Is it now, or will it be available to password protect individual documents in the cloud?

To my dismay, about 20 files I scanned while doing archival work have gone completely missing from both the Adobe Scan App and the Document Cloud (I scanned them using an iPad). When I refresh the "files" tab in the app, occasionally one will pop up that was not there before, but the ones I really need have yet to resurface. They are mostly files I renamed to organize them better, and I am 100% sure I did not delete them, as they were there when I left the archive. The internet connection wasn't great at the time, but even if they weren't able to upload to the cloud, I don't understand why they are missing from the app, or where I can find them. I cannot find out how to talk to a real person at Adobe about this-- has this happened to anyone else? Any tips? They are nowhere to be found and I am really upset about it. Thanks for your help!

I have just scanned a few documents. They are shown under Adobe Scan on my phone, which I thought was synched to the Adobe Creative Cloud.On looking at files in the Creative Cloud app on my Mac laptop, it only shows recent pictures I've edited in Photoshop and no sign of the scans. Synching is turned on. Also, I guess there are NO files in the Creative Cloud folder that are meant to be the synched version of all Creative Cloud files. Where are my scanned files, where are my picture files and why aren't they both in the cloud?I think I'll return to using the Apple Notes scanning facility on my phone.

Hallo, ich habe zwei Probleme mit der kostenlosen Variante der Adobe Scan App. 1. Ich kann den Blitz nicht mehr benutzen. Die Schaltfläche "Blitz" ist beim Aufnehmen der Fotos zwar noch vorhanden, aber grau und nicht auslösbar. Kann ich diese wieder einschalten? 2. Auf einem iPad funktioniert das Scannen problemlos, auf einem anderen iPad stürzt die App immer dann ab, wenn ich einen Scan machen will, d.h., sobald die App die Kamera öffnet und anfängt ein Dokument zu suchen, friert die App ein und reagiert nicht mehr. Was ist da los? Ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir helfen!Vielen Dank. Florian

I have been trying to scan 8 pages from a book with adobe scan for almost an hour now. Every time it choses to leave two or more different pages in color and with dominant background. With the other pages the background gets removed and it is turned black and white. How can i get an consistant result?Can I force it to always remove the background? I tryed many different lighting conditions, but none gives the desired results.Can I force it to only scan in black and white?thanks for your help!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, meine über die Adobe Scan App eingescannten Dokumente werden leider nicht hochgeladen. Zwar wird das Symbol "hochladen" angezeigt. Hi,I had saved a photo in PDF format. Ususally, It gets saved as the Current Date.But when I saved the File Name, It has been saved as 11 NoV 2566 BC. When I searched in the Chrome, It was showing me as Thai Date Time Format. I think so. Can someone tell , What is the solution for this File Saving Format ?

I am scanning documents on my phone, saving them and then sharing them to a folder on my GOOGLE drive, via the 3 dots on the app. My problem is that I cannot see any of the docs I've shared when I open my google drive on my desk top. Is it possible to even do this or am I thinking too optimistically? Thanks for your help!

Another update and another example of how adobe doesn't care about their customers.  Hundreds of people complained about the default subject line and default text inserted in your email in the 'share a copy' feature that you have to delete every time- adobe doesn't care. So frustrating. Listen to your customers!

Vengo usando desde hace tiempo Adobe Scan y estoy muy satisfecho con sus prestaciones, pero hace unos días que una vez escaneado el documento quiero hacer "compartir copia" y entonces me dice:"abriendo archivo" y luego queda bloqueada la app. Me ocurre tanto con mi iphone como con mi ipad. Ambos dispositivos tienen actualizado la última versión de IOS, y también he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar la aplicación, pero sigue bloqueandose. Qué más puedo hacer? Muchas gracias.

I cant able to retrieve the old scan files in Adobe cloud. Please help me get the old files from Adobe scan 

I use Adobe Scan on my iPhone. And then I use the document cloud to download the PDFs onto my computer. This past week, the website takes forever to load, and then every time I try to download any of my PDFs, McAfee webadvisor keeps saying that there are possible viruses in the PDFs.When I email them to myself from the app and download them from my email, I have no problem with the virus detector. Only when using the document cloud website directly on the computer. So I'm wondering if there actually is a virus problem on the website.This is really slowing me down. I'd appreciate any help.

Why not able to combine files despite entolled for monthly subscription 

Cannot modify a scanned document -but was able to yesterday. (Just spins and disappears like nothing happened) How am I supposed to use this for work? please fix.

Hello, I am trying to use the adobe scan app on my ipad pro for its OCR feature but for some reason, when I upload a pdf for the app to recognize the text, an error frequently occurs... When I upload a pdf, there is this cloud shape with an arrow pointing upwards (supposed to show there is some uploading going on I guess?) and right by its side the words read 'OCR...'. Sometimes it works perfectly fine, but sometimes the cloud shape gets crossed out(?) and the words next to it change to 'Waiting for OCR...". I am aware of the OCR limit on the free plan, but I am currently using a paid plan. Is this a known issue? I tried to wait it out but I am pretty certain that this whole process is not supposed to take this long (the pdf is only 20 pages...).  Any ideas on why this is happening or any solutions? Thanks.  

Is there an option/ way to scan documents without including the embedded script? Some tools and websites dont allow embedded scripts and hence have to reprocess the documents before uploading. Thanks!

How can I change Adobe settings for the country of location?

I was prompted to update the Adobe Scan (Apple iOS app.) I first hecked in the app and all recent scans said they had been uploaded. But after then having upgraded the app, all scans from the past 3 weeks have vanished from the app. Anyone else had this issue ? Is there a solution?

Hi. In this period my adobe Scan app crashed 3 times, last of these Just today, with the consequence of loosing all the scans i made (something like 300/400 Pages of work divided in 3/4 different sessions), and now i'm with 3.2GB of Ghost datas i can't access (photo here allegated, and those are 3.2GB of pure files i can no longer access ,i even tried to looks for folders/Ghost folders connecting my phone via PC but couldn't find anything). I Hope those aren't Just Metadata or a gigantic temp folder but something i can recover. Every crash occured during the processing time from converting all the photos collected into PDF format caused by the lack of space in the dispositive (i couldn't Imagine that for processing something like 70 photos  were necessary 6 GB of free space), and i photographed directly from the app so i don't have a Copy of the photos saved in the gallery.So if there's anything i can do to recover all my work would be appreciated.The android version Is the 1
