I think I know the answer to this, but CC 2020 is no longer allowing program updates to install. No matter how many times I click "Retry" I get the same message. Re-install is not an option at this point. Maybe a "Preferences" file delete? CC202 is no longer supported, and my machine will not support a newer OSX to load later versions of Adobe CC and apps.

At ProDesignTools, Photoshop 2020 is not available. This is confirmed by direct email with PDT in the last few days (August 2023). All links on PDT for anything CC 2020 leads to the Adobe site where CC 2020 files are no longer posted/available. I am a paying customer of over 27 years. There should be a warning on the CC app saying if you are Un-installing an app, re-install is impossible. They only ask if you want to keep your settings. Why would I want to keep my settings if I can no longer use/install the program. I've explored websites in Rekjyavik that have the file, but it's just too dicey a prospect.

I uninstalled Photoshop 2020 to do a clean reinstall... now I have no more Photoshop because my old Mac Pro cannot level up its OSX, and Adobe no longer allows CC to install 2020/2021 programs? You mean to tell me no where at Adobe head quarters is an instll file for Photoshop 2020?!

I just spoke with someone at Adobe who said sorry, EOL, not supported - no more files. I asked for a supervisor and they said sorry as well. Software is 3 years old!!

I contacted them. They gave me a site to visit: ProDesignTools (https://tinyurl.com/y9a5ctrs). That site's link sends me back to Adobe. Adobe didn't have (or didn't offer) a .DMG file. This basically puts me out of business. I also downloaded PS 2019 and it would load.

My Photoshop 2020 was non-responsive on my Mac Pro 2010. Even after Disk Utility, zapping the PRAM, and unplugging the unit while pressing the Power Key. I then unistalled PS thinking a fresh re-install would make things right. PS 2020 no longer appears on Creative Cloud. Is there a legit source for an install .dmg for PS 2020 out there somewhere? I'm shooting blanks.

I want to portfolio some corporate PDF guides I've created, but the documents are filled with sales training and specific product info which I probably shouldn't make public. I want to swap out live text with placeholder text without having to redesign the documents (which can be upwards of 250 pages). Is this possible? Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Called Customer Care. They helped me for 45 minutes but their shift was ending, so we stopped. Called again the next day. Customer Care had me delete and reinstall all my CC apps, as well as my CS6 apps. That worked, AND now I have a nice clean install of everything! I feel like Sheldon Cooper!

Of course "Most Certainly." The same can be said about Death and Taxes. My question does Adobe have a schedule for the unsupporting of Mojave. This will help me to decide whether to invest in upgrading my hardware to accommodate Adobe CC by buying a new video/graphics card, or not. If Adobe has info about this, it would be to my advantage to know.

Thank you Nancy. I guess I've got some life altering decisions to make this go around. I would love to work another few years, but I'm not interested buying new equip just to use Adobe's latest and greatest. I was on PCs/Windows for years (1985-1996) and just got tired of configuring dip switches on video/motherboards to make things work (I'm dating myself here). Might be time to hang up my design chops.

It would appear just about all programs in CC requires OSX 14.x. I have to upgrade my hardware to install Mojave to run the latest Adobe CC. I just don't want to spend the capital if Adobe decides not to support Mojave, and only supports Catalina+.

Thanks for the reply. Not sure I knew where to ask the question. I just thought that since we're all in the same boat in using Adobe products that someone out there might have heard info to answer my question, much like you knew something on the Windows side. Your link to the System Requirements page only reads "we recommend you keep the operating system of your computer or mobile device up to date."

Will there be a point where Adobe CC will stop being compatible with Mojave OS? And when might that happen? I ask because my Mac Pro (mid 2010) desktop computer is limited to Mac OSX High Sierra. I can upgrade the system to Mojave if I buy a Metal supported video card, but this won't support the Catalina OS. So if Adobe stops supporting Mojave any time soon, I will have upgraded my Mac Pro for nothing.

I'm creating a vector art wall graphic at full scale and have questions about file/color space set up. I've set the file to CMYK color space because this will be the end production process. The background is PMS 7621 with a black pointiliism image of a guy running. If I convert the PMS 7621 color to CMYK, then the outcome is on me. I feel the printer/service bureau would be best at this conversion, correct? RE: the black image. Do I make it the Registration (100/100/100/100) color for richness? Do I set this layer to Multiply for richness? Thanks in advance.

Very new to Dreamweaver. I have exported from Adobe Muse to HTML a website I developed. When I open a page on this site that includes fillable form fields for Name/Email/Company/Part Numbers, in Dreamweaver, I get all the header/footer graphics, but the form section is blank and I cannot see any forms elements. Am I not getting how forms function in DW? Or do I have to recreate these pages from scrath at this point. Thanks in advance.

I am plagued by a constant locking up of Acrobat DC with a system spinning beach ball. It started with the last few updates to the program. I have to Force Quit. This last time I received no error report. It happens usually when I open a second document of normal size. I dropped down to Adobe Acrobat X Pro just so I could be productive. Architecture: x86_64 Build: 19.12.20034.328841 AGM: 4.30.85 CoolType: 5.14.5 JP2K: 1.2.2.43391 I have plenty of RAM and disk space. I use FontExplorer X Pro. macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6 Please advise.

RE: Acrobat Pro DC I can't do many of the things I used to do without a system beachball appearing, and then the progarm becomes unrespondent. Larger files take forever to respond. What a disaster of a program. I've deleted pref files as per suggested solutions to no positive result.
