Adobe Scan

The app on my phone crashed. when I asked for assistances one person I was chatting to had no clue. By email I was advised to delete the app and reinstall and now I've lost all my important documents. 

When I go to https://documentcloud.adobe.com on my MacBook Air, I get a blank screen.  I've been using Adobe scan for a while and have never had this problem before.  It works fine on my iphone.

I changed my password today to my school account (I'm a teacher) and now Adobe Scan won't allow me to share to that account. I don't see a place to "add" an account. When I try to sign in to that account is give the "Unable to sign in. Please try again later" message. 

I have backup my all scans document & PDF 

How can I convert a photo to a pdf document with its borders defined on a PC? (similar functionality on mobile devices is provided by "Adobe Scan").

HelloI have used Adobe scan to keep some important documents. I need them now and I open Adobe scan app, but only my old data are available. Do you know how I can retrieve my files?

I need to know how I can cancel the premium plan, I have not used the application for months and even so the monthly plan is still being paid so I can not cancel it, I ask for help

It always happens... I didn't even used it outside the app. Not even uploaded it to the cloud... By modification I wanted to add new pages... It worked fine for somedays... Not all the files happen to be the same. It's like more than 50 pages... I keep constantly add pages to the existing file. Does it have any maximum limit or what? This is the third time I'm facing this issue. Instead of just adding pages, I had to delete the entire file, and start scanning all the pages again for them to be in one file... Please help me with the issue...

My students use Adobe Scan to upload handwritten documents.  Today, one of them failed to upload because they reported the message "you have reached the limit on your scans."  Is there a limit?  If not, what mistake could the student have made?  FYI this was a 2-page document

Recently every time using mobile android to scan after 2nd scan picture adobe freezes up. I removed app from phone, and installed anew and it still happens.

My scans vanished while I was in the application.Please check into this, there are many precious scans in the application. I can even see the user data of almost 600 MB in application information in the android settings.please resolve this as I suppose many are impacted by this.

There must be feature to select some pages and then perform rotation on them all. Had to rotate individual pages mostly, was frustrating.Or I might not be able to find if this already exist.

Previously, when I scanned the written docs, and saved those as PDF. I would simply be able to upload the the PDF to the gooogle drive from the setting menu of that scanned file. It worked flawless few months back.Now when I try to do that, drive app will open and simply close back.To circumvent this, I have to download the PDF to my device and then upload it to google drive, which is a hassle.Any way to fix this?

Hi. I've been uploading my daughter's scanned worked to Classroom all year and suddenly this AM can't seem to do it. I scan, save as PDF then submit by attaching PDF to the assignment in Classroom by clicking Attach > File > (at this point a list of my Adobe Scan PDFs is usually displayed, but as if this AM I can't find them... even browsing I can only find things on my iCloud Drive - AdobeScan not an option) I can't seem to browse for file locations and successfully find AdobeScan and all my PDFs... that was my 'default' upload location before today... Anyone else experienced similar? TIA

How do I change the email on file that sends the attachments to a different email I would like to replace it with ? I chchecked under settings and do not see the option to edit

After Camscanner, I have been using Adobe Scan extensively for couple of months now. I'm all praises for it. Specially CLEAN UP is a nice feature.Some very important suggestions..1) OPTION to SAVE SCANNED FILES LOCALLY would be much better. At present it's allowed only on the cloud. Sometimes, the network is poor and it can't be uploaded or downloaded for Modification or even Viewing.This will also help taking a back up on the PC too.2) EXPORTING to and IMPORTING of files from other Apps, both pdf & others, (not originally scanned on Adobe Scan), should be supported so that we can import, modify and save other files and use great features of Adobe Scan.3) MERGING and SPLITTING of files should be supported. Many other Scanning Apps are offering this now.4) Option of different page names in the merged file having many pages with different subjects or headings.Looking forward to more features, convenience & popularity of Adobe Scan..Thanks

Dear sir/mam,1 St February to till date I want reseen my delete documents bcoz I have loss my important documents perhaps delete from me so my humble request to you please resolve my issue..

My current Adobe Scan account name does not match my current name, how do I change it?  

i was lost my previous Some Scan Data due to to sync issue.. kindly help

why my account can not to use？that is say“i don't have access”

Buongiorno a tutti, sono già due volte che pur avendo fatto l'abbonamento premium risulto essere in abbonamento libero limitandomi a non usare le funzioni che ho esigenza di utilizzare tipo pdf in word. L'abbonamento è attivo, il profilo no.Come posso fare? Devo rimanere all'asciutto cioè pagare e non avere? chi mi consiglia cosa devo fare?
