Hiim unable to import photos from google photos for scanning why?please help 

Boa noite. Seus bom se tivesse uma trava na rotação da câmera do Adobe Scan, pois na hora de escanear documentos, a câmera fica instável e rotacionando sem parar, atrapalhando a digitalização.

Ok so it just started doing this on my pixel 7 about a month ago. Let's me send email and everything but will not send attachment. Been using this for a year, even got a subscription. I'm very disappointed this isn't working anymore. Will be looking for different scanner app

Why is it when I try to share a PDF of the adobe scan app on my phone automatically auto populates, the subject and the body of the share in an email with an ad saying get the adobe scan app it wasn't doing that before now it's kind of a pain plus some of the scans on the appropriate size is in PDFs Can you please change this back to the way it was a couple months ago

As of today when I try and send a scan in outlook it auto fills the subject line with"scan made with blah blah blah" I'm a free user. How do make it stop?

Genau das Problem ist bei mir auch 🤯🤯 have used adobe scan to scan and send PDFs without the links for years.I click share, then "share a copy" to avoid sharing a link, as usually this just attaches the pdf to the bottom of the email without automated text or a link.Now it is coming up with this message in the email body, and in the email subject:"Created and shared using Adobe Scan. Get the app: https://adobescan.app.link/getapp"This is BEYOND ANNOYING.How can I turn this off please?

When in try share a pdf in adobe scan the app send a link to dowload the app. This happens every time when i try share. 

Every time I open Acrobat Pro suite I get a [cursing removed] popup asking me to download the program. How do I turn this off. I've got 2 Pro account and get [cursing removed] like this. I've already got the scanner program on every computer and iPhone.      [keep your language civil]    

Hello- I am a teacher using adobe scan to convert hand written work to .pdf for submission to canvas.  The two apps have worked seamlessly together for years but as of yesterday - canvas app no longer appears on the share screen and there is no way to add it from suggested apps.  Can someone explain what happened or if there is a fix? Super frustrating for students and teachers.  I have reached out to instructure as well but their process takes months 

I have been using Adobe Scan app for years without any problem but yesterday my stock antivirus powered by avast on my android phone prompted that the app is infected with a Trojan virus. I unstalled the app through my anti virus and reinstalled it but the problem persists. I had to unstall it again as my antivirus was not letting me use any banking apps with Adobe Scan installed. Adobe Scan is my favourite app and I do most of my scanning with this app. Please help.  

So the July update sucks! Mainly with scanning documents in, using iOS.  Just a couple weeks ago I could scan stuff in as "Documents" and the app would "convert" the image making it look like a document...now when I scan stuff in, it keeps it looking like an image/jpeg and it looks terrible.  It's about to force me to use a printer to scan my field documents, which is highly inconvenient!  I cannot find any settings that will bring me back to the old functioning app.  Suggestions please?  Even if it means somehow rolling back my update.

Whenever I try to scan a document with adobe scan, the app freezes and says "An unexpected error occured." I've tried reinstalling the app, signing out then back in, restarting my iPad, but nothing fixes it. I need it to scan assignments for school and nothing I do is working! Any solutions?

I can see all my scans but, when I try to view them, the download fails. No error msg, just days try again later. Not sure what I can do.

Não são poucas as vezes que tenho que "brigar" com o celular para escanear documentos volumosos (como processos judiciais por exemplo).

Hi! I can't cancel my Adobe Scan subscription. The application doesn't appear in my subscriptions in App store. But in the application it states that I am subscribed. I want to cancel it before the next charge. What my be the issue, and what are the pther options to cancel?

Hi, I am trying to send a scan via my preferred email address yet the system automatically reverts to another business address as the sender. How can I stop this from happening please? The account is set up with the preferred email address.

Please give reasonable rate to purchase this app monthly subscription is very costly

The new updated version of the Adobe Scan app for iPhone comment. I have been efficiently using this app to scan, create a PDF and email 6-20 page documents daily (sometimes 2x a day) for almost 5 years or more. It was quicker than using a scanner to create PDFs. Now there's a button the says "Save as PDF" on the right that I keep pushing by accident!! It's grinding my efficiency to a halt! When I realize I clicked it I have to hit cancel. If I'm not fast enough I have to go through add a page!! I had this down so I capsule do it in my sleep, with one hand tied behind my back! Is the "Save as PDF" button new or get moved to my right thumb position? For multiple page documents this is a pain! Thoughts on a removal or move it to where it was?Thank you!

Hello, I purchased dienAdobe Scan app on 08.10.2021 through the Apple App Store. When I open the app and want to use it, I cannot restore my. Purchase not restored and can only access the premium features by subscription. How can I use the full version? After all, I paid for it.I would be very grateful for help.

This banner interferes with scrolling in the screen showing our scans. Because it is there functionality is cut off. You need to provide a way to dismiss your advertising. You don't own out screens and we should be able to dismiss this banner. and how do the topics below help to find this?  I selected iOS because that is what runs my phone and how to "get rid of banner". The topics for the most part don't relate to this issue and won't narrow down a search.

hi all,i have been using adobe scan for quite a while on my Android mobile. My mobile phone has Avast antivirus for almost a year and never showed Adbobe scan as malicious. But since last few days the antivirus is reporting the app as malicious and removing the app itself.Tried reinstalling the adobe scan app a number of times but the problem remains so.Please advice any remedy.Thanks,Bankim
