Adobe Scan

Hey,Adobe Scan is an awesome app but it lacks on some major features and configurations possibilities: default directorysadly, it seems to be impossible to change the default saving location. it is a time consuming and rather unnecessary step to export a scanned document to the desired location while it could be done automatically.default scan sizeat the moment you have to set the document dimensions (A4, us letter,...) everytime again. there should be an option to define the wanted default size.dashboard layout and design (personal opinion)the dashboard design should be updated to todays design standard. sadly, it is poorly designed and could use some improvements to clear it up. this is certainly my personal opinion...  

Can you create folders in Adobe Scan?  

 How to cancel the subscription? I’ve done this, but Adobe still charges me.

I'm able to deploy Adobe reader fine and rather than account login splash screen the settings for the app are able to be deployed with intune - I cannot create any settings for Adobe scan either with JSON or configuration settings - Unofrtunately Adobe haven't kicked google so all searches show that readers app settings should cover this but unfortunately they don't and you can't seem to select the 2 apps to apply these settings to - my comms with Adobe don't seem to be happening - has anyone else come across this problem and found a solution other than getting user to use company email (linked to their work profile) and create yet another area for lots of spam email .

Like microsoft, with every feature added your program becomes more unuseable. Please leave well enough alone.

Is it possible to use the book recognition function - dividing a horizontal scan in two book pages - on existing photos?

I have been using Adobe Scan for around 3 years. Suddenly I saw today that only 3 files from the begining exists and no other file is there. My cloud storage is showing that almost the full is empty. What should I do?

I always email the scanned pdf to myself to open and no matter what I try to do, whenever I open the pdf not on the app, its just a grey screen. Why is this??

I scanned documents, then downloaded them to the computer and removed it from the program on my iPhone (at the end of July - early August). Then there was a system failure with the file system, and these documents was lost. I really hope that you have the opportunity to recover deleted from me from the application Adone Scan, for me they are very important. In advance thanks for the answer.

Hello adobe team i lost all my documents from adope scan app and when i was looking for it , i found all my scan documents is transfer in adobe acrobat so in case if i want to modify my scan as we do in adope scan app how I can do it as well as how to restore all document again in adobe scan app again

WHO DECIDED THAT WE DON'T NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT WE'RE DOING? IN THE DESIGN COMMUNITY, THE ONE THING WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO WHEN USING ALL OF THESE PROGRAMS IS BE ABLE TO SEE.  SO WHO IN THIS COMPANY DECIDED WE DON'T NEED TO BE ABLE TO USE OUR SIGHT. CAN'T SEE ANY OF THE TOOLBARS. CAN'T SEE THE TABS AND MORE ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. CAN'T SEE ANYTHING THAT I WOULD NORMALLY USE. BECAUSE WHAT WOULD BE THE POINT IN BEING ABLE TO SEE?  I'M SUPPOSED TO JUST GUESS AND CLICK AT RANDOM UNTIL THE CORRECT EFFECT, FILTER, ICON OR WHATEVER COMES UP WASTING A TON OF TIME BECAUSE YOU CAN'T SEE WHAT YOU'RE DOING. WHY THE HELL IS EVERYTHING SO SMALL AND YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE SIZE OF IT? FOR THE DURATION OF THIS COMPANY BEING IN EXISTENCE LONG BEFORE THEY HAD THE CREATIVE SUITE, OR A CLOUD EXISTED, THE TOOLS ON THIS PROGRAM WERE ABLE TO BE SEEN. SO WHO IN ALL OF THIS TIME WITH THIS MOST CURRENT UPDATE DECIDED THAT WE DON'T NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE THEM? ESPECIALLY WITH YAWL

Going back to check on previous scan files that I have created and they are missing. Disappeared. Deleted. Whatever you want to call it, they're gone. I've looked at the app on my phone and on the browser version in the cloud, with no success of finding these lost files. Adobe support phone line told me to post here and that one of the engineers will call me directly. I was passed around customer support for over an hour and a half and no one was able to give me anything straight. Please give me support these documents are very important and I have multiple clients associated with the lost files.

How can I recover the files that I downloaded on an old phone if I still have the password of my Adobe account ?

Using iPhone Files app, when I copy a file from Adobe Cloud of Adobe Scan to my OneDrive, the current date and time gets added automatically to the end of the file name being copied to OneDrive. I would like to remove this automatic feature that is adding the date stamp to the file name. Where do I go to remove that?

I have a new phone. The app has been transferred. My previous scans I did with my old phone have also been transferred but are now locked in my new phone. I use the free version but have never had a problem accessing my scans. Both phones are iPhones. Thank you. 

bom dia, quinta-feira da semana passada eu comecei a utilizar o aplicativo com a assinatura de 7 dias gratuito, porém não pretendia atualizar essa assinatura para começar a pagar, hoje dia 08/02 fechou os 7 dias gratuitos e eu esqueci de cancelar, então o meu cartão pagou automático, gostaria de saber se podem fazer o estorno desse valor pois não vou mais precisar utilizar o aplicativo, ou seja, não adianta eu ter pago para não usar. Obrigada 

Is there a way to add adobe scan to the adobe reader I already have? Or do I have to have separate apps for each. 

I try to scan in my ID card with my iPhone 14 Pro and the quality is so bad that it's literally impossible to read anything. Tried the idCard setting but the app simply doesn't zoom, looks like the advanced camera features of iPhone 14 Pro are not used (try the same with the Notes app from iOS and the image is crystal clear. Any hints?
