Adobe Scan

I had taken a scan using Adobe Scan of all my receipts. This usually kicks off a process where the file is uploaded to the cloud. Today, I went to export the PDF but was not able to. I noticed there was an update available so I updated the app. The PDF is now no longer shown in the app on in the dashboard online. I also threw out all my receipts so now have no recourse to get my expenses done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Latest iPhone version of Adobe Scan just says "Loading File" with a progress circle under it on a gray background when you click any of my already scanned pdf files. Same for trying to share them. Everything was fine before the latest app update. I'm on an iPhone 13 Pro with latest iOS version and latest Adobe Scan app. Restarting app doesn't help. Network works fine. If I go to Adobe online the pdfs DO open correctly. Just the app has the issue. Ideas?

Recently, I scanned nearly a thousand pages of text, a lot of it faint and printed on very old, delicate, and translucent paper. In several cases, the results with Adobe Scan were not ideal, and the text was illegible in certain places. The app's built-in filters and photo editing options (adjusting brightness and contrast) were inadequate.  To get around this problem, I had to take pictures with my iPhone and tweak them in the native photo editor (the Photos app). This allows me to edit many useful aspects of photos—black point, definition, shadows, sharpness, etc.—which I am not able to adjust in Adobe Scan.  Can the development team please consider increasing the number and sophistication of the photo editing options in Adobe Scan?

Hi - I made a series of scans last week, and now I am trying to go back to adjust the crop and filter on some of the images within each file. I was able to do this last week easily, even if a few hours or a day had passed since I had created the scan. Yet now when I try to adjust the crop or change the filter, the original image data doesn't seem to be there anymore. I cannot adjust the crop to anything beyond what it was cropped to when I took the scan (as opposed to when I adjusted the crop before, and I could resize it to include what had been cropped out). And if I select the "original" filter, it's no longer the original image, but a new copy with the default filter that was added to the scan already. If it helps to troubleshoot this issue: I haven't opened these scans in another app and modified them; they've just been sitting untouched in the Adobe Scan app since I created them between Wednesday and Friday of last week. Has anyone encountered this issue before, and do they

I am being invoiced illegally on a monthly basis by Adobe.i have never suscribed to their plan and received no invoice.Please advise what to do to get refund and cancel this scam practice.I will sue them in UK for this scam if not refunded immadiately.

 With free space and giving permission of use of cellular  data ,After that unable to uplod documents on abode storage. 

I like the new one page layout but I find it more difficult to crop many docs now.  On the modify scan/edit screen, many receipt images become so small and narrow it is hard to tell where to crop and it is particularly hard to grab the whole line crop bar on the narrow side of a receipt. It always seems to grab the corners instead so then you have to do it twice, at each corner.The icons immediately below the image, auto detect or no crop, could go somewhere else in the screen and that would help. I'm using iPhone SE.

I'm using the Adobe scan since 4 years and it has been a very handy & easy to digitise any document. But, unfortunately since few months this app is making severe issues to the devices, after capturing all the images for the scan and while checking croping & orientation of pages or while saving the document the Adobe scan app is occupying all the remaining storage space left in the internal storage and causing app crash or android UI crash and once it crashed the OS & my phone went into boot loop due to the insufficient space,  as I've custom twrp recovery installed managed to get it out of loop safely by moving all the files to external sd card. And this isn't just 2 or 3 gb, this app is eating up all the storage spece even 22GB or 30GB storage space while dealing with a bit large files like 60 - 80 pages and no hopes of dealing with 100pages or  even bigger files.🥲 In such cases only possible way i found to instantly stop it causing all these tro

Hallo, ich habe ein JPEG über Airdrop an das iPhone gesendet. in Fotos wird es angezeigt. In Adobe Scan nicht. Woran liegt das? AS 23.06.06 habe ich neu installiert, das hat nicht geholfen. After years working flawlessy and being used to "share a copy" of my scanned documents to my onedrive, this recently stopped working. Once selected the destination folder this message appears: "You don't have any folders that you have permission to upload to."I checked if i'm signed into my onedrive account correctly.I checked several folders - same resultI checked my Adobe account, correctly signed inAll is exactly as it used to be, but I can't upload anymore.Then I checked the settings in my android phone concerning permissions/access for Adobe scan. two choices under "Files and media permission":* Allow access to media only* Don't allow.On some apps I have seen a third option to even allow access to files but that option is not available. Don't know if this is the issue.Or has the recent update (june 5th) caused this?  Either way I really want to be able to save the scans to Onedrive, so what is requried to make it so again?(my device: Samsung SM-G973F; app version: 23.06.

I have an issue, I have been scan many files yesterday, but now I open my app files are all disappeared.below is some information, please take a look and hope can help me to fix the issue!!! Once run the app, I've noticed that all the scans done disappeared. Needless to say, I got really important stuff in there.

It seems like AdobeScan could be useful not only for taking notes but also for non-destructive scanning of books. However, it is a bit inconvenient since it doesn't support Bluetooth shutter. I usually scan my purchased books by disassembling them or using scanning services to convert them into PDFs, as it allows me to read them anywhere. However, for expensive books or borrowed ones, non-destructive scanning is necessary, so I had given up on that idea. I tried using AdobeScan, and I found its features such as automatic detection of extraction area and distortion correction quite impressive. The free version has a limitation of 25 pages, but if I divide it into 25-page segments, it would be sufficient for my needs. It would be best to capture the pages from the front without distortion. One disappointment I encountered while testing it was that even on smartphones that support Bluetooth shutter, AdobeScan didn't recognize it as a shutter button. Instead, it was assigned to the vo

missing files!!! How to restore them, I did not delete them, several files were missing

I signed up for PDF app to sign documents. I was charged for the $9.99 per month fee just like that!  I want my money back and to cancel!! Found out I didn't need this. Marilyn

I have been using this app for 2 years and copying my captures to One Drive. Now when I try to copy to One Drive I get the message "There are no folders you have permission to upload to". I have not made any changes to One Drive or Adobe Scan settings. How do I correct this and regain my folder access?
