How do I update my email  address?

I have Scan on my Galaxy mobile as well as Creative Cloud on both my mobile and my PC. I can see the files on my mobiles Scan app but how do I see my scanned files on the Cloud? Should they be on Document Cloud and is Document Cloud part of Creative Cloud? Unfortunately, I've alwyas found Adobe products to be counter-intuitive so not surprised that the solution is not self evident.

I used to love using this application for my work but recently it has stopped working on my ios 14.3 and always show me the error of updating the application where as updating to the latest version requires ios 15 or later which i donot wish to update.Please help..!!

Since the new "Copy to" functionality was added, is there a way to report a "bug" to the Adobe Scan staff ? The App shouldn't use https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive as scope to request access to "See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files" but instead https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file to "See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app"

Even after I have rainstalled the app

I am unable to share pdf files directly to what's app or e mails. If I try to share it I only get a link. I used to be able to do it easily. The entire purpose of the subscription seems defeated. 

Looks to me like there's a bug in app version 18.07.17 (latest available to me from Play Store) running on Samsung Galaxy S6 with Android 7.0 (latest available from Samsung). After I've scanned a document and saved it I have to send it as an email attachement (links won't do). I do this by pressing the share button and then option "Email..." , followed by choice of e-mail client - I choose Gmail. The e-mail which is generated lacks the PDF attachement. Only the link is present. I recall this working corretly a few months back, as I have succeeded in sending my expence receipts around then. Any clues?

I have gridlines ON on the camera on my Samsung A53, but no gridlines appear when using the Scan app. Is there a way to have gridlines when scanning?

 I'm needing to scan some pages so I can have an easier time making flash cards later. However, now the files are stuck in upload limbo (there is another one doing the same thing). I don't know what to do to get them to upload because sharing the file otherwise does not work. I did not have the same issue with the first Adobe scan I did.

Is it possible to upload a scan directly into Onedrive? or is it mandatory to use adobe cloud?

I can't find them from the Adobe website.  Help offers NO assistance.  And Adobe is a liar--because the link for "Real Help from real people" took me to the virtual agent---again!   Stop being so CHEAP and hire a few people instead of making me CROWD SOURCE my assistance!!!!   So--I go to the Adobe website so that I can download my scans into my computer--but I can't find them.  I can only see them on the Adobe scan app on my cell phone--but to SHARE each one individually takes an astronomical amount of time.  So--DO NOT TELL ME TO USE THE APP...I can do that.   How do I access my documents stored in the Adobe Cloud from a Windows computer?

Hi, first I want to say that this is by far the best scanning app available. I like it very much. I recently moved from android to iOS/iPhone. My question is, if there is a auto crop available which works similar to android. On android, you were able to turn off the automatic scan feature, while maintaining a very good auto crop. On iOS it seems, that when you turn the automatic scan off, that the scans are also not cropped automatically. So I can only have either the full automatic scan and crop, or manual. If I choose manual  I have to adjust the crop manually for each page. In the manual mode, the pages usually show a lot of circumferential around the scanned page. For example the table underneath. That didn't happen on android. It somehow adjusted the crop, even though it didn't automatically scan each page. Happy to receive any hints. Hope I explained it well enough.

Not able to send PDF via email. This is SO ANNOYING. Please FIX it. It's been an issue since last couple of days.

Hello,I have a problem with my account log in. After the recent update on Adobe Scan in my phone, I have lost the log in inside the app and it required me to log in again. The problem is I do not remember which email I used so I tried to check them all, and I noticed I have no sign whatsoever of having an account with adobe through my Icloud, gmail, facebook, or normal sign in. I am trying to find my log in information, at least my email so I can retrieve my scanned documents because they are important to me. The only information I have is a pdf shared online from my icloud email to my own gmail account. Is there a way to find out which email I used to create this pdf online which I shared with myself, and thus finding the credentials to my lost adobe account. PS: I was pretty sure I logged in with a certain email, and also everything is uploaded on adobe cloud. After entering that email again through gmail section in adobe sign in I saw that I had no information saved and it was

How can I add aol app to list of possible ways to share a scanned pdf?  Messaging apps and other email apps appear but not the aol app

 My previous account was [email removed] and have an important documents their and I need to retrieve it because I just figure out how identity thieves bypassed all my important docs from IRCC from my gmail transferred to their cloud and they concealed all opportunities from me and right to be informed as well . I hope and pray you can help me . I'm using  [email removed].

App advertised 3 weeks trial period, but after I agreed I was charged after just 3 days. Please refund, I didn't agree to the subscription 

I have stopped one account to continue with another in the CC due to financial reasons. Yet, I still have a lot of files (340) in the Adobe Scan App in the cloud. I wouldn't like to lose these but unfortunately, I can't transfer them quickly. I have an Android phone which I used to make these scans. Is there a possibility to download or transfer them to another platform so I avoid exporting them one by one? I've already put them in one folder together but then as well, there isn't a possibility of downloading them or sharing them in one piece. 

My scan disappeared even though I didn’t delete it

I am trying to import some photos from gallery, only later to be converted to a PDF together. Adobe scan app automatically applies "Auto Color" and "Cropping" and I cannot find a way to disable this. All I want is to set default values to "Crop" or "No-Crop" and a particular "Color" so that it saves me time when I am creating a PDF from gallery photos, especially when I have a large number of photos to be imported. This is gonna be incredibly helpful to people who are migrating JPG images from Camscanner to Adobe Scan.

I have experiencing a problem as I am not able to share a copy on WhatsApp.. Previously I don't encounter this issue but just recently only.Any fixes for this problem.

I scanned over 100 pages.  before saving to a pdf, I accidentally clicked and 'x' in left hand corner. And everything was lost.  there was no extra prompt or anything.support told me that you can retrieve these scans for me.seems like it was never saved as a pdf, so it is not in my cloud account.i used adobe scan with my free personal adobe account/email.i have a paid creative cloud account, but i did not use that account/email with adobe scan.
