Adobe Scan

Hi, I'm trying to log into Adobe Scan or Adobe Creative Cloud on my iPhone running iOS 15.6.1, but when I hit continue on the Adobe Scan app's initial welcome page, it says "Error Unable to sign in. Please try again later." And on the Creative Cloud app when I go to settings and then the sign in button, it brings up the page of sign-in options, but tapping "Continue with Adobe ID" does nothing at all. The button darkens as I press it but nothing new pops up allowing me to sign in. I really need these apps for college so any help would be appreciated.

Hello. I recently scanned a 600 page document and upon completion, the app closed automatically. And now, no matter how many times i try to open the app the document is visible and shows as uploading, but the app is not responsive to touch and crashes automatically. I have checked adobe cloud on acrobat, and the documejt isnt reflecting yet

Bug came back in which some of the images in the documents appear in grey but their shaoeis maintained. Please fix it!

I am facing one problem with this app, and need to request the team if they could help me. All the scan data is stored in my phone's internal storage space consuming almost 20GB of storage and now my phone's internal storage is full. I tried so many ways to transfer the scanned data to my laptap, so that I could get the phone memory cleared but nothing worked. Kindly help in transferring the data and restoring the phone's Internal space.

I'm trying to find out why abode scan keeps quiting unexpectedly.  And does save my new edits. And freezing continually 

After I made some cleanups on the scanned document and then press 'save pdf' button, a pdf file is successfully saved. However, when I open the pdf file, the cleanup patches are dislocated i.e. the parts that I want to remove is not fully covered, while some other parts which I want to show are covered. When I open the document in the app, press 'modify scan', the locations of those cleanup patches looks fine.  They cover the intended areas. I tried various ways to scan that page, including: taking photo within the app, and taking the photo outside the app then import... all doesn't work.  e.g. the cleanup within app: the answer above the line is 'cleaned' What I get in the pdf file: the cleanup dislocated  Has anyone encountered the same issue?

I've just scanned a whole book in the app, roughly 300 pages. Now every time I try to open the app to visualize and/or export the file into another app, the app keeps crashing. I'm unable to click on everything that's in it. How can I fix the problem? Possibly without losing the file just scanned 

I've scanned all my medical documents in March. Now, I'm trying to retrieve the scanned files but to my surprise, all scans disappeared. I'm using the same device and the same account details to login. Please help as it contains some very important medical documents which I need on urgent basis.your help would be invaluable.Thank you

Hi experts  I have modified a document to add page, I can now only seethe last page of the document and all the other pages are present but cannot view. is that a known issue. Can someone help?

How can you share a document via WhatsApp to several people?

All my previous scans have gone grey. Can't fetch them. Please help to retrieve the last saved version. Thanks. 

Dear team , this is to inform you that I have lost all my old pdf files and documents. On Sunday 18th Dec 2022 I have updated my app after updation I have seen all my documents were there but now it's not there . kindly help me to restore lost documents.  Thanks 

I have been trying to save a scan since yesterday evening. The Adobe Scan app either crashes or the error message "This file does not exist" appears. How can I somehow save the scan before it just disappears (as has happened many times in the past)? I just updated the app to the newest version yesterday. I also can't delete other saved files without discarding the scan before saving it.

Today I used Adobe Scan to scan a copy of a contract. It worked perfectly however it scanned the document in Black and White. I needed to scan the document in color and show that the signature was in fact singed using Blue ink. I could not figure how how to make Adobe Scan a document in color insted of Black and White. Is this possible. 

I have been using Adobe Scan on my Samsung Note 10+ for a couple weeks. I had set up about a dozen folders and scanned in receipts, business cards, documents, etc. all without any problems. I was really enjoying the app. Then today I just opened the app and EVERYTHING was gone including all my scans and folders. Poof! Just disappeared. I immediately checked my cloud account and everything was deleted from there as well! It was as if my account was reset and I was starting with a brand new account. I have never had such a total failure occur with ANY app EVER in all my years of using apps and cell phones. Can someone at Adobe get my files back and tell me what happened???

Hello , I used to share the pdf via WhatsApp earlier in my Adobe scan iOS, , but in the last 2 months, I couldn't see the WhatsApp in the share section. Could someone help how to share via WhatsApp again please. Thanks 

Hi, I'm new to adobe scan so if I'm missing something bear with me. I have scanned about 30 documents of drawings into the app however, when I go to modify each scan, within the "adjust tab" the contrast it automatically all the way down (-153) leaving the page completely blank. It would be alright if I just had to adjust the contrast back to half way for each document, but when I bring it up and click out of the "adjust tab" it automatically goes back to -153. This happens with every document. Any ideas? Thanks.

I was scanning all my documents with the app for iphone. Suddenly all my files disappeared. How can I recover it. I already try the cloud but is empty too. PLEASEEE HELP

This is starting to happen more and more frequently. I have scanned in a document and at the very end when I go to save it, it says 'an unexpected error occured. The file doesn't exist.' It is so frustrating as I then have to scan it all over again. There seems to be no pattern to it, it just happens every so often. I can then scan the same document again and it will save. It's really annoying!

The app worked flawlessly for a long time. Now no matter what I do I can not export any of my scans. Please help

Hey there. Im concerned because I use Adobe scan as my prime image source to save images of important documents, invoices, etc. Today I added one new image to a file, and all the previous images in that file went grey. The only image available to see is my last one!How can I retrieve my previous file, before the last added image?Can I still trust adobe scan?thank You!

I love your app but I have no longer interested on the subscription. I Resubscribe today dec. 7, 2022 but I dont want to. I just want to have a refund because I needed the money for emergency. I also canceled the subscription today Dec.7, 2022 because I just know that I have a subscription on this app. Pls send me a feedback on this I currently needing this money.
