Adobe Scan

Hi,I have been using Adobe Scan for two weeks. I was using the free version and I reached my cloud storage limit after a few days. After this, I was continuing to scan documents with the app because I thought they were being saved locally to my phone. Now I am looking for those files and I see that they are not there. I have upgraded to the premium plan but they are still not there.  Is there any way to find and locate the files that I had scanned after my cloud storage limit was reached? These files are extremely critical for my work and I would do anything to recover them.  

In some scanned book pages on ios, with no visible difference to why, ocr is not working. After scanning and upload it starts the recognition but fails to finish it. Now there is a crossed out cloud and it says (in german) "warten auf ocr" (as seen in the attached file). After a while this disappears but no recognition has taken place. Since I can detect no difference to documents where it is working, I am stuckany help would be greatly appreciated 

I have a iPhone 7plus 32gb running iOS 15.6. When the app launches into the capture mode the live preview of the image has this jitter or shake to it. It's stable for a moment then acts like it try's to refocus which gives it the jitter. when it captures the jitter/refocus happens often that the capture comes out blurred. When I take the photo through the native capture app and import into the app the scans are great. I didn't see any controls for the camera within the app. 

Hi I have paid for the premium and it doesn't work. I log out and log in but still doesn't work. Is there a solution 

Non riesco a trasmettere e importare  (da backup in cloud) le precedenti scansioni esistenti su nuovo cellulare  sostituto con altro (da iPhone a iPhone). Posso avere aiuto o essere contattato? Grazie

i logged into adobe scan with my school account becasue i had a project to submit and then it said to put in a password for the device so i did it and now i cant remove the password (i still remember the password)

Abode pdf format

I downloaded the Adobe scan app on my iPhone through the creative cloud app a while ago, but when I open Adobe scan and try to press "continue", I'm met with an error that says "Unable to sign in. Please try again later" (it doesn't even give me the option to sign in). I've tried re-downloading the app, and restarting my phone - none of which have worked yet. Is there a solution to this?

I lost a pdf where I was modifying and adding new pages everyday. Today just because it was unable to save the pages in the pdf I LOST the whole pdf! Your pdf scanner is a huge joke! Now I realise that I could literally lose all the other pdfs as such and I wonMt even be able to retrieve them back 

when ever i re-arrange documents on adobe cloud documents, it never syncs with the adobe scan app on my phone

I have scanned many documents over the years, but I can only see the two most recent. Can anyone point me in the right direction or tell me where I need to look.. I'm using the app. Thank you.

For the past three months or so, the app has been significantly more difficult to use. I scan single page documents for work every day, and have use this app for about two years. Such a steep decline in the ease-of-use, that it's almost impossible to use. It lags terribly force closes and crashes. (I mentioned those separately, because occasionally it prompts me to send a report). If this is an issue due to storage, I'm well beneath the storage limit for free users. Please advise, because I'd really like my go-to app back. 

One of my file got deleted accidentally from Adobe scan and it is not showing in the cloud also, please help how to recover the file

Please add a feature of fixed size cropping for all documents in Adobe Scan Additionally, it would be better if resizing is also stuff with default size option for all documents at once

Why my premium subscription with Acrobat doesn't work for Adobe Scan?

I have signed into an out of my account several times, restarted my phone, logged into Adobe cloud and all of my previous scans are still nowhere to be found, I am viewing a white empty page… What is happening here? Is there a phone number or a helpdesk I have important information in there that I need

My scans saved on the app are missing. 

I would imagine folks are scanning sensitive documents/PII and such. Can the developers enable FaceID or allow the user to create a custom passcode?

I purchased the Adobe Scan app premium version but it keeps telling me I have exceeded the storage limit and to buy the premium version.  I tried restoring the purchase. No luck.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Still no luck.   Help!!!

As requested in a past thread, some months ago,  I ask Adobe Scan designers to add a grid useful while scanning, similar to some phone cameras. It shouldn't be hard to add this feature in a future version. The grid is necessary for me to perfectly align the tablet (used for Adobe Scan) with the  document to be scan. Hope you take this request in consideration.  Regards Michael
