines and aligned the pages so that lines would by horizontally straight. That would save time when scanning (less manual aligning of pages) and it would also make reading documents more comfortable and the OCR results more reliable. Pages of larger books also tend to bend towards the middle of opening of a book. I'd love to see Adobe Scan compensating for that bend.

Hello, i had mistakenly deleted files from Adobe scan and seriously those are important documents for me . How can i get back them? In my both andriod hone Adobe scan is blank , no single document is there.

I have enabled camera use, but when I open Adobe Scan on my iPhone (IOS 12.1.2) I open to a nearly blank, mostly black screen with the message "an unexpected error occurred." None of the marking on the screen responds to touch, although touching the black canvas area moves the reticule. What might be going wrong?

Hi to the adobe team. I'm facing a serious issue. I have been using adobe scan for quite a long time and i have scanned numerous documents in the app, but all of a sudden I'm unable to see my scans. Those were the most important docs of my work. I request the adobe team to look into this matter seriously and help me get all my scans back. Let me make it clear that i have been using the same ID all over the time. So kindly don't make an excuse of some useless thing. You ought to help us. A number of people are going through this issue which is serious. Hoping someone can please help with this saga! I've been paying for premium for.... years. For about the last year (i haven't used the app much this year but thought it could at least keep my relatively insignificant amount of data) the app has given me this bizarre error message: But it recognizes i have Premium: i have files that i kept uploading into the app, thinking it would resolve, but no, they keep pending. i finally talked to adobe support. They had few ideas then said i needed to talk to Apple since the app was downloaded from the App Store. I talked to Apple support, and they said i needed to talk to Adobe. I talked to Adobe and their only idea was to delete the app, but i didn't want to lose those files forever. They "elevated me" to a higher level of support that could do nothing more, but required me talking to them on the phone for longer.then i figured out a way to save all those, went through the hassle, deleted the app, and reinstalled it.
